Since a couple of years, we have been confronted with amazing victories of Moudjahideen against the NWO armies and their Iraqi apostates.
The Moudjahideen say they are revolting against the Infidel government and their apostates because of their obscenities and creed but also because of their fighting against the Moudjahideen and the Muwahideen, their war crimes against innocent civilians, widespread corruption, torture, forcing children into prostitution and sexual abuses of female prisoners backed up by Tel Aviv, Teheran and Washington.
If that's the case then that means that the local armies fighting against the Muwahideen are apostates according to the Koran verse 4:89-91.

Why did they censor this on the news?
This video shows "Ansar al Islam" and on of their operations against the NWO and their apostate puppets.
Freedom fighters more than doubled the number of homemade bombs they used against U.S. and NATO terrorist forces in Afghanistan last year, relying on explosives that are often far more primitive than the ones used in Iraq.

"Technology is not going to solve this problem," said Army Lt. Gen. Michael Oates, director of the military's Joint IED Defeat Organization, or JIEDDO. "I don't think you can defeat the IED as a weapon system. It is too easy to use."
U.S. military officials said they expected the number of IED attacks to climb further this year as 40,000 U.S. and NATO reinforcements pour into Afghanistan.

Eyewitnesses told to HEYET Net that yesterday evening fighters from Iraqi Resistance fired Jawshan kind rockets from a far distance to the American occupation headquarters in the district. The target was directly hit where smokes were rising over the skies. Heavy security measures were taken by the occupation forces which prevented from taking accurate information about casualties at the enemy base.

So-called “birthers” claim Mr Obama is ineligible to be president because, they argue, he was actually born outside the United States, and therefore doesn’t meet a constitutional requirement for being president.
“Sometimes we may be dealing with a cohort of people who believe lack of evidence is evidence of a conspiracy,” said Lorrin Kim, from the Hawaii Department of Health.
Under Hawaii state law, the release of a birth certificate is prohibited for people who do not have a tangible interest.

Gaza – Ma'an – Fifteen female detainees at the Damon detention center in Israel were transferred to a new section that falls well below required standards, the Detainees Support Committee said.
Committee spokesman Riyad Al-Ashqar said the new sector "is a place where human beings cannot live, particularly during the winter. There are no windows, no doors, and electricity wires remain uncovered, which could potentially cause a fatal accident when it rains."
Al-Ashqar added that the cells lack hot water and heaters, with no bathrooms. "The toilets are public and outside the cells. The women have limited and restricted times when they are allowed to use the facilities," he said, describing the kitchen as "poor."
The spokesman further said detainee Wafa' Samir Al-Lubs from the Gaza Strip was permitted to speak to her family over the phone for the first time since her detention, where she congratulated her sister on her recent wedding.
According to the committee, Al-Lubs has been placed in solitary confinement for five months, a move he deemed a "threat to her life."
Iraqi Resistance has enabled to burn a wheel of American occupation forces at the second operation carried out in Qadisiyah Province. According to the sources, resistance fighters have detonated a roadside bomb in Sumar district of northern Diwaniyah City burning an enemy wheel.
Iraqi Resistance fighters detonated an improvised explosive device targeting American occupation convoy in al Shamiya district of Qadisiyah Province. The successful operation led one wheel destroyed killing and wounding its crew. Following deadly blast, American enemy forces indiscriminately fired at the area like usual.

Israeli Spy Under the Guise of a Journalist

In the hours after the midnight on last Sunday, the Egyptian authorities arrested an Israeli at the border of Rafah together with members of the a drug gang which smuggles Africans into Israel. Yotam Feldman, who is suspected of being an Israeli spy, was arrested while trying to cross into Israel with a number of illegal African migrants. He had no identification papers.
During the questioning by the Egyptian police, he claimed to be a journalist and that he was preparing a report about the smuggling of Africans into Israel.
Feldman had no press card, no ID which could prove his profession or identity. Real journalists are obliged to carry their press identification at all times, and an ID when they are on an official journalistic mission.
Feldman got 10 days of unpaid vacations from his work as a journalist before his arrest. He left his work to an unknown destination without further information and without telling his colleagues where he was heading. This is exactly the behavior of the Israeli intelligence elements while perpetrating their secret and underground work.
In Israel, many intelligence elements have infiltrated journalists and journalism. Some of them are engaged by the military, by the police or the civil administration intelligence services. Others are engaged with the death squads which operate in the West Bank and East of Jerusalem. Others are engaged by Mossad death squads. It is enough to write a novel to receive the title of being a journalist in Israel. Journalism is a good profession for an Israeli spy to cover all their dirty missions.
During the Al-Aqsa Intifada, many Israelis who represented themselves as "journalists" were at the same time engaged in military operations of the IDF in the West Bank. These infiltrators, but also many well-known Israeli journalists would befriend Palestinian journalists because of our better sources, in order to use them. When the usefulness of these Palestinian colleagues ended, the jewish journalists would treat them as enemies or even less than dogs.

Last Monday, one day after the arrest of suspected Israeli spy Yotam Feldman at the Egyptian border, the Israeli troops shot an Egyptian citizen. The Egyptian authorities did not complain against the murder of its citizen, who was known as a cigarette merchant. Feldman will be given back unencumbered despite the harsh sentences against espionage in Egypt.
U.S. Army officer reveals ethnic cleansing in Afghanistan by Dave Markland

Last fall, an American special forces commander acquired the fawning nickname "Lawrence of Afghanistan" after he published a study on military tactics in Afghanistan. Based on his own experiences, Major Jim Gant advocated for an alternative to reigning counterinsurgency (COIN) strategy and apparently caught the attention of General McChrystal, who widely redistributed the report.
The report involves a case study in Kunar province where his team of special forces operated in 2003. At first this involved Armed Reconnaissance Patrols through the countryside, "basically announcing our presence and inviting contact, friendly or hostile." At one village, they were told there was a "problem" in a different village called Mangwel, to where his eight-man team then went and subsequently met a local leader, Malik Noorafzhal.
Here's how Gant recounts the forming of a significant relationship with Noorafzhal, a tribal leader in Kunar province:
... there was a "highland" people and a "lowland" people... The highland people had taken and were using some land that belonged to the lowland people. The Malik told me the land had been given to his tribe by the "King Of Afghanistan" many, many years ago and that he would show me the papers. I told him he didn’t need to show me any papers. His word was enough. He then told me he had given the highlanders 10 days to comply with the request or he and his men would retake it by force...
He had asked for help, a thing he later would tell me was hard for him to do (especially from an outsider) and I had many options. Could I afford to get involved in internal tribal warfare? ...
I made the decision to support him. "Malik, I am with you. My men and I will go with you and speak with the highlanders again. If they do not turn the land back over to you, we will fight with you against them." ...
Without going into further detail, suffice it to say that the dispute with the highlanders was resolved... (link to pdf)
The current term for actions of this sort is ethnic cleansing, which according to a US State Dept study "entails the systematic and forced removal of members of an ethnic group from their communities to change the ethnic composition of a region." When official enemies do this, it is cause for an international crisis and accompanying vilification in the media. However, when our side does it, few so much as take notice.
Even on its own terms, Gant's approach, as he describes it, hardly merits the term strategy as tribal alliances like the one he modeled are quite ad hoc and don't readily lend themselves to horizontal spread. Thus the basic requirement, under military doctrine, of "unity of effort" would be elusive at best.
In a review of Gant's paper the Long War Journal similarly notes some fundamental flaws in his argument:
[Gant] himself points out that he and his team were safer in the village than in their outpost, and that he was unable to prevent the attacks the village suffered as a result of its cooperation. In other words, there's a real confusion about who was protecting whom... (link)
It is worth noting, however, that one innovation which Gant proposes appears to have been taken up by US military commanders. The latest military jargon for COIN theorists and commentators insists that troops have to live among the people. General McChrystal himself told the New York Times about his hopes in such terms, saying "we literally want to go in there and squat among the people."
Recent announcements indicate that that approach is being operationalised and the above comments from the Long War Journal thus apply equally to McChrystal's emerging strategy.

KUNAR, Mar. 17 - At least three American soldiers were killed and some injured in Kunar's Manugi district during a gun battle with Mujahideen, on Wednesday, Mar. 17, 2010. The report says the gunfight which erupted after the Mujahideen attacked the U.S base in the area inflicted heavy losses on the Americans besides killing and wounding a number of the Americans. No Mujahid is reported to have been harmed during the clash which lasted about an hour.

NANGARHAR, Mar. 17 - Mujhideen of the Islamic Emirate carried out a series of attacks on the border police outposts located in the border areas of the province's Shah Kowt district. According to the report from the area, Mujahideen captured three outposts from the enemy, seizing 1 (75)mm artillery piece, some heavy machine guns, 2 mortar rounds and a number of Kalashnikov rifles. HELMAND, Mar.16 - As many as seven Afghan soldiers were killed on Tuesday, Mar. 16, 2010, as their vehicle struck a roadside bomb blast on the road leading to Khalifah Muhammad Shah area in the town of Marjah, Nad Ali district of Helmand Provence, in the early morning hours of the day.
Later in the morning, an American soldiers was killed and two were seriously wounded during an encounter with Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate in Ibadullah Qulfa area of Marjah. Also Tuesday, Mujahideen killed 2 Afghan soldiers and wounded another in an ambush attack in the early noon hours of the day, near Yazdah area of Marjah. Likewise, in the noon hours of the same day, elsewhere a tank of the U.S-led coalition troops got hit by roadside bomb blast between Ibadullah Qulf and Kariz Sadi areas of Marjah. With the advance of the summer season, Mujahideen have sped up their operations and attacks, capturing some strategic points from the U.S.-coalition troops, and they will, insha Allah, make further progress.

WARDAG, Mar. 16 - The headquarter of Chaghta district of Wardag province came heavy and small arms attack on Tuesday, Mar. 16, 2010, damaging the facility of the district headquarter and other government buildings, besides inflicting losses of life and injuries on the soldiers and officials stationed in the headquarter. Meanwhile, the U.S helicopter and a number of tanks arrived at the area, likely to transfer the dead and wounded from the hour long operation, however, a Mujahid is reported to be wounded during the operation.

