WASHINGTON – California attorney Orly Taitz, who has filed a number of lawsuits demanding proof of Barack Obama's eligibility to serve as president, delivered a copy of a Kenyan certification of birth.

The document lists Obama's parents as Barack Hussein Obama and Stanley Ann Obama, formerly Stanley Ann Dunham, the birth date as Aug. 4, 1961, and the hospital of birth as Coast General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya.

No doctor is listed. But the alleged certificate bears the signature of the deputy registrar of Coast Province, Joshua Simon Couya. It was allegedly issued as a certified copy of the original in February 1964.
WND was able to obtain other birth certificates from Kenya for purposes of comparison, and the form of the documents appear to be identical.

Last week, a counterfeit document purporting to be Obama's Kenyan birth certificate made the rounds of the Internet, but was quickly determined to be fraudulent. The new document released by Taitz bears none of the obvious traits of a hoax.
Taitz told WND that the document came from an anonymous source who doesn't want his name known because "he's afraid for his life."
Taitz's motion, filed yesterday in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, requests the purported evidence of Obama's birth – both the alleged birth certificate and foreign records not yet obtained – be preserved from destruction, asks for permission to legally request documents from Kenya and seeks a subpoena for deposition from Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
"I filed the motion with the court asking for expedited discovery, which would allow me to start subpoenas and depositions even before Obama and the government responds," Taitz told WND. "I am asking the judge to give me the power to subpoena the documents from the Kenyan embassy and to require a deposition from Hillary Clinton so they will be forced to authenticate [the birth certificate].
"I'm forcing the issue, where Obama will have to respond," she said.
"Before, they said, 'You don't have anything backing your claims,'" Taitz explained. "Now I have something. In fact, I have posted on the Internet more than Obama has. My birth certificate actually has signatures."
Taitz's most celebrated case involved a military officer, Maj. Stefan Cook, whose order to deploy to Afghanistan was revoked when he challenged Obama's eligibility to hold office. That case has now been refiled in federal court in Florida, raising the specter of a class-action claim among members of the military that their orders aren't valid because of questions surrounding Obama's constitutional eligibility.
Taitz told WND she plans to file additional paperwork with the Florida court tomorrow, adding the alleged Kenyan birth certificate to Maj. Cook's case.

The suit seeks damages and a declaratory judgment. Named as defendants are Simtech, Cook's former civilian employer, and several officials, including Col. Louis B. Wingate and Secretary of Defense Robert Gates.
WND previously reported a judge in Georgia dismissed Cook's case when the government suddenly revoked his orders to report to Fort. Benning for deployment to Afghanistan.
Cook told WND: "As an officer in the armed forces of the United States, it is [my] duty to gain clarification on any order we may believe illegal. With that said, if President Obama is found not to be a 'natural-born citizen,' he is not eligible to be commander in chief."
The new complaint says it seeks Cook's reinstatement with his civilian employer, Simtech Inc., as well as protection from the Department of Defense and president "from further retaliation for plaintiff's challenge to the president's constitutional authority."
WND has reported on dozens of legal challenges to Obama's status as a "natural born citizen." The Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, states, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President."
Some of the lawsuits question whether he was actually born in Hawaii, as he insists. If he was born out of the country, Obama's American mother, the suits contend, was too young at the time of his birth to confer American citizenship to her son under the law at the time.
Other challenges have focused on Obama's citizenship through his father, a Kenyan subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of his birth, thus making him a dual citizen. The cases contend the framers of the Constitution excluded dual citizens from qualifying as natural born.
Complicating the situation is Obama's decision to spend sums estimated in the hundreds of thousands of dollars to avoid releasing a state birth certificate that would put to rest all of the questions.
WND has reported that among the documentation not yet available for Obama includes his kindergarten records, his Punahou school records, his Occidental College records, his Columbia University records, his Columbia thesis, his Harvard Law School records, his Harvard Law Review articles, his scholarly articles from the University of Chicago, his passport, his medical records, his files from his years as an Illinois state senator, his Illinois State Bar Association records, any baptism records, and his adoption records.

Butchers: The hidden truth about Israel's kidney theft ring

(Note: This is a major story. Although I've done no original "in the field" research, I've stitched together published material in a way that reveals the true authorship of this crime. You won't learn about the complicity of the Israeli government anywhere else.)