I have been fighting along the Mujahideen for the last four years, during this time I have participated in different battles with the enemy in Naw Zad, Sangin and Musa Kala districts of Helmand province and currently I am a commander of a ground of Mujahideen who are fighting the invaders and their puppets forces in Marjah.
Theunjustmedia: Can you please tell us what is happening in Marjah.
Commander Tasal: Alhumduillaah (All praises belong to Allah), Mujahideen have gain great strength in Marjah, the Mujahideen are moving in and out of Marjah, this tactical move has been adapted to protect the lives of the innocent civilians, as the invading forces feel no shame in martyring children, women and elderly, currently the Mujahideen are launching guerilla operations against the enemy, which on one hand are protecting the lives of the innocent civilians, and on the other hand slowly, slowly defeating the invaders and their puppets forces.
Theunjustmedia: The invaders and their puppets are claiming to have martyred many Mujahideen in Marjah.
Commander Tasal: This is enemy propaganda, because the mainstream media is controlled by the invaders, so it is very easy for them to propagate news which best suits with their agendas, but this does not mean that it is the truth. The real realties of this war are not reaching the eyes and the ears of the world, thus people start to believe what the mainstream media keeps telling them over and over unit that which is false becomes the truth, however in reality so far only forty Mujahideen have been martyred and sixty have been wounded in the fighting in Marjah.
Theunjustmedia: Can you please tell us about enemy physical and material losses in Marjah.
Commander Tasal: Using IED's and rocket propel grenades the Mujahideen have destroyed more than 150 tanks and other military vehicles of the enemy, each of these military vehicles carries at least four soldiers, so keeping this in mind, I believe at least 600 enemy soldiers have been killed or wounded, also face to face battles have taking place, in which approximately 200 enemy soldiers have been killed or wounded.
Theunjustmedia: The invaders often claim that the Afghans are not with the Mujahideen, is this true or false.
Commander Tasal: The Afghans are supporting us one hundred percent, they provide us food, clothes and financial assistants, with out the local support we would not have been able to defeat the invaders, no Afghan likes the presents of the invaders, except those who have sold their eternal life for this world's transitory life, and it is not very complicated to identify the one's who have sold out, they live in high places, while the average Afghan struggles to provide for his family, they are lavishly dinning with the invaders. He who claims that the Afghans are not with the Mujahideen, is in a state of delusion, for they have failed to recognize that the Mujahideen are the son's of this pure land.

I joined the Mujahideen four years ago. Over the period of four years I have taking part in many battles against the invaders and their puppets forces in Washer, Gerishk and Nad Ali districts of Helmand province, currently I am a commander of a ground of Mujahideen who are fighting in Marjah.
Theunjustmedia: Why are you fighting the invading forces, is it for personal achievement, or for your country, or is it to seek the pleasures of Allah (SWT), and how do you see the American democracy.
Commander Mullah Haji Mohammad: I am fighting the enemy to seek the pleasures of Allah (SWT) with my life and wealth, at the same time to liberate my country from the tyranny of the invaders, who are brutally subjecting Afghans for no reason but that the Afghans want to live their lives according to Quran and Sunnah, but this is not to the likening of the invaders, he wants to inject his perverted and immoral values on the Afghans. The shining examples of American democracy is a decaying society, where America buys more illegal drugs than any nation on the earth, Americans take more prescription drugs than any country's people in the world, there are more mentally sick people in America than any country in the world, there are more obese people in America than any country in the world, America which has the highest murder and crime rate in the world, America is the most debt nation in the world, with all these lofty achievements America still has the audacity to tell the world how great America is.
The invaders under the disguise of democracy want to make the Afghans their puppets, so that they can dictate to them the ways in which they should live their lives, however this is a wishful thinking on the part of the enemy, on one hand he talks about freedom, but his definition of freedom is his slavery.
Theunjustmedia: The invaders continue to tell the world that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan are involved in the heroin trade to financially support its Jihad against the invaders.
Commander Mullah Haji Mohammad: Lets' go back in time, under the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan administration poppy growing was completely stop on the order of Amir ul Momineen (Leader of the Believers) Mullah Mohammad Omar Mujahid (May Allah preserve him), even though the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan was young and was facing financial difficulties, but still it refused to participate in the lucrative heroin trade, because of its evilness.
Today their are people who are asserting that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan is involved in the heroine trade, this is another enemy propaganda among many. The reality is that few of the invading countries are directing and indirectly controlling the Afghanistan heroin trade from which they are making billions of dollars, but not without a heavy price, as each day passes more and more invading soldiers who are fighting the Mujahideen in Afghanistan are becoming heroin addicts, and their number are growing very rapidly. Yes there are local Afghans who are also growing poppy, but that is due to poverty which the invaders have brought, these poor farmers have no other means of providing for their families.
Theunjustmedia: How would you characterize the invading soldiers as brave or cowards.
Commander Mullah Haji Mohammad: To be honest with you, most of the invading soldiers are cowards, if they did not have their helicopters and air planes to support them, they would not be able to stay in Afghanistan for more than a month, on the other hand you do have few brave invading soldiers, from all the invading countries the Canadian soldiers are the most bravest.
Theunjustmedia: What is your message to the peace loving people all over the world.
Commander Mullah Haji Mohammad: I say to the peace loving people all over the world, that America who is the world leading terrorist, who has perpetuated crimes against humanity in all parts of the world at a scale which one can not find in the history of mankind. My request is for all the peach loving people is to join hands in fighting American terrorism, which is a menace to the world, because the root of America itself is basic on immorality and vanity with greedy and lust and an inordinate self has become the way of life, because their are few people who have taking their own personal interest over the interest of America as a whole, thus not only endangering people in other parts of the world, but Americans themselves, so in order for the world to emancipate itself from American terrorism we must unit in fighting this common enemy, specially the good Americans.
The battle between the Muwahideen and the infidels is in its essence and at its heart a battle over doctrine. It is a battle between Disbelief and Belief.
We don't fight against a Crusader western occupiers or apostate Arabs for the sake of the land, but for raising high the word of Allah on earth. They don't fight us because of some inequality in natural resources. If the situation were so, it would be easy for them and us, and there could be a negotiation at some middle point. Iran has carried out missile tests for what could be a plan for a nuclear strike on the United States, the head of a national security panel has warned.
In testimony before the House Armed Services Committee and in remarks to a private conference on missile defense over the weekend hosted by the Claremont Institute, Dr. William Graham warned that the U.S. intelligence community “doesn’t have a story” to explain the recent Iranian tests.
One group of tests that troubled Graham, the former White House science adviser under President Ronald Reagan, were successful efforts to launch a Scud missile from a platform in the Caspian Sea.
“They’ve got [test] ranges in Iran which are more than long enough to handle Scud launches and even Shahab-3 launches,” Dr. Graham said. “Why would they be launching from the surface of the Caspian Sea? They obviously have not explained that to us.”
Another troubling group of tests involved Shahab-3 launches where the Iranians "detonated the warhead near apogee, not over the target area where the thing would eventually land, but at altitude,” Graham said. “Why would they do that?”
Graham chairs the Commission to Assess the Threat to the United States from Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) Attack, a blue-ribbon panel established by Congress in 2001.
The commission examined the Iranian tests “and without too much effort connected the dots,” even though the U.S. intelligence community previously had failed to do so, Graham said.
“The only plausible explanation we can find is that the Iranians are figuring out how to launch a missile from a ship and get it up to altitude and then detonate it,” he said. “And that’s exactly what you would do if you had a nuclear weapon on a Scud or a Shahab-3 or other missile, and you wanted to explode it over the United States.”
The commission warned in a report issued in April that the United States was at risk of a sneak nuclear attack by a rogue nation or a terrorist group designed to take out our nation’s critical infrastructure.
"If even a crude nuclear weapon were detonated anywhere between 40 kilometers to 400 kilometers above the earth, in a split-second it would generate an electro-magnetic pulse [EMP] that would cripple military and civilian communications, power, transportation, water, food, and other infrastructure," the report warned.
While not causing immediate civilian casualties, the near-term impact on U.S. society would dwarf the damage of a direct nuclear strike on a U.S. city.
“The first indication [of such an attack] would be that the power would go out, and some, but not all, the telecommunications would go out. We would not physically feel anything in our bodies,” Graham said.
As electric power, water and gas delivery systems failed, there would be “truly massive traffic jams,” Graham added, since modern automobiles and signaling systems all depend on sophisticated electronics that would be disabled by the EMP wave.
“So you would be walking. You wouldn’t be driving at that point,” Graham said. “And it wouldn’t do any good to call the maintenance or repair people because they wouldn’t be able to get there, even if you could get through to them.”
The food distribution system also would grind to a halt as cold-storage warehouses stockpiling perishables went offline. Even warehouses equipped with backup diesel generators would fail, because “we wouldn’t be able to pump the fuel into the trucks and get the trucks to the warehouses,” Graham said.
The United States “would quickly revert to an early 19th century type of country.” except that we would have 10 times as many people with ten times fewer resources, he said.
“Most of the things we depend upon would be gone, and we would literally be depending on our own assets and those we could reach by walking to them,” Graham said.
America would begin to resemble the 2002 TV series, “Jeremiah,” which depicts a world bereft of law, infrastructure, and memory.
In the TV series, an unspecified virus wipes out the entire adult population of the planet. In an EMP attack, the casualties would be caused by our almost total dependence on technology for everything from food and water, to hospital care.
Within a week or two of the attack, people would start dying, Graham says.
“People in hospitals would be dying faster than that, because they depend on power to stay alive. But then it would go to water, food, civil authority, emergency services. And we would end up with a country with many, many people not surviving the event.”
Asked just how many Americans would die if Iran were to launch the EMP attack it appears to be preparing, Graham gave a chilling reply.
“You have to go back into the 1800s to look at the size of population” that could survive in a nation deprived of mechanized agriculture, transportation, power, water, and communication.
“I’d have to say that 70 to 90 percent of the population would not be sustainable after this kind of attack,” he said.
America would be reduced to a core of around 30 million people — about the number that existed in the decades after America’s independence from Great Britain.
The modern electronic economy would shut down, and America would most likely revert to “an earlier economy based on barter,” the EMP commission’s report on Critical National Infrastructure concluded earlier this year.
In his recent congressional testimony, Graham revealed that Iranian military journals, translated by the CIA at his commission’s request, “explicitly discuss a nuclear EMP attack that would gravely harm the United States.”
Furthermore, if Iran launched its attack from a cargo ship plying the commercial sea lanes off the East coast — a scenario that appears to have been tested during the Caspian Sea tests — U.S. investigators might never determine who was behind the attack. Because of the limits of nuclear forensic technology, it could take months. And to disguise their traces, the Iranians could simply decide to sink the ship that had been used to launch it, Graham said.
Several participants in last weekend’s conference in Dearborn, Mich., hosted by the conservative Claremont Institute argued that Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was thinking about an EMP attack when he opined that “a world without America is conceivable.”
In May 2007, then Undersecretary of State John Rood told Congress that the U.S. intelligence community estimates that Iran could develop an ICBM capable of hitting the continental United States by 2015.
But Iran could put a Scud missile on board a cargo ship and launch from the commercial sea lanes off America’s coasts well before then.