Where do the kidneys come from?
I'm talking about the kidneys offered by an "organist" named Izzy Rosenbaum. The FBI scooped him up in a corruption probe that focused on pay-offs to New Jersey pols (nothing surprising about that) and money laundering by prominent rabbis:
The probe also uncovered Levy Izhak Rosenbaum of Brooklyn, who is accused of conspiring to broker the sale of a human kidney for a transplant. According to the complaint, Rosenbaum said he had been brokering sale of kidneys for 10 years.
"His business was to entice vulnerable people to give up a kidney for $10,000 which he would turn around and sell for $160,000," said Marra.
Marra is a US attorney involved with the case. News accounts like the one quoted above have led the public to believe that the "donors" were both willing and compensated, and that this operation was purely private. But good evidence indicates that the matter is far, far more troubling.
The kidneys were "donated" at gunpoint by unwilling victims.
The Israeli government directed Rosenbaum's grisly scheme.
Major American hospitals wittingly participated in the plot.
Before we get to that evidence, let us confront two simple questions: Whose kidneys, exactly, were taken? And what kind of doctor would extract a kidney from a healthy patient?
"I am what you call a matchmaker," the complaint quotes Rosenbaum as telling the undercover agent.
Had the transaction been real, federal authorities said, it would have been the most recent chapter in Rosenbaum's 10-year career as an illicit middleman. In each case, he would take a blood sample from a prospective recipient and give it to an associate at an insurance company who could analyze it at a lab without arousing suspicion. The sample would then be shipped to Israel, and the necessary people paid off to find a match.
"He prayed on vulnerable people, " said assistant US district attorney Mark McCarron.
Rosenbaum would then arrange the donor's flight to New York, including obtaining a visa, authorities said. Once the donor arrived in the US, Rosenbaum would help fabricate a relationship between donor and recipient -- a story both would repeat during interviews with medical professionals. The two might pretend to business associates, for instance, or close friends from a religious congregation.
"The hospitals seemed to be in the dark," McCarron said.
As we shall see, we should take that last statement with a grain of salt roughly the size of Lot's wife.
A close reading of the actual indictment of Rosenbaum (pdf) is troubling. Rosenbaum spilled his guts (so to speak) to an undercover informant posing as a prospective organ purchaser. During these interviews, an FBI agent posed as the purchaser's secretary.
Let's look at some excerpts from the indictment. "UC" refers to the informant, whose real name is Solomon Dwek.
The UC asked defendant ROSENBAUM how defendant ROSENBAUM could obtain a kidney on behalf of UC’s uncle, and defendant ROSENBAUM explained that defendant ROSENBAUM could send a blood sample from the UC’s uncle to Israel to find a matching prospective donor. Defendant ROSENBAUM added that "if you want to arrange it faster, then I, I bring the donor over here... The hospital is the authority who decide it's a match or not. Not me, not you, not him, not nobody."
Defendant ROSENBAUM then explained that it would be necessary to fabricate some sort of relationship between the donor and the recipient. Defendant ROSENBAUM stated that "we put together something–-the relationship. The hospital is asking what's the relationship between" the donor and the recipient. Defendant ROSENBAUM continued, "So we put in a relationship, friends, or neighbor, or business relations, any relation."
Defendant ROSENBAUM explained that he was not a surgeon and that once he had brought a willing donor to this country, "it's beyond my control." He did add that "I take care of [the donor] after, after the surgery also." When pressed on this last point, defendant ROSENBAUM explained that "I place him somewhere," to look after the donor. Defendant ROSENBAUM further stated: "You have to babysit him like a baby because he may have a language problem, maybe not." Defendant ROSENBAUM explained the process of finding a donor in Israel and stated that "[t]here are people over there hurting . . . One of the reasons it's so expensive is because you have to shmear (meaning pay various individuals for their assistance) all the time."
11. Defendant ROSENBAUM indicated that among those who would need to be paid were the donor and the doctors in Israel who would examine the donor, and further added that there would be expenses incurred for preparing the Visa work and paying the donor's expenses while in the United States.
The only evidence that the donor would be willing came from Rosenbaum, who had the following motives for lying:
1. He needed to ease the conscience of the prospective recipient.
2. He needed to justify the large amount of cash involved.
3. He needed to protect the hospitals and doctors involved with his operation. Rosenbaum understood that he was engaged in a risky business, and that even if he got caught, he would still need to provide cover for any hospital or surgeon connected to this wretched business.