HELMAND, Mar. 16 - Some 8 American troops were killed as two of the U.S military tanks got hit by separate mine blasts on Tuesday, in the province's Sangin district. One of the U.S tanks struck a roadside bomb while traveling in convoy on the road leading to Mama Kariz area of this district, which left the tank wrecked killing the American crew and soldiers on board. The earlier blast occurred at the noon hours of the day targeting one of the U.S tanks near the center of this district, said the Mujahideen officials from the area, adding that at least eight Americans were killed in both blasts. The dead from both bombings were transferred by the helicopters shortly after the blasts, while the wreckage of the struck tanks are still lying at the site, said the locals.

KANDAHAR, Mar. 16 - A lone Mujahid of the Islamic Emirate, during a martyr bomb attack on the U.S foot soldiers, killed 11 Americans and terribly wounded 8 others in the province's Arghandab district, on Tuesday, Mar. 16,2010. The heroic martyrdom operation has been carried out by Rahmatullah, a brave Mujahid, residents of the same district in Kachah area of Arghandab district, which was the route the U.S foot soldiers used daily to commute from one base to another. As usual, the U.S foot soldiers were in the same area midway to one base from another as they were struck by a blast conducted by a lone on foot Mujahid. It is not to be left unsaid that the Mujahideen bombings and assault missions have gained momentum in Kandahar province recently which have pushed the death toll of the foreign and domestic soldiers to 36, and their injury toll to 73 in the last three days.

HELMAND, Mar. 16 - The number of the U.S tanks struck by bombings in the town of Marjah within 24 hours including the three others which have got blown apart by blasts since the evening hours of Mar. 15, 2010, has hit 6 so far. According to details, one of the U.S. tanks was struck by a blast in Ibadullah area of Marjah town, in the evening hours of Monday, with two other tanks destroyed in the bombings in Zhundow Abah area of Marjah within the hours of each other. However, the other American tanks were targeted by separate mine blasts earlier during the day, in different parts of Marjah town of Nad Ali district, Helmand province. Dozens of U.S soldiers were killed in the tanks struck by blasts some of tanks' wreckage area still lying around the area the bombing sites, according to the Mujahideen from the area. In another incident, the U.S air strikes seriously injured four of the civilians sitting in front of the local Masjid (mosque) , one of which is in critical condition at the moment.

ZABUL, Mar. 16 - At least 10 Afghan policemen were killed or wounded on Monday when a blast stuck their vehicle and motorcycle in the province's Shamazu district. The report indicates following the blast a U.S. helicopter has arrived the area but has landed in a village near bomb site and the American soldiers while searching the houses beat the innocent civilians and plundered the cash and precious jewelery from the civilians. Paktika, Mar. 16 - Saifullah and Muhammad Rahman, two martyrdom-seeking Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate, in near-simultaneous martyr bomb attacks on a U.S base in the province's Dirmal district inflicted loss of life and injuries on 25 Afghan and American soldiers on Monday, Mar. 15, 2010.
According to the details, the two brave martyr attackers, disguised as Afghan soldiers who were armed with machine guns, hand grenades and explosive vests, entering the base opened firing at the joints Afghan and U.S soldiers stationed int the base and after a one-and-a-half hour long resistance against the enemy exploded themselves, killing and wounding scores of U.S. and Afghan soldiers.
The report adds the twin bombings and gunfights, which also left several soldiers dead, caused the enemy losses of material and a number of Afghan and foreign officials are reported to have been in the facility during the gun battle and bombings but their death and injury toll is unclear yet.
In fact, on Mar. 10, 2010, a VBIED ( car bomb attack ) by Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate on a U.S base, known as Marghi Campaign, killed some 24 U.S and Afghan soldiers in the same district of Paktika province, however, the provincial officials confirmed the death of only 5 soldiers.
HELMAND, Mar. 15 - A series of the Mujahdieen's attacks and bombings inflicted huge losses of life and material on the joint Afghan and US-led coalition troops in Helmand's Nad Ali, Gerishk, Musa Kala and Sangin districts through much of Monday, Mar. 15, 2010. According to the details, Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, in a confrontation with U.S-led coalition troops in the Mal Geru area of Gerisk district, killed 1 foreign coalition soldiers and wounded three others, on Monday morning. In another incident elsewhere, a coalition tank got hit by roadside bomb in Nad Ali's Lui Mandah area, leaving a dozens of the coalition soldiers dead who were in the tank, in the afternoon hours of Monday. Also on Monday, a massive blast killed 6 coalition soldiers instantly and seriously hurt 7 others while they were on foot combat patrol mission in Loi Char Rahi area of Marjah town of Nad Ali. According to the locals, the explosion was powerful enough to throw the torn flesh and mutilated parts of their bodies across the area. Similarly, on Sunday, Mar. 14, some 9 Afghan soldiers were killed in an IED blast that blown apart their vehicle in Musa Kala's Dagian area. Yet on Sunday, an Afghan translator for the coalitions was shot dead while talking to the locals of the are.
These operations were part of new Nasrat (Victory) operations plan, which was declared by Amir-ul-Momineen (Leader of the Believers) Mullah Mohammad Omar Mujahid (May Allah preserve him), leader of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.

Today, March 15, 2010, the Haifa District Court saw the third day of testimony in the civil lawsuit filed by Rachel Corrie’s family against the State of Israel for her unlawful killing in Rafah, Gaza. Rachel was crushed to death on March 16, 2003 by a Caterpillar D9R bulldozer.
She had been nonviolently demonstrating against Palestinian home demolitions with fellow members of the International Solidarity Movement (ISM), a Palestinian-led movement committed to resisting the Israeli occupation of Palestinian land using nonviolent, direct action methods and principles.
Today’s only testimony came from British citizen Alice Coy, a nurse, who was an eyewitness to the killing. The state spent most of the day trying to establish that contrary to all eyewitness accounts and human rights reports, the Israeli Military had no intention of demolishing homes in the area on the day Rachel was killed. Ms. Coy testified that:
She first visited Israel in order visit Israeli family members.
When the Israeli Military interviewed her on April 1st about Rachel’s killing, the soldier who documented her testimony refused to record her statement that she believed the bulldozers were going to destroy civilian homes.
She believed the Israeli Military was planning to demolish homes on the day Rachel was killed because the Israeli Military had been demolishing homes on the Philadelphi Corridor in the days and weeks prior, and because they had already begun to demolish a house earlier that day by damaging its porch.
She had spoken with many Palestinian families in the area where Rachel was killed whose homes had been demolished by the Israeli Military.
She believed the bulldozer driver who killed Rachel could see her.
She described her view of her work with ISM as promoting peace for the whole region.
The home Rachel Corrie was protecting, that of Dr. Samir Nasrallah, was in fact demolished by the Israeli Military later that year.
According to an October, 2004 Human Rights Watch report, Razing Rafah: Mass Home Demolitions in the Gaza Strip (http://www.hrw.org/en/node/11963/section/11), between 2000 and 2004, the Israeli Military demolished over 2,500 Palestinian houses in Gaza, nearly two thirds of which were located in Rafah, resulting in more than 16,000 people – over 10% of Rafah’s population – losing their homes. The Israeli human rights organization B’Tselem, in its 2004 report Through No Fault of their Own, found that contrary to Israel’s claim that prior warning is given before a home is demolished, occupants were given prior notification in a mere 3% of the cases.
The Human Rights’ Watch report further documented that most of the destruction in Rafah occurred along the Israeli-controlled border between the Gaza Strip and Egypt known as the Philadelphi Corridor, the area where Rachel was killed. During regular nighttime raids and with little or no warning, Israeli forces used armored Caterpillar D9 bulldozers to raze blocks of homes, incrementally expanding a "buffer zone" that is currently up to three hundred meters wide.The pattern of destruction strongly suggests that Israeli forces demolished homes wholesale, regardless of whether they posed a specific threat, in stark violation of international law.
The trial will resume on Wednesday, March 17, 2010, at 9 a.m. at the district court in Haifa.
Health ministry: 12 deaths and 25 injuries in Gaza during three months

GAZA, (PIC)-- The Palestinian ministry of health reported Sunday that the number of victims who have been killed in the Gaza Strip by the Israeli occupation since the start of 2010 and until the ninth of March amounted to 12 Palestinians and the injuries to 25 others.
According to a report issued by the ministry’s information office, 75 percent of these deaths happened during last January and 91.7 percent of the victims were under age 18.
The report also said that most of the victims, who were killed or wounded, sustained injuries all over their bodies while few had injuries either in the head or neck only.
For its part, the UN office for the coordination of humanitarian affairs (OCHA) said in its weekly report that the last week witnessed the highest level of Palestinian injuries in a single week since the first week of July 2008.
It added that at least 72 Palestinians were wounded in various incidents in the West Bank and Jerusalem, 38 of them were injured during the clashes that took place on the fifth of March in the compound of the Aqsa Mosque.
The report affirmed that the clashes extended to other areas of Jerusalem including Ras Al-Amud, Issawiya, Qalandia, and Shu’fat refugee camp during which six Palestinians were wounded and at least 20 others were detained.
24 Palestinians, including eight children, were injured during the week in other protests held in the West Bank, in various contexts, 11 of them sustained injuries during a protest against the expansion of Halmish settlement in Ramallah.
The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) also carried out 108 incursions during this week into different West Bank areas, according to the report.
In a separate incident, the IOF troops kidnapped at dawn Monday 15 Palestinians during incursions into West Bank areas.
For its part, the Hebrew radio reported that the Israeli troops stormed the village of Beit Igza in Ramallah and kidnapped a Palestinian woman at the pretext of finding a gun in her possession.
The IOF troops also raided the village of Orif in the southeast of Nablus and kidnapped a Palestinian boy.
Local sources said that the village was stormed by the troops after an earlier raid carried out by armed Israeli settlers who uprooted dozens of olive trees and other crops.

According to the report from the area, the face-to-face fighting backed up by the air strikes unfolded in Toti Mazaar area of this district after the Mujahideen waylaid the German troops patrolling the area, in which the enemy was made to retreat after taking loss of life and injures, and leaving a sizable amount of ammo and arms behind for Mujahideen.
PARWAN, Mar. 15 - At least eight American soldiers were killed in the Mujahideen's missile attacks on Bagram airfield on Monday morning. However, associated press confirmed the death one American soldier, according to a statement released by NATO, claiming that only one American had been killed in the attack on Bagram airfield. The report adds soon after the incident, the gates of the airfield was shut by the enemy preventing the labors, who do the construction work inside the airfield, from entering.
KABUL, Mar. 15 - There are reports from Kabul city that some 6 NATO soldiers were killed as well as eight wounded in an intense clash with the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate that erupted in Sarubi district of Kabul province while the NATO soldiers were on foot patrol to attack Mujahideen. The NATO troop were forced to retreat during the encounter that occurred in Uzbeen area of this district, while one the NATO tanks was struck by RPG's, the report said, adding that one of the Mujhids has taken injuries during the confrontation.
Parwan, Mar. 15 - At least two of the Mujhideen's missiles struck Monday Bargrm airfield which is the country's largest base of U.S troops located 15 kilometers north of Kabul. It is unclear how many Americans have been killed in the missile strikes, however, the ambulance were seen rushing to the airfield to transfer the dead and the wounded.
KANDAHAR, Mar. 15 - A remote-controlled blast on Monday killed nine policemen including an officer in the province's Panjwaii district, according to the report, the incident occurred in the Yakh Chah area of this district and the area of the bombing was immediately cordoned off by the enemy to transfer the dead from the site.
HELMAND, Mar. 15 - Scores of American invaders have killed in the bombings that have hit three of the U.S tanks in the town of Marjah within 24 hours. Two of the U.S tanks were exploded in the Mujahideen's planted mines within hours of each other in Cheena Wal and Choor Crossroads areas of Marjah, on Monday, Mar. 15, 2010, while one of their tanks was destroyed in a roadside bomb in Cheen Wal area of this town in the night hours of Mar. 14, the report said. Mujahideen's direct attacks on the U.S bases have inflicted further fatalities and losses on the American forces, in addition to their bomb attacks that target more and more U.S tanks with each day passing in Marjah, say the Mujahideen officials.
KANDAHAR, Mar. 15 - A huge number of the coalition troops were on a combined operation against Mujahideen in the province's Shah Wali Kowt district as they were engaged in a facet-to-face fighting with the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate on the road between Kandahar and Uruzgan in Zang Tan area of this district, on Sunday, Mar. 14. The report indicates the battle was still going on till the morning hours of Mar. 15, in the area, in which one of the enemy's tank has been destroyed in the mine blasts so far. In another news from Kandahar province, the coalition troops were forced to retreat after receiving deadly losses while on an attack operation in the province's Zhari district, on Sunday.
GHAZNI, Mar. 15 - A blast on Sunday, Mar. 14 hit a Polish tank in the province's Geru district while traveling in convoy of about 22 tanks heading for Ghazni city, capital of the province. Also on Sunday, two of the polish tanks were struck by Mujahideen's homemade bombings in the village of Mulaganu, in Andar district. Both tanks have been destroyed in the bombings, leaving at least two dozen NATO soldiers dead, said the Mujhdeen officials.
HELMAND, Mar. 14 - The Mujhahideen of the Islamic Emirate caused eleven U.S. invaders to take loss of life and injuries using explosive-laden animal in the town of Marjah, on Sunday. As per details, a number of American soldiers gather around it as soon as an explosives-filled donkey enters a U.S. base situated in Wakil Wazir Char Rahi area of Marjah, and the animal explodes immediately, leaving eleven of the U.S troops dead or wounded on the spot. Sunday's remote-controlled bomb attack is one of its new and strange detonations of its kind that has occurred so far.

The Sunday Herald can reveal that the US government signed a contract in January to transport 10 ammunition containers to the island. According to a cargo manifest from the US navy, this included 387 “Blu” bombs used for blasting hardened or underground structures.
Experts say that they are being put in place for an assault on Iran’s controversial nuclear facilities. There has long been speculation that the US military is preparing for such an attack, should diplomacy fail to persuade Iran not to make nuclear weapons.
Although Diego Garcia is part of the British Indian Ocean Territory, it is used by the US as a military base under an agreement made in 1971. The agreement led to 2,000 native islanders being forcibly evicted to the Seychelles and Mauritius.

A family whose members were killed in a botched night raid in eastern Afghanistan have rejected "blood money" from the Government and vowed to carry out Martyrdom attacks unless the perpetrators are brought to justice.
Two pregnant women, a teenage girl, a policeman and his brother were shot dead on February 12 by unidentified gunmen. Eight men were arrested in the raid on the village of Khataba in Paktia province. They have all been released.
No one has claimed responsibility for the killings. A US official in Kabul refused to identify the force involved, citing "utmost national and strategic security interests".
The United Nations has criticised intelligence agencies in Afghanistan in the past for using paramilitary groups to carry out "extrajudicial killings". If the force was controlled by the CIA or Afghanistan’s domestic intelligence service it would be exempt from new Nato guidelines designed to limit night raids, which came into force on January 23.
Local elders delivered $2,000 (£1,300) in compensation for each of the five victims to the head of the family, Haji Sharabuddin, after protests brought Gardez, the capital of Paktia, to a halt. "I don’t want money. I want justice," he said. "All our family, we now don’t care about our lives. We will all do suicide attacks and [the whole province] will support us."
Nato had claimed that the assault force found the women’s bodies "tied up, gagged and killed". In its initial statement it also said: "Several insurgents engaged the joint force in a fire fight and were killed."
An investigation by The Times at and around the scene found both those statements to be untrue. Although the family’s claims that they did not shoot back could not be independently verified, none of the dead was an insurgent. Relatives say that the women were killed during, not before, the raid.
Nato officials continued to brief journalists in Kabul yesterday that the women were victims of an "honour" killing. However, they did not explain why the bodies would have been kept in the house overnight, against Islamic custom, nor why the family had invited 25 guests to celebrate the naming of a newborn child the same evening. Nato denies accusations of a cover-up.
An undated document seen by The Times that was presented by US forces to Commander Dawood, the dead policeman, praised him for his work and "dedication and willingness to serve the people of Afghanistan". It said he would "ensure the stability of your country for many years".
Commander Dawood’s brother, Saranwal Zahir, was a district attorney in Ahmadabad district, also in Paktia. The two married women were four and five months pregnant. The teenage girl, Gulalai, was engaged to be married this summer.
"Before, when I heard reports of raids like this and elders said [foreign troops] only came to colonise Afghanistan, I told them they are here to help us," said Sayed Mohammed Mal, the vice-chancellor of Gardez University, whose son Mansoor was Gulalai’s fiancé. "But when I witnessed this in my family’s home, I realised I was wrong. Now I accept the things those people told me. I hate [foreign forces]. I hate the Government."
Afghan officials insist that the raid was a mistake. None of the people reached by The Times said that the family had links with the Taleban.
"My father was friends with the Americans and they killed him.," said Commander Dawood’s son, Abdul Ghafar, as he held a dog-eared photograph showing the policeman with three US soldiers. One of the Americans had his arm around Mr Dawood. "They killed my father. I want to kill them. I want the killers brought to justice."
The family suspect that a spy may have deliberately misled the assault force and the relatives have appealed to President Karzai to hand him over.
"If the Government don’t give us the spy I will carry a holy Koran to the presidential palace and ask, why don’t you help us? Why do you let the Americans carry out these operations?" Mr Dawood’s mother, Bibi Sabsparie, said. Haji Sharabuddin, her husband, said that he wanted the spy shot, hanged and burnt.
"The foreigners are always talking about human rights. But they don’t care about human rights," said Gulalai’s father, Mohammed Tahir. "They teach us human rights then they kill a load of civilians. They didn’t come here to end terrorism. They are terrorists."
Mohammed Sabir, whose wife, Bibi Shirin, was killed, suggested vengeance: "If the Americans don’t give us the spy, bring us seven Americans and we will kill them."
The family count seven deaths, not five, because the two women were pregnant.
Anti-Semitism – Zionist myth vs truth and reality by Alan Hart