Do we have evidence of that the donors were coerced? Yes. In fact, we have the testimony of an "insider" witness:
Nancy Scheper-Hughes of the University of California, Berkeley, was and is very clear as to Rosenbaum's role in the ring.
"He is the main U.S. broker for an international trafficking network," she said.
Her sources include a man who started working with Rosenbaum imagining he was helping people in desperate need. The man then began to see the donors, or to be more accurate, sellers, who were flown in from impoverished countries such as Moldova.
"He said it was awful. These people would be brought in and they didn't even know what they were supposed to be doing and they would want to go home and they would cry," Scheper-Hughes said.
The man called Rosenbaum "a thug" who would pull out a pistol he was apparently licensed to carry and tell the sellers, "You're here. A deal is a deal. Now, you'll give us a kidney or you'll never go home.'
(Moldava, incidentally, is a small country bordering the Ukraine.)
Scheper-Hughes, who is writing a book on this topic, went to the FBI in 2002. They dismissed her evidence. The State Department issued a 2004 report which labeled organ trafficking an "urban legend." By contrast, authorities in other countries acted on her leads and made arrests.
Scheper-Hughes had better luck in Brazil and in South Africa, where law enforcement corroborated her findings and acted decisively.
But the ring kept operating elsewhere. Scheper-Hughes visited villages in Moldova where, "20% of the men were siphoned off to be kidney sellers in this same scheme."
We must now pause to re-think Rosenbaum's statements to the FBI informant. How could any rational person working for a hospital buy the story that the recipients -- American Jews -- attended services with Brazilians and Africans?

I had begun to unravel a huge network -- a criminal network that really looks like, smells like, kind of a mafia. The head office of the pyramid scheme originated in Israel, with brokers placed in Turkey; in New York City; in Philadelphia; in Durban; in Johannesburg; in Recife, Brazil; Moldova -- all over the place. And I used my ethnographic investigative skills to just go country-hopping and try to connect the dots.
Eventually, it brought me to Isaac Rosenbaum being the head broker for Ilan Peri in Israel, who is the don, basically, of the operation, and who is a slippery guy. The Israelis tried to nail him and arrest him. They tried to get him on tax evasion and he escaped to Germany. I think he's back in Israel.
A cynic might posit that Mr. Peri has what Mossad calls "a horse" pulling for him. (A "horse" is an Israeli slang term for a big shot offering covert aid.) Although he has left a very scant public trail, Mr. Peri and his operation are mentioned in this 2004 story.
This fascinating article from Agence-France Presse offers blockbuster information. A retired Israeli army officer named Geldaya Tauber Gady was arrested in Brazil for his participation in this international organ trafficking ring. (I suspect that the information from Scheper-Hughes -- which was taken seriously in Brazil -- led to Gady's arrest.)
He told the court that the Israeli government financed the operation. Not only that:
Gady told the court that an Israeli government official, identified only as Ilan, put him in touch with an intermediary in Brazil...
Gady's courtroom testimony puts the Rosenbaum case in an entirely new light. The American media's coverage has led the public to believe that Rosenbaum's kidney trafficking was purely a matter of private enrichment. But a former Israeli officer has said under oath that the Israeli government runs this ring, and that the master of the ring -- "Ilan" is obviously Ilan Peri -- functions as an agent of that government.
(Now I'm wondering: Was the Israeli government involved with the money laundering conducted through New Jersey synagogues?)
Frankly, I suspect that Scheper-Hughes knows all about Gady's testimony and its implications for the Rosenbaum case. She probably has chosen to keep mum about it in order not to lose credibility with the American media.
The Lehrer interview with Scheper-Hughes goes on to deliver more details about her findings in Moldova. In villages there, many young men reported that they had been told that they expect to find work in other countries (including the United States) as house painters. Once in the new country, they were forced to give up their kidneys.
According to Scheper-Hughes' informant within Rosenbaum's organization, confused and disoriented Russians would be flown into New York City by Israeli brokers who forced them at gunpoint to "donate" kidneys.
Scheper-Hughes: They told me the names of the hospitals, and they were our best hospitals!
Brian Lehrer: And did they know, professor, that they were performing kidney surgery on people who were unwilling participants and were being exploited and threatened?