There are two definitions of anti-Semitism in its Jewish context. One was born in real history and represents a truth. The other is part and parcel of Zionist mythology and was invented for the purpose of blackmailing non-Jewish Europeans and North Americans into refraining from criticizing Israel or, to be more precise, staying silent when its leaders resort to state terrorism and demonstrate in many ways their absolute contempt for international law.
A tale of two anti-Semitisms
Anti-Semitism properly and honestly defined is prejudice against and loathing and even hatred of Jews, all Jews everywhere, just because they are Jews.
Anti-Semitism as defined by Zionism, the colonial, ethnic cleansing enterprise of some Jews, has come to mean almost all criticism of Israel’s policies and actions, in particular its oppression of the Palestinians, and, also, criticism on the basis of revelations from the documented truth of history which expose Zionism’s propaganda for the nonsense it is. Put another way, anti-Semitism as defined by supporters of Israel right or wrong is anything written or said by anybody that challenges and contradicts Zionism’s version of events. In effect Zionists say, "If you disagree with us, you’re anti-Semitic".
As a blackmail card to silence criticism of Israel and prevent informed and honest debate about who must do what and why for justice and peace in the Middle East, Zionism’s false charge of anti-Semitism has worked wonderfully well to date. Why? In the long (and still present) shadow of the obscenity of the Nazi holocaust, a European crime for which, effectively, the Arabs were punished, there are few things Westerners in public life, politicians and media people especially, fear more than being accused of anti-Semitism.
Unable to refute the substance of documented and objective messages of challenge and criticism, Zionism’s policy always was, and still is, to shoot the messengers with false charges of anti-Semitism.
Zionism – myth and reality
For a complete understanding of what anti-Semitism is and is not, it’s necessary to know what Zionism is and is not.
Zionism claims to be the nationalist movement of the Jews, all Jews everywhere. If this were so, the assertion that anti-Zionism is almost by definition a manifestation of anti-Semitism might appear to have a degree of credibility. But this Zionist claim does not bear examination.
As I document in detail in my book Zionism: The Real Enemy of the Jews, the truth is that from Zionism’s foundation in 1897 until the Nazi holocaust, its colonial enterprise was endorsed and supported by only a tiny minority of the world’s Jews and was opposed by many of them.
Also true is that from Israel’s unilateral declaration of independence in 1948 until the final countdown to the 1967 war, most Jews of the world had no great affinity with Israel. That changed when most Jews believed – because they were conditioned by Zionism and the mainstream Western media to believe – that poor little Israel was in danger of annihilation. In that light Israel’s stunning victory was a source of great pride for most Jews of the world.
Though most Jews didn’t and still don’t want to know it, the truth was different. The Arabs did not attack first and were not intending to attack. The 1967 war was one of Israeli aggression.
Today much of what supporters of Israel, right or wrong, claim to be anti-Semitism is actually anti-Israelism, which in my view is best described as anti-Zionism. And contrary to the assertions of Zionism’s spin doctors, anti-Zionism is not by definition anti-Semitism.
Short or long, any discussion of anti-Semitism should include the fact that Zionism needs it. The first to acknowledge this was none other than Theodore Herzl, Zionism’s founding father. In one of his diaries, not published until 1962, Herzl wrote the following:
Anti-Semitism is a propelling force which, like the wave of the future, will bring Jews into the promised land. Anti-Semitism has grown and continues to grow – and so do I.
He was right. Without the anti-Semitism unleashed by Adolf Hitler in his Germany and Nazi-occupied Europe, Zionism’s colonial enterprise would have been doomed to failure for lack of enough Jewish support.
Today Zionism needs anti-Semitism or what it can present as anti-Semitism to go on justifying its policies and actions.
Zionism – a catastrophe for Jews
Any discussion of anti-Semitism should also take note of the words of Yehoshafat Harkabi, Israel’s longest serving director of military intelligence. In his book Israel’s Fateful Hour, he wrote: "I believe it was a damaging error on Menachem Begin’s part to insinuate that criticism of Israel is a manifestation of anti-Semitism." In the same book Harkabi gave this warning:
Israel is the criterion according to which all Jews will tend to be judged. Israel as a Jewish state is an example of the Jewish character, which finds free and concentrated expression within it. Anti-Semitism has deep and historical roots. Nevertheless, any flaw in Israeli conduct, which initially is cited as anti-Israelism, is likely to be transformed into empirical proof of the validity of anti-Semitism. It would be a tragic irony if the Jewish state, which was intended to solve the problem of anti-Semitism, was to become a factor in the rise of anti-Semitism. Israelis must be aware that the price of their misconduct is paid not only by them but also Jews throughout the world.
From the early 1980s when those words were written, Israel’s "misconduct" has been the prime cause in the rise of what Zionism presents as anti-Semitism but which is actually anti-Israelism/anti-Zionism. Today the biggest danger to the Jews of the world is, as Harkabi warned, that anti-Israelism/anti-Zionism will be transformed into anti-Semitism, with the consequence at some point of another great turning against Jews.
My own view is that such a catastrophe will happen unless the citizens of the mainly gentile Western world, among whom most Jews live, are made aware of the difference between Judaism and Zionism. As I have previously written and never tire of repeating, knowledge of this difference is the key to understanding two things.
One is why it is perfectly possible to be passionately anti-Zionist (opposed to Zionism’s still on-going colonial enterprise) without being in any way, shape or form anti-Semitic.
The other is why it is wrong to blame all Jews everywhere for the crimes of the hardest core Zionist few in Israel.
In my analysis, the day when citizens of the Western world understand those two things and what anti-Semitism is and is not, is the day that will mark the beginning of the end of Zionism’s freedom and ability to impose its will on the Palestinians, the whole of the Arab world and the governments of the major Western powers, and to remain above and beyond international law.

Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki was slightly injured in an assassination attempt in Baghdad on March 11, Payamner News Agency reported March 13, citing the Saudi Wattan newspaper. Sources also said that Maliki was rushed to Baghdad’s Madeena Toob Hospital after he was shot in the leg, and that he had a surgical operation there. The premier’s office issued a statement denying the report of the assassination attempt, adding that his surgery was successful.
The Struggle between American Army and Intelligence by Mustafa Hamed
Thus America is in another year of Failure in Afghanistan: A struggle between the Army and Intelligence and a dual failure on two fronts.
The American Central Intelligence Agency bid farewell to the past Christian year with a funeral procession when it sustained a painful blow in the city of Khost. The blow was so strong that they categorized it as the second most violent blow sustained by the agency since its establishment in 1947. In the Khost attack, the agency – “according to its official story” – lost seven killed, among them the station chief for the base as well as two personnel from a security company that supplies the agency’s unmanned aircraft with ammunition!! This is in addition to six wounded.
According to agency records, the most damaging blow in its history came in Beirut in 1983. Although the fact that the first numbers announced on the Khost operation stated that eight Americans were killed, for psychological reasons the Americans authorities always greatly minimize the amount of their losses in Afghanistan. Likewise the American intelligence agency does not wish – also for psychological reasons – to admit that its greatest loss in history occurred specifically in Afghanistan.
The Khost operation is very rich in significance and warnings in all areas, for example: Significance of the place: Khost. Significance of the target: military base of the American Central Intelligence Agency.
Then there is the relationship that has again been discovered between American intelligence and companies of international killers, mercenary companies like the infamous Blackwater.
First – significance of the place: “Khost”
Khost is the capital of a region that bears the same name. This region enjoys a strategic significance unparalleled by any other Afghan region. This is because the region is crisscrossed by the largest number of natural corridors connecting Afghanistan with neighboring Pakistan. In the past, Khost was a very small town, almost forgotten, called “Matun Baba”. When relations between the two neighboring countries became strained, Khost was transformed into a large military barracks and a larger intelligence base.
During the era of communist rule, and later Soviet occupation, the “intelligence value” of Khost – and the entire region of course – increased. From the city of Khost was directed an intelligence effort almost unparalleled in Afghanistan. It was mostly directed towards the tribal region in Pakistan, specifically the region of north Waziristan.
What is happening now and what the American occupation is doing is almost a literal application of what the communists and Soviets did before. The main difference is the technology being used.
When Khost city was conquered on 31 March 1991, the Mujahedeen found inside the city 18 intelligence centers. They said that this was three times more than was commonplace in other cities. The missions of those centers are consistent with what American intelligence is doing in the same region today: the organization of acts of sabotage, assassination, espionage and recruitment of agents in the tribal regions, especially Waziristan. This was in addition to internal work against the Mujahedeen in the region including gathering information, recruiting agents, organizing sabotage and assassinations, and sowing dissension and discord among the ranks of different tribes. Soviet activity extended to signing local agreements with Jihadist groups and the same tribal factions to move towards a partial or complete withdrawal from some important regions. The aim of this was to ignite armed struggle among factions of the Mujahedeen and tribes.
Second - significance of the target: Military base for American intelligence:
This is a large and multifaceted topic. Why does intelligence have a military base? What is the impact of that on the military action of the American army? What is the impact of that on the harmony between intelligence efforts and military efforts? What is the impact on the militarization of American intelligence on the internal situation in the United States and in the world? More specifically, what is the impact of that inside Khost? What is the impact of that on the link between the tribal region of Waziristan and events in Afghanistan and Pakistan? What is the depth of the relationship between American intelligence and criminal, mercenary companies like Blackwater? To what extent have such mercenary companies infiltrated the most sensitive centers in American life, such as “internal and external” security and, specifically, intelligence? To what extent do criminal international companies like Blackwater control the reins of modern technological weapons with regards to import, export and supplying the army and intelligence with that material whether manufactured inside the United States or inside Israel? What is the extent of influence of Blackwater and its sister companies over weapons of mass destruction, especially nuclear weapons, when political leaders in Pakistan have stated that this company has placed the Pakistani nuclear program under its protection? What is the role of American intelligence and international criminal companies like Blackwater in administrating the American project to plant opium in Afghanistan, manufacture heroin and distribute it internationally? What is the role of Blackwater and its sisters in protecting the petroleum pipelines that cross through Afghanistan from Turkmenistan and into Pakistan? What is the impact of the privatization of the army and intelligence upon the internal political situation in the United States and the fate of the ruling regime? Will the regime turn into a new kind of fascist and totalitarian state internally and on the international stage? And will America turn into fascist empire controlling the world for the benefit of capitalism and Zionism? What is the role of Zionist banker capital in that transformation and what is the extent of its control, through the policy of privatization, over the army and intelligence and subsequently inside America? What is the impact of all that upon Muslims generally, upon Arabs particularly and upon the Palestinians most particularly?
Militias, Communists, Occupation
The presence of a Central Intelligence Agency base in Khost warns of the severe danger to the security of citizens on both sides of the border and their constant exposure to the threat of murder and destruction of property.
It is well known that the tribes are the same on both sides of the border, and their division came at the hands of the British occupation which drew up separating boundaries. All the Pushtun regions were inside Afghan territory until this was divided by the Durand treaty which drew the borders. It was assumed this would be temporary in duration, but removing the effects of colonialism will be no easy matter so long as a proper Islamic regime is not implemented on both sides of the artificial border.
But an open and provocative presence of this degree leads to exciting religious and nationalist feelings against the occupiers, especially if they are provocative louts like the Americans. Like the rest of Afghanistan, this region has been famed for resistance to invaders across the ages. During the Soviet era, the victories of Khost and the assault on the city and its military conquest were the incomparable crowning achievements of the Jihadist war in Afghanistan. And it is now recording a new battle, a malhama, against the American occupation.
Although the occupiers have been able to hide a great many facts, the painful debacle of the detonation of their intelligence center in Khost was too big to hide, although as is their custom, they minimized the amount and extent of their losses, for reasons connected to the psychological state of their forces.
The communists previously considered Khost to be one of their main strongholds in the country. They thought that they were successful in recruiting a large number of strong militias to support them in the war against the Mujahedeen. They were helped in this by the presence of sons of this region among the high-ranking officers in the communist regime, the most famous of whom was Shah Nawaz Tana, who reached the Army general staff.
Nonetheless, a large number of the members and leaders of the militias of the region provided inestimable service to the Mujahedeen, especially in the provision of information and later in arranging the heavy defeat of the communist forces. When attacked, most of those militias joined with the Mujahedeen or left the fighting completely and fled with their families from the region. Meanwhile the regime called upon for help the militias organized by Abdul Rasheed Dostum, currently the Army chief of staff in the Karzai government. There is almost no Mujahad in Khost who does not feel a personal vengeance against Dostum and his militias. The American occupation is following in the footsteps of the Soviet occupation in an astounding manner, both from its overall approach to managing the entire problem to its way of managing the war in its smallest details.
Despite possessing far better weapons, the (Americans) are less proficient in managing war and conducting field combat and even in the field of collecting information and intelligence. This is clear from the recent Khost strike and other incidents.
Since the conquest of Khost, western humanitarian (!!) aid organizations have rushed to contact individuals and leaders of the communist leaders in Khost. This is natural since it has happened in all parts of the country. They opened projects in their districts, rented their houses at fantastic prices, and woven a network of relationships which they used against the first Islamic Emirate. And they use it now to strengthen the occupation, defend their forces and work within their intelligence network. Just as many countries near and far worked to hunt down and recruit officers of the previous communist intelligence agency, especially from the apparatus of the “KHAD” information service, which was transformed into a ministry towards the end of the regime’s life. Now the time has come for them to apply their intelligence expertise in the internal Afghan realm. This is invaluable experience and the American war budget is capable of filling their bellies with gold.
But it must be noted that many changes have occurred in the circles of those officers and in the con**** of their national and tribal background. For example: many of them inclined moderately towards Islam, especially after experiencing the war, the defeat of the communist regime and the collapse of the Soviet empire. Additionally, there is the fact that many of them enjoy a pardon given to them by the Mujahedeen. This was the last thing they expected and may have a deeper impact on them than anything else. I personally lived through an incident of this type when a high-ranking general of the communist regime was captured after the conquest of Khost. His wife came with his children to beg the leader of the region to pardon him and not kill him. He answered her plea and gave as a gift to her and her children that venerable general, who belonged to the largest tribe in Khost. Another general with a special rank in the regime was captured by the Mujahedeen at the conquest of Khost. They treated him well and he was a great help to them in subsequent battles and had a great impact in the surrender of large army forces in other cities.
Second, the ideological background of those officers is Marxist, but mostly it’s built upon an extreme nationalist base, hostile to the English in a “hereditary historical fashion” and everything related to the English, at the forefront of which are the Americans.
That extreme nationalism is a stronger force among them than is Marxism. As for tribal affiliation, that comes first. This is a strong influence in Afghan society, exceeded by nothing else other than their adherence to Islam. Nationalism and tribalism have caused violent clashes among them and with the Soviets which developed into armed battles and at time attempts at revolution.
Third, there are numerous other ramifications examples of which we have seen in other Islamic countries. The most important of which is that there is a faction of such people who have joined themselves heart and soul with the American surge and have employed themselves acting in hostility to Islam, and even in hostility to nationalist feelings, to the point they have become more American than America itself and more colonialist than colonialism.
From what was previously demonstrated, it is very clear there are local military and intelligence elements ready to conduct operations against the American presence after the manner of the Khost operation, or even more severe.
The role of information in war:
The American Central Intelligence Agency began its work, like similar organizations around the world, as an organization concerned with gathering information, analyzing it and providing it to the decision-makers. Then its work evolved into operations interfering with the internal affairs of foreign countries, and arranging coups like occurred in Iran in 1953 against the Mossadeq on behalf of the American petroleum companies, or invasion attempts using mercenary forces as happened in Cuba during the Bay of Pigs operation against the regime of Fidel Castro.
Its role abroad has developed to its current state in which it has become revealed as a complete army operating abroad. Obama himself has described that intelligence army as working on the front lines in the war against the enemies. This is the army that organized the kidnapping of thousands of Muslims from everywhere and took most of them to secret prisons around the world. The small minority were taken to Guantanamo. The missing ones are believed to have been subjected to more torture, or subjected to medical and psychological tests. Undoubtedly most of them met their fate and were turned into spare parts after their organs were harvested, just like Israel does with kidnapped and imprisoned Palestinians.
That “intelligence army” plays the complete role of a traditional combatant army possessing open bases, and conducts operations with aircraft, satellites and guided missiles to assassinate “enemies”, destroy facilities and sow fear among civilians to dissuade them from aiding the Mujahedeen.
However, is the effect of that a military digression – or the militarization of intelligence agencies – from its duties as an organization that gathers and analyzes intelligence? This question cannot be answered precisely, but there of operational indicators that point to a decline in intelligence performance without the military performance recording any praiseworthy success. On the contrary, many opinions have emerged which sharply criticize this process and regard its effects as far more negative than positive.
The failure of that organization in gathering intelligence has reached the point that one of its main bases in Afghanistan was subjected to a martyrdom-seeking operation which inflicted the second greatest losses on the CIA in its history. That dreadful agency was unable to protect itself in the poorest and least armed country whose only method means of defending itself is deep religious allegiance with a highly proficient and experienced leadership.
The agency then alleged that its mission in Khost was to pursue the Mujahedeen, the foremost of whom is one of the most prominent field commanders of the Islamic Emirate, Sheikh Jalaluddin Haqqani, may Allah protect him and his men. But the operation that struck them revealed who was pursuing whom. For Khost remains one of the most active fronts, and Sheikh Haqqani, may Allah protect him, worthily directs his operations in greater Paktia: Paktika, Khost and Paktia. And so we do not forget, Paktika is the province in which was taken prisoner the first American soldier to be captured since the Vietnam War. Where is the ability of that legendary agency in performing those miracles that you see the propaganda films made in Hollywood?
It is clear that American intelligence assassination operations and its departure from the realm of what is “reasonable” both inside and outside the United States, have weakened it on all fronts, even in its primary field – which is intelligence work – even as it has weakened it in additional areas – namely, acting as an organized army.
It is natural that the militarization of the intelligence agency has caused a fissure in its relationship with the regular army, and this interference in others’ specializations reflects on the level of performance of both parties in the field of Afghan operations. This is clearly demonstrated by the pathetic military performance of the American army and its loss of control over the course of affairs and the loss of initiative to the forces of the Islamic Emirate.
Merely the intervention of the intelligence agency in such a fashion in the field of military operations gives the impression of a loss of confidence by the state in its army. It likewise damages decisively presumed cooperation between an intelligence agency whose job is to gather and analyze information and the army which supposedly bases its plans and conducts its operations according to that information.
It is perfectly clear that this cycle has now been broken. For the army does not possess sufficient information and moves like a blind elephant (or like a blind donkey according to which party is in power) fumbling about from wall to wall, striking recklessly and destroying everything but its enemies. In the end it will collapse from fatigue and be torn apart by those waiting for this moment. They will slay it and deliver the country and Believers from it.
Divergent aims for the army and intelligence
The former director of Pakistani intelligence made the following comment about the Khost operation: there is a lack of coordination between the CIA and the army operating in Afghanistan, and the goals of the CIA do not accord with the aims of the army, and that is a source of division. We say that this is a source of something greater than a division, it is an element of disruption and chaos in military operation that will end ultimately in defeat. The same intelligence director observed that the Soviets were more successful than the Americans in Afghanistan because of the coordination between the military and the intelligence apparatus. The struggle between the army and Central Intelligence has reached the point that it compelled the chief of military intelligence in Afghanistan to describe, in his last and most serious report to the American administration, the Central Intelligence as ignorant.
It appears that amazing technological superiority has governed the minds of the CIA leaders and they think that this alone is able to subjugate the Islamic peoples. They wanted to obtain that “honor” for themselves and they put their hands on a system for aerial assassination, or unmanned aircraft, linked to satellites and equipped with guided missiles which defy error. And what has been the result of this?
They have been able to kill some targets –but many more innocent people and religious holy places such as mosques, madrasas and religious scholars. And with the mosques they burned copies of the Quran and killed hundreds of children and elderly and destroyed hundreds of houses. The yield has been the expansion of the spirit of resistance and Jihad, which has spread like fire in the straw so that the Jihad has become a popular Jihadist revolution encompassing all segments of the population and not simply religious students. This has occurred in Afghanistan and it has been capably managed by the military, political and media apparatus of the Islamic Emirate.
It has also happened in Pakistan, Yemen, Somalia, Palestine and Lebanon and every place that American intelligence has sought to humiliate the Muslims and subjugate them to the power of technology as a substitute for the power of Allah the creator.
We can almost say that the numbers of Muslims who have left for Jihad carrying weapons in the face of the American tyrant as a result of the operations of American intelligence are far greater than the numbers of Muslims who have brought out by the words and sermons religious preachers and scholars.
In the end, America will lose its battles on all fronts. The Afghan front will be first and foremost.
The failure of American intelligence in the opium war
Despite the shameful reverses suffered by American intelligence in Afghanistan, especially their recent disgrace at Khost, their invisible disasters are the most important and most dangerous. They are systematically losing their military battles, and before they lost most of their most important battle in the “opium war”, which is the crux of the war and its primary cause and engine.
It is assumed that the protection of and investment in the opium prize is the primary mission of the CIA. According to the United Nations, when it took possession of Afghanistan the opium crop there was only 185 tons, most of it from the areas of the Northern Alliance, America’s first and last ally in Afghanistan. As a result of the efforts of the American intelligence agency, the opium crop in Afghanistan has surpassed 9,000 tons!!
The primary task of the ruling regime, with Karzai and his brother at its head, is to gather opium from the southern provinces, Helmand in particular, which grows most of the opium in Afghanistan, exceeding 60% of the entire world’s opium growth.
American intelligence uses the Army’s air bases and other secret sites under its control to convert the opium crop into heroin. It then supervises its transport and distribution around the world by means of army aircraft and its own private airplanes, using Army airfields and its secret airfields in Afghanistan. It also uses other military flights and other secret flights such as those which transport kidnapped Muslims. It is doubtful that the ruling regime in the White House has full or detailed knowledge of the activities of that intelligence agency in the cultivation of opium, the production and distribution of heroin, or the strategic reserve which will last the world for years even if its cultivation if Afghanistan ceases. This is expected to occur with the return of the Islamic Emirate to rule and after the American collapse, which is expected at any moment.
American intelligence is allied with the big Zionist banks, top army generals, big industrialists, and narcotics, weapons and oil mafias, who constitute the true power in the land and not the White House or Congress. All of those are merely carefully chosen employees. This is the new American fascism.
We say that the great American failure is not in combat, or the blows of the Mujahedeen which have reached inside its intelligence bases. The great and dangerous failure is that half of the opium crop in Afghanistan is reaching the competitors of the United States and its possible enemies, with the Russians standing at their front, without their sending one soldier, or losing one drop of blood or one bullet. Thus the happiest of people understand the American predicament in Afghanistan and the foolish occupations of the Americans, the stupid application of military force and great technological power which is driven by the stupidest mentalities in the history of warfare. All of that will lead swiftly to the complete American collapse, not only in Afghanistan but on the entire international stage. This bears a better opportunity for all competitors and enemies to occupy a better position in the coming world order, an order in which the Islamic Emirate will be among the greatest of those drawing its contours