Scheper-Hughes: My sense is, how could some of them not have known? The people that arrived, some of them didn't speak the same languages, they were poor, they were disoriented...
We have rules. We have transplant coordinating committees. We have ethical guidelines. And you don't just let people walk in off the streets.
She goes on to name Mount Sinai hospital, against whom she has videotaped evidence. She brought the videotape to the attention of 60 Minutes, which did not broadcast it. Later in the interview, she refers to operations done at Albert Einstein Medical Center. Mount Sinai says that its kidney donors "undergo an extensive evaluation to provide for their safety and well-being."
Over the years, many have accused Israel of trafficking in the organs of Palestinians. The Palestinians themselves have no doubt that the practice is common.
Unfortunately, many of the websites trumpeting charges of Israeli organ theft often display an undeniable anti-Semitic bent. Some of the allegations I've looked into do indeed appear to be spurious. (I would, for example, dismiss any claim that traces back to so notorious a source as La Voz de Atlan.) But before you categorize all such accusations as fantasies, consider: As recently as 2004, the State Department officially denounced as mythical the claim that organ trafficking occurs in the United States. As we now know, that "myth" had a basis in reality.
Knee-jerk accusations of anti-Semitism should not deter us from conducting candid and unbiased research into Israel's record. I would note that those who discuss organ trafficking in India and China are not accused of racial animosity toward the Indians or the Chinese. This online book is written to a high standard and cites responsible sources, including Scheper-Hughes. The endnotes attribute the following story to the respected author David Yallop:
West Bank, 8th of February 1988
Nineteen years old Khader Elias Tarazi, a Christian Palestinian, went shopping for groceries in the Gaza. Upon returning with two bags on his bicycle he crossed a road near a demonstration where stone throwers were fleeing Israeli Army soldiers. The soldiers grabbed Khader and beat his head and body with truncheons. Shopkeepers shouted that Khader wasn’t involved but soldiers broke one of Khader's arms and a leg. They continued the beating then threw him onto the bonnet of their jeep handcuffing the now unconscious Khader to the front crash bar. They drove off continually braking hard whereupon he sustained further injuries including a broken back, skull injuries and his face kept banging against the bonnet.
The Israeli doctor at the Military Prison in Gaza refused to attend Khader because of his serious injuries and inadequate paperwork. He was taken to Ansar Two prison and thrown into a prisoner tent holding thirty to forty prisoners. The other Palestinian prisoners screamed that he must be taken to hospital and the guards responded by forcing them to strip naked and stand outside in the winter cold. Khader died in the tent and later was taken to Soroka Hospital in Beer Sheva and pronounced dead.
Khader’s mother was outside the prison where Israeli officials denied they had a prisoner by his name inside. Later, they admitted he was inside but said he must have been very sick when he went out shopping because he was now dead.
Israeli officials refused to hand over the body and it was transferred to Abu Kabeer hospital, officially for a post-mortem. Mrs Tarazi told David Yallop that during this time many of his organs were illegally removed from his body.
No inquiry was made into the death and the Tarazi family were told if they continued to ask for an inquiry they would be looking for trouble. Five months later soldiers and secret police visited the Tarazi house at midnight, beat up Khader’s brother and father and threw the former into Ansar Three prison.

When Roman Catholic Palestinians were leaving mass they were confronted by the Israeli Army and began throwing stones. Nineteen-year old Iyad Bishara Abu Saada was killed by a plastic bullet that cut an abdominal artery. The same grim chase for the body entailed. The mourners eluded the Israelis and Iyad was buried a few hours later. Somewhat predictably the Israelis fired teargas canisters into the family home four days later. Mrs Saada told David Yallop the practice of removing organs was common and named Arab and Israeli hospitals where she said organs were removed. She said doctors, accompanied by soldiers, offered large amounts of money to parents of the killed.

Dr. Abu Ghazalch attributes the widespread anxiety over organ thefts which has gripped Gaza and the West Bank since the intifada began in December of 1987 to several factors. "There are indications that for one reason or another, organs. especially eyes and kidneys, were removed from the bodies during the first year or year and a half'. There were just too many reports by credible people for there to he nothing happening. If someone is shot in the head and comes home in a plastic bag without internal organs, what will people assume'?