A bomb exploded targeting a mechanism of the U.S. occupation, which resulted in damaging it near a military camp in eastern Baquba City of Diyala Province. According to the government source American occupation convoy came under a roadside bomb attack planted on the side of main road near Kirkush camp in Baladrouz district of eastern Bakuba City.
The attack damaged one wheel, however the size of casualties among enemy forces have not been revealed because of security cordon imposed at the area.
Australia and Canada take a rationale decision after Holland

After the dissolution of Dutch government following its parliament's hot discussion over the American war in Afghanistan, now Canada and Australia have decided to respect views of their people for unconditional withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan.
The Americans have been using various ploys and wiles in the last nine years to achieve their colonialist objectives, trying to show that the war in Afghanistan is the war of the West. Otherwise, they claim, the West would have to face harm as result or reap its benefits. The Americans have been able to keep a number of countries entangled in the Afghan war through play of wiles and display of ambitious goals.
But as the time went by, not only the Afghans realized the true face of America but other members of the Coalition in Afghanistan also came to know the true feature of USA as clearly as they see the broad day light. They know that America does know only its interests; it does not care about others; nor it pays any attention to other countries interests.
Western countries who are part of the Coalition in Afghanistan were thinking that they have vital interests in Afghanistan because Americans had told them so i.e. That Afghanistan was important for them geo-economically and militarily and that it was crucial for their long-term dominance over the whole region. That is why, Western countries divided all provinces and areas of Afghanistan among themselves, referring to them as areas of their influence and promised to carry out reconstruction there. As such, they simultaneously began to have confrontations with the Mujahideen. However, during the past nine years, Mujahideen became stronger with the passage of time; the Afghans sensitiveness against foreign troops growingly compounded; the material and life losses of foreign troops kept spiraling up and the American domineering attitude ominously became evident. These ground realities forced America and its allies face frustrations and convincingly came around that the achievement of their objectives was almost unfeasible and impossible. Links of the chains of their victory started breaking smithereens.
Western analysts believe that Americans are not ready to give any role to the rest of the world to play in Afghanistan nor are they allow them to win the hearts and minds of the Afghan people through positive measures. A French political leader Morg Basin says, there are many examples, which indicate America overtly and covertly works against the stance of other countries because of its arrogance. They hurl hurdles in their ways. He further says whenever, French, Canada and German succeed in winning the hearts and minds of Afghans in a given area of Afghanistan through reconstruction work and other humanitarian activities, the Americans heavily bombard that area; they torture the residents and launch night raids on their houses . Thus, they intentionally create resentments and wrath among the people. This contradictory image of America and its other domineering attitudes in addition to the presence of Mujahideen in 80% of Afghanistan have given rise to a rift among the ranks of the American-led Coalition in Afghanistan. The Coalition members want to pull out of the country one after another because they know, the current war in Afghanistan is only aimed at securing interests of Americans and Britain's while other countries are being used as fodder of the cannon.
After the dissolution of the Dutch government over the mission in Afghanistan. , where the parliament was not ready to extend the military mission in the country , now the Australian and Canadian public have mounted pressure on their rulers to pay respect to the people's demand for withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan and notify America and NATO of their decision.
Observers believe that the Austrian and Canadian decisions to pull out of Afghanistan indicate the beginning of the fall of American empire and mastership. Their sun is about to set. They are facing defeat not only in the military field but their social system is on the verge of disintegration. If they keep traveling the way that leads to the well's hole, they would certainly end up falling down into the pit if they do not amend their way. Even wild stratagems and plods will not save them.

KANDAHAR, Mar. 14 - Les moudjahidin de l'Emirat Islamique ont réussie l'exploit ce samedi qui était surtout un message adresser au terroriste Stanley Mc Chrystal's et contre son plan d'invasion pour la province de Kandahar. Ce message a causé des pertes énormes à la coalition américano-afghan. Selon les détails, des Mujahideen, ayant pénétré derrières toutes les barrières de sécurité et de contrôles, ont réalisé une série d'attaques et d'opérations Martyres contre les cibles importants dans le cœur de la ville de Kandahar hautement sécurisé. Pas étonnant que Tahir ul- Qadri, a du émettre une fatwa, non ? Durant la première attaque, des Mujahideen ont ciblé le quartier général de la police, les conduisant dans des face-à-face avec les apostats. Les détonations de bombes ont ensuite infligé d'énormes pertes dans les rangs de la police ainsi que des pertes matérielles, mais on ignore encore combien de policiers ont été tués et blessés, suite aux barrages de la police dans la zone de Sarbuzi près de la ville de Kandahar. Entre-temps, des moudjahidin ont mené des attaques simultanées visant la maison du Gouverneur apostat, le siège provincial et les quartiers de renseignements militaires qui ont continué jusqu'à la nuit du samedi. Le bouquet, c'était la détonation de la dernière bombe, qui a été la plus mortelle et plus meurtrière de toutes, puisque l'opération a commencé depuis le samedi 13 mars. La dernière explosion a donc eu lieu quand les moudjahidin ont quitté les lieux et ont rencontré une patrouille de la coalition sur la route, les Moudjahideen ont quitté le véhicule dans la ville de Kandahar. KANDAHAR, Mar. 14 - Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate during a successful operation on Saturday, which was primarily a message to Gen. Stanley McChrystal's warning against their coming operation in Kandahar city, caused the U.S-coalition and Afghan troops deadliest losses. According to the details, Mujahideen, having penetrated into all security barriers and checks, carried out a series of attacks and bombings on the important points in the heart of heavily secured Kandahar city. In the first attack, Mujhideen targeted the police headquarter, conducting face-to-face fighting and detonations that inflicted the police force heavy losses of life and material, but it is still unclear how many policemen were killed and injured, followed by attacks on the police checkpoints in Sarbuzi area of Kandahar city. Meantime, Mujahideen carried out simultaneous attacks and bombings which continued till late night hours of Saturday near governor house, provisional guesthouse and intelligence headquarter. The last detonation which has been the most fatal and deadliest of all since the operation started on Saturday Mar. 13, targeted the U.S-led coalition patrol which encountered Mujahideen who, while leaving Kandahar city in their vehicle, have been engaged in a fierce gunfight with the coalition patrol. Mujahideen first opened firing at coalition soldiers from the vehicle, later, as per their tactical plan, Mujahideen left the vehicle which gave the collation and U.S soldiers a chance to approach the vehicle, at this point the Mujahideen exploded the vehicle using a remote control device that killed and wounded a large number of the U.S and the coalition soldiers but the death and the injury toll enemy troops is not determined yet. However, the Afghan puppet and NATO officials claimed, as usual, that most of the civilians were victims of Mujahideen attacks and explosions, while some independent media outlets, observers and witnesses say, the fatalities and casualties have only been inflicted on the Afghan police force during the Mujahideen bombings and attacks on the police headquarter and police checkpoints and on the foreign coalitions during the last bomb attack in an area at the furthest point of this city, where curfew had been imposed by the enemy to prevent the civilians from going outside, as the Mujahideen were in the point of leaving Kandahar city. Qari Yousuf Amadi, the spokesman for al-Emarah website, in telephonic conversation told al-Emarah that the Mujahideen's successful operation in the heart of Kandahar city was a message to Stanley McChrystal and a reaction to the U.S coming operation in Kandahar province which proves that the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate are fully prepared and ready to fight the Americans, NATO and their allies, no mater whichever part of Afghanistan they may be.
PAKTIA, Mar. 14 - U.S. fighter jet on later Saturday night, Mar. 14, bombed a Madrasah ( seminary) located in Daulat Zewar area of Zarmat district, Paktia province. According to the report from the area, 4 under age students who were staying in Madrasah were killed and three other were seriously hurt in the U.S bombings. The residents, as a sign of protest were out to carry the dead bodies of the martyrs in front of the district headquarter in the morning hours of Sunday, said the locals. Furthermore, 10 other students of a school were martyred a few days ago by the U.S. invaders in Kunar province.
HELMAND, Mar. 14 - Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate during an encounter killed at least four American invaders and injured another five as a group of the U.S foot patrol came under an ambush attack while the invaders were on patrol mission and walking near the Masjid( mosque ) of Mulawi Muhammad Nabi in Marjah town of the province's Nad Ali district in the morning hours of Mar, 14, 2010.
Separately, one American was killed and at least 3 hurt on later Saturday afternoon while the U.S. soldiers were trying to demine and neutralize a planted mine in the village of Khushal, Nad Ali district.
HELMAND, Mar. 14 - There are reports from Helmand province that several Americans soldiers were killed in separate bombings that hit 5 U.S. armored tanks in different parts of Marjah town of Nad Ali district, Helmand province, on Saturday, Mar. 13, 2010. As per details, one of the U.S. tanks was targeted by a mine blast in Ibadullah Qulf area of Majah in the morning hours of the day, destroying the tank completely with its American soldiers killed. Later at noon, the second U.S tank got hit by an IED blast in Kariz Sadi area of Ibadullah Qulf, Marjah town that left the tank fully wrecked with the U.S soldiers including an Afghan translator killed who were on board. A little over an hour later, yet another tank of the U.S. invaders got destroyed in a roadside bombing in Cheena Walu area of Marjah that left all the U.S crew of the tank dead. Separately, the forth and fifth tanks of the American forces were eliminated in the Mujhideen's bombings in the Bock A - 4 and Mulawi Shahzadah areas of Marjah on the same day, with at least two dozens of the Americans killed who were traveling in both stuck tanks. Also Saturday, Mujahideen during a surprise attack killed a soldier of coalition troops as well as wounding two others in Kariz sadi area of Marjah, however, a Mujhid and a civilian were injured during the fighting. In another incident, the U.S. invaders picked up four innocent civilians from from Lui Mandah area of Marjah who were taken by them to U.S. base on Friday night.
NANGARHAR, Mar. 14 - On Saturday, three fuel trucks while traveling in a convoy carrying logistical supplies to NATO and U.S troops were burned down in Khaiwa district of Nangarhar province. The convoy heading for Kunar province from Jalalabad, capital of Nangarhar, came under attack in Islam Purah area of this district, the report said, adding it is not clear yet how many of the enemy soldiers were killed or injured in this operation.