The doctor went on to state that there were "fewer incidents which point in that direction" as of 1990. Incidentally, the story mentions Dr. Yehuda Hiss, more recently accused of harvesting organs from fallen Israeli soldiers without permission.
According to a story which was published in Ha'aretz (a source not open to charges of anti-Semitism), Romanian authorities have accused an Israeli adoption agency of being part of a global organ theft conspiracy.
The Romanian Embassy in Israel has asked for, and received from the Labor and Social Affairs Ministry, a list of all children born in Romania who have been brought to Israel for adoption in recent years. The Romanian officials are trying to ascertain if all such children arrived in Israel with all organs in their bodies.
Let's close with a tale about a willing Palestinian organ donation.
In 2005, in the town of Jenin, the Israeli Defense Forces shot and killed a Palestinian child named Ahmed Khatib. British soldier protests Afghan war "my fellow soldiers has become a tool of American foreign policy"
LONDON — A soldier facing a court martial for refusing to serve in Afghanistan urged Prime Minister Gordon Brown Thursday to withdraw Britain's troops, saying they had become "a tool of American foreign policy." Delivering a letter to Brown's Downing Street office, Lance Corporal Joe Glenton, 27, said the NATO-led mission there was bringing "death and devastation" to the Afghan people and would ultimately fail.
"It is my primary concern that the courage and tenacity of my fellow soldiers has become a tool of American foreign policy," he wrote.
"I believe this unethical short-changing of such proud men and women has caused immeasurable suffering not only to families of British service personnel who have been killed and injured, but also to the noble people of Afghanistan." The protest came as the Ministry of Defence (MoD) confirmed that British forces in Afghanistan had suffered their highest casualty rate since the US-led invasion of the country in 2001, in the wake of the September 11 attacks. In his letter Glenton said: "The war in Afghanistan is not reducing the terrorist risk, far from improving Afghan lives it is bringing death and devastation to their country. Britain has no business there."
Speaking to reporters afterwards, the soldier -- who faces a court martial for desertion next week, and could be jailed for up to two years -- explained why he would not return to Afghanistan.
"I don't believe our cause is just. I think it's adversely affecting the Afghan people as well as the British army and their families. I think it has become part of the problem rather than the solution."
Earlier this week an opinion poll indicated that more than half of Britons think military forces in Afghanistan cannot win and troops should be withdrawn immediately. Fifty eight percent see the offensive against Taliban Mujahideen in Afghanistan as "unwinnable", and 52 percent want troops out, according to the ComRes survey published in the Independent newspaper Tuesday.

CNN, qui cite un haut responsable du Kurdistan irakien, affirme que les touristes ont été arrêtés alors qu'ils visitaient Ahmed Awa, une destination touristique populaire de cette région autonome du nord de l'Irak, où les frontières avec l'Iran voisin ne sont pas clairement marquées. Selon le responsable kurde cité par la chaîne, les trois touristes ont appelé un de leurs compagnons resté à leur hôtel en Irak pour l'informer qu'ils étaient perdus et encerclés par des militaires iraniens. At the anti-Israel organisation’s recent annual meeting, activists discussed a survey of its members which showed clear support for a comprehensive boycott. More than 400 JFJFP activists responded to the survey.
The meeting considered three options, based on the survey results: “1. That we maintain our present position; 2. That we will consider, on a case-by-case basis, smart boycotts against the occupation; 3. That we will consider, on a case-by-case basis, smart boycotts but not restricted to the occupation.”
The meeting voted for the third option, which would enable JFJFP to initiate or support boycotts of all Israeli goods and services.
In a letter sent to members on Monday, after the meeting, the executive recommends option two, which would widen the group’s activities beyond its current focus on the settlements to taking in everything connected to what it terms the “occupation”.
This would mean boycotting companies, goods and services that could be shown to be connected directly to the Occupied Territories. That would include targeting those who refuse to say whether or not they worked in the Occupied Territories.
In explaining the detail of this option, the JFJFP executive say: “By targeting Israel’s policy of colonisation, this also avoids the accusation — important for an organisation like JFJFP — of being anti-Israel.”
Recommending option two, the executive say it is, among other things, best “for minimising the inevitable misrepresentation of our position in such a way as to make work directed at those who belong to Jewish communal organisations much harder than it is at present”.
The survey shows that the executive is worried about the impact of adopting a wider boycott strategy on the group’s reputation among Jews. Question two asks: “Do you think adopting a broader boycott position would make JFJFP more, or less, attractive to Jews in Britain who take issue with Israeli policy but have not chosen to express that concern by becoming a JFJFP signatory?”
Two-hundred and forty seven out of the 417 respondents said they thought JFJFP would be much less attractive. Another 96 stayed neutral.
JFJFP currently supports a ban on the importation of all settlement produce and claims it was “a very significant contributor to the process whereby the UK government strongly objected to the mislabelling of goods produced in the occupied Palestinian territories”.
It also supports the boycott of companies such as Caterpillar, which it says is “involved in home demolitions and the destruction of, for example, olive groves in order to build the barrier”.
It backs the boycott of companies involved in supporting settlements and demands “an end to the sale of arms to Israel and any purchase of arms or security equipment from Israel”.
The meeting also included a series of workshops exploring how anti-Israel activists should respond to various situations, using recent events as the basis for discussion.

The C.I.A.-N.S.A facility at Pinal Airpark-Marana, (Arizona) is the most important centre that modifies a wide range of aircraft types to conduct the chemtrail spray operations that began the entire United States in November of 1998. Prior to this, selected areas of the U.S.A. had chemtrails operations to test all the technology employed in these chemtrails spray operations and to determine parameters related to aircraft performances and atmospheric conditions. The program is conducted under different code names: "Operation clover leaf", "Operation raindance" and so on. It is now spread in many countries in the world.
Dennis Kucinich did use the word “chemtrails” in the Space Preservation Act of 2001 in which he tried to ban chemtrails and other space-based weapons. He wrote the bill, also called H.R. 2977, while he was the head of the U.S. Arms Oversight Committee. The bill calls for a ban on space-based weapons and a ban on the types of operations that we’re seeing happen now. In section 7 of the bill, “chemtrails” is considered an exotic weapon.
Space-based weaponry is another likely reason that these operations are occurring. As is stated in the Air Force study Owning the Weather in 2025, it is a major advantage to modify the weather and cause rain or drought for the enemy. They also find that the spraying of certain chemicals in the skies assist to jam radar and tele-communications systems. They go on to say that these activities could have tremendous potential in times of military aggression and are proud of the fact that these tactics could also have enormous psychological potential, which would be just as beneficial as causing drought or constant rain. The study even goes on to say that “one major advantage of using simulated weather to achieve a desired effect is that unlike other approaches, it makes what are otherwise the results of deliberate actions appear to be the consequences of natural weather phenomena”.
These operations are also advantageous to the HAARP, which stands for ‘High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program’. HAARP is a highly funded research project in Alaska focusing on altering and manipulating the atmosphere for weather and military dominance.
The US has a long history of spraying chemicals on innocent people in this country. The Freedom of Information Act has allowed us to access information about these experiments, including the spraying of biological agents over San Francisco in 1950 to see who got sick. This is just one example of many. Just recently in 2001, Captain Reily stood against the military’s open air germ testing. Ashraf Sekkaki : un ex-fugueur de Mol!

Fils modèle à la maison, la petit Ashraf aurait développé en 1996, une "double identité" à l’âge de 13 ans, en faisant rire ses copains par des vols à l’étalage audacieux. La justice de Malines mit son avenir entre les mains d’un de ses experts psychiatres, qui prévoyait alors que : "Maintenir l'intéressé (un enfant de 13 ans) en détention pour une période indéterminée, sans envisager son avenir, revient à prévoir de sérieux problèmes en prison ou à l'extérieur, s'il devait parvenir à s'évader".
Deux ans plus tard, le "fils modèle à double identité" était enfermé dans la maison de redressement de Mol, à une vingtaine de kilomètres de la frontière hollandaise, là où le réseau pédocriminel Zandvoort recrutait des enfants. Mais le petit Ashraf semble avoir mal tourné : il fuguait à Malines, dans sa ville natale, plutôt que dans les bordels hollandais. Il a alors été condamné à la prison à l’âge de 16 ans, en 1999, mais la presse ne dit pas pourquoi et pour combien de temps. L'ado se plaignait malheureusement d’une allergie aux gardes, qui par extraordinaire, ont trouvé une petite quantité d'héroïne dans sa cellule. La justice l'a condamné en 2002 pour cela, à la prison à perpétuité, par l’intermédiaire d’un internement psychiatrique. Il n’avait alors que 19 ans.