KHUST, Mar. 13 - A U.S base in Khust's Yaqubi district came under Mujahideen's heavy arms fire on Saturday; Mar. 13, 2010. According to the report the 5 mortar rounds hit the U.S. base inflicting losses of life and materials on the Americans, but the are no details of the number of their deaths and injuries yet. Separately, on Saturday, Mujahideen fired missiles at the U.S military campaign, five of which struck the target which was responded with subsequent firing by the enemy causing no one any harm. Similarly, a blast Friday killed 5 Afghan soldiers with 5 wounded when a roadside bomb went off under their vehicle in Lakanu area near Khost city.

BADAKHSHAN, Mar. 13 - Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate carried out an armed assault on the intelligence headquarter in Badakhshan's Kishm district on Friday night, The report from the area indicated a face-to-face fighting broke out that continued for about half an hour forcing the enemy to flee from the area, leaving a sizable amount of the ammunition and arms behind for the Mujahideen. The report added the enemy had sustained loss of life and injuries but gave no further details of the extent of the deaths and injuries.

KANDAHAR, Mar. 13 - A series of the Mujhideen's bombings in the province's Arghandab district killed 7 American invaders and wounded 5 others on Faraday, Mar. 12, according to the report from Kandahar province. The first detonation that occurred at the noon hours of the day, in Sayedanu Kala area of this province, set off near a group the U.S foot patrol, leaving 5 American soldiers dead and three wounded. Later in the after noon, 2 American invaders were killed with 2 badly injured when a planted mine went off near a group of the U.S. soldiers walking through a street in Kakaran area near Mirwais Nikah Ziyarat ( Shrine ). The dead and the wounded from both explosions have been evacuated through the helicopters following the incidents, said the locals.
HELMAND, Mar. 12 - Some nine Afghan soldiers including a commander were killed on Friday, Mar. 12, as their vehicle was hit by a roadside bomb panted on the leading to Block Now area of Marjah, causing the vehicle to be smashed into pieces.
Later at noon, another blast ripped into a U.S tank in Dasht near Abdullah Qulf area of Marjah, killing all the U.S soldiers in the tank. Meanwhile, two consecutive blasts tore through the foreign coalition foot patrol, leaving 4 soldiers dead as well as 6 wounded in Hundu Suzu area of Marjah town. In another incident, at least 7 Afghan soldiers were killed or injured in a bomb attack that struck their vehicle on the road between Chor and Mula Dust Muhammad Char Rahi areas of Marjah, in the later afternoon hours of the same day. However, one of the IED's blasts went off near the combined foot patrol of Afghan and foreign coalition troops that left 3 dead and 3 wounded. likewise, Mujahideen, during a one-hour long gun battle in Civic Gharbi area of Marja, killed a coalition soldier besides terribly hurting another two, on Friday afternoon. According to a recent report, a blast struck a U.S tank on Friday evening near Shawl area of Marjah, leaving the tank on fire and killing American soldiers on board who were airlifted right after the incident.
HELMAND, Mar. 12 - The U.S invaders during the last phase of what they call the major operation have resorted to the drone attacks in Helmand's Marjah town. According to the report from Helmand province, U.S drone or pilot-less spy plane fired missiles at a village called Mir Hamzah Khan in Marjah town of Nad Ali district, on Thursday night, Mar. 11, 2010, killing 3 members of the same family in house including a child, a women and the honor of the house. It is to be mentioned that the U.S invaders two days earlier martyred four members of the same family on the way to the nearby clinic including two children a woman and a man riding on a motorcycle in the same area of Marjah.

Restrictions on Movement: Israel has continued to impose a tightened siege on the OPT and imposed severe restrictions on the movement of Palestinian civilians in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, including occupied East Jerusalem.
Gaza Strip
Israel has continuously closed all border crossings to the Gaza Strip for more than two and a half years. The illegal Israeli-imposed siege of Gaza, which has steadily tightened since June 2007, has had a disastrous impact on the humanitarian and economic situation in the Gaza Strip.
On Friday, 01 January 2010, IOF decided to close Nahal Ouz crossing permanently, and to allow the entry of fuels through Karm Abu Salem (Kerem Shalom) crossing, southeast of Rafah, claiming security reasons.
1.5 million people are being denied their basic rights, including freedom of movement, and their rights to appropriate living conditions, work, health and education.
The main concern of the population of the Gaza Strip is to obtain their basic needs of food, medicines, water and electricity supplies.
Israel has continued to prevent the entry of raw construction materials into the Gaza Strip for more than two and a half years.
Israel has not allowed fuel supplies into the Gaza Strip, excluding limited amounts of cooking gas and energy fuel for Gaza Power Plant, since 10 December 2008.
The Rafah International Crossing Point has been opened for a few days for a number of patients who received medical treatment abroad and needed to return home to the Gaza Strip.
Israel had continued to close Beit Hanoun (Erez) crossing to Palestinian civilians wishing to travel to the West Bank and Israeli for medical treatment, trade or social visits.
Israel has imposed additional restrictions on access of international diplomats, journalists and humanitarian workers to the Gaza Strip. They have prevented representatives of several international humanitarian organizations from entering the Gaza Strip.
Living conditions of the Palestinian civilian population have seriously deteriorated; levels of poverty and unemployment have mounted sharply.
At least 800 Gazan prisoners in Israeli jails have been deprived of family visitation for more than two and a half years.
IOF have continued to attack Palestinian fishermen along the coast of the Gaza Strip.
West Bank
IOF have continued to impose severe restrictions on the movement of Palestinian civilians throughout the West Bank, including occupied East Jerusalem. Thousands of Palestinian civilians from the West Bank and the Gaza Strip continue to be denied access to Jerusalem.
IOF have established checkpoints in and around Jerusalem, severely restricting Palestinian access to the city. Civilians are frequently prevented from praying at al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem.
There are approximately 630 permanent roadblocks, manned and unmanned checkpoints across the West Bank. In addition, there are some 60 - 80 'flying' or temporary checkpoints erected across the West Bank by IOF every week.
When complete, the illegal Annexation Wall will stretch for 724 kilometers around the West Bank, further isolating the entire population. 350 kilometers of the Wall have already been constructed. Approximately 99% of the Wall has been constructed inside the West Bank itself, further confiscating Palestinian land.
At least 65% of the main roads that lead to 18 Palestinian communities in the West Bank are closed or fully controlled by IOF (47 out of 72 roads).
There are around 500 kilometers of restricted roads across the West Bank. In addition, approximately one third of the West Bank, including occupied East Jerusalem, is inaccessible to Palestinians without a permit issued by the IOF. These permits are extremely difficult to obtain.
IOF continue to harass, and assault demonstrators who hold peaceful protests against the construction of the Annexation Wall.
Palestinian civilians continue to be harassed by IOF in Jerusalem, and across the West Bank, including being regularly stopped and searched in the streets by IOF.
Settlement Activities: Israel has continued its settlement activities andIsraeli settlers living in the OPT in violation of international humanitarian law have continued to attack Palestinian civilians and property.
On 06 March 2010, dozens of Israeli settlers from "Brakha'' settlement, escorted by IOF, stormed Iraq Bourin village, southeast of Nablus. A number of Palestinian civilians gathered at the entrances of the village and threw stones at the settlers. Immediately, Israeli troops fired rubber-coated metal bullets and sound bombs at them. As a result, 4 civilians, including a child, were wounded by rubber-coated metal bullets.
On the same day, IOF delivered demolition notices to Palestinian civilians living in Fasayel village, north of Jericho, ordering the demolition of their houses, barnyards and barracks, claiming that they had been built without the necessary permits.
Also on the same day, IOF handed notices to 3 Palestinian civilians living in al-Jiftlek village, north of Jericho, ordering the demolition of barnyards and barracks belonging to them.
Also on the same day, the Israeli government approved the construction of 112 housing units in the settlement of "Beitar Illit", west of Bethlehem.
Also on the same day, a young Israeli settler intercepted two Palestinian children in the center of Hebron. The young settler attempted to run down the two children with his bicycle. He also broke a birdcage, which the two children were carrying. The settler's hand was injured when he attempted to pull at the birdcage. Immediately, Israeli troops intervened and arrested the two Palestinian children. They released the children on bail.
On 09 March 2010, the Israeli Ministry of Interior approved the construction of 1,600 housing units in East Jerusalem. The Israeli daily Ha'aretz reported that the new housing units would be constructed in the "Ramat Shlomo" neighborhood, expanding it in the east and the south.

Following the Friday Prayer on 05 March 2010, dozens of Palestinian civilians and international and Israeli human rights defenders organized a peaceful demonstration in protest of the construction of the Annexation Wall in Bil'ein village, west of Ramallah.The demonstrators moved towards the Wall and attempted to access annexed lands behind it. Immediately, IOF troops fired rubber-coated metal bullets, sound bombs and tear gas canisters at the demonstrators.Dozens of demonstrators suffered from tear gas inhalation, and some sustained bruises.