Marcel Vervloesem, chercheur de l’ONG Werkgroep Morkhoven, a exposé la question des fugueurs de Mol dés 1988, qu’une association de malfaiteurs d’Anvers incitait à fuguer, pour faire de la pédopornographie, puis pour intégrer les "services d’escortes" d’Amsterdam et de Rotterdam. Le premier était Wilfried, âgé de 16 ans. Le plus célèbre était Robbie Van Der Plancken, qui a mené l’ONG au fichier Zandvoort : 88 539 images criminelles, puis assassiné celui qui l'avait exploité.
Le petit Ashraf est devenu "Sekkaki, le caïd." Le 9 septembre 2003, il était privé de liberté depuis 5 ans, ce qui compte tenu de la loi belge qui prévoit la libération conditionnelle au tiers de la peine, équivaut à une peine effective pour une condamnation à 15 ans de prison, à tout prisonnier qui peut se prévaloir d’une bonne conduite. Ce jour-là, il s'est évadé de la prison de Turnhout avec un autre prisonnier, en écartant un barreau de la fenêtre de la salle de gymnastique.
Ironiquement, l'affaire sera confiée au Procureur Hermann Janssens, en charge du dossier Zandvoort, qui est bourré de fugueurs de Mol. Ce Procureur était parvenu à la conclusion que le seul criminel était Marcel, qui avait retrouvé trois fugueurs de Mol chez un patron de bordel du réseau. Il l'a fait incarcérer à la prison de Turnhout en 2005 pour des viols que son état de santé ne lui permettait pas d’exécuter. Il l'a maintenu en prison, malgré que l'auteur d'une des plaintes ait reconnu avoir menti sous la menace d'être envoyé à la maison de redressement de Mol, où la rétraction des fausses accusations l’a effectivement mené.
Le juge, qui avait donné en adoption Wilfried (fugueur de Mol) à un ami du gang d'Anvers, a jugé Marcel coupable de ce viol inexistant. Mais quelle drôle d'idée de l'incarcérer dans le même quartier disciplinaire qu’Ashraf Sekkaki: encore un fugueur Mol, qui préféra voler, plutôt que de se faire enculer !
Le "caïd", "marocain de Malines", ex "fils modèle à double personnalité" aurait braqué 16 banques durant ses 5 mois d'évasion, mais vu la manière dont la justice et la presse traitent ces dossiers, on ne peut jamais être certain de la vérité. La condamnation à vie du fugueur de Mol a toutefois été reconduite via la psychiatrie.
En 2009, Ashraf Sekkaki était privé de liberté depuis 11 ans, dont 7 ans pour les braquages, alors que le garçon qui l'avait embarqué, n'avait eut que 3 ans et 4 mois. Il s'agit d'une peine effective avec bonne conduite, pour une condamnation de 33 ans, alors qu'il n'a que 26 ans. Le célèbre service psychosocial du ministère (PSD) avait pourtant estimé qu'il était "prématuré" de le libérer, comme s'il eut été justifié de l'incarcérer avant sa naissance.
Ce même service a "reconstitué" une enquête sociale en éliminant des phrases entières du rapport de la déléguée, puis éliminé la totalité d'une deuxième enquête sociale et le dossier médical de Marcel, qui avaient jugés approprié de lui accorder ses congés pénitentiaires et un bracelet électronique, qui lui permettraient de soigner ses maladies terminales. On comprend donc qu'Ashraf Sekkaki n'ait vu d'autre solution que de s’évader en hélicoptère. Marcel ne le peut pas en raison de sa santé, et il ne le veut pas, car sa priorité est d'exposer l'application de la loi en Belgique.
La seule réforme de la justice qui puisse lui rendre sa dignité, est de confier les libérations conditionnelles à des collèges de médecins et psychiatres, composés pour moitié d'experts désignés par la justice, et pour autre moitié d'experts désignés par le prisonnier.
The US military aircrafts at the Manas base in Bishkek airport in Kyrgyzstan Russia has secured a deal with Kyrgyzstan to open another military base and increase the number of its troops in the Central Asian country.
Under a memorandum signed on Saturday, the number of Russian troops deployed to Kyrgyzstan will significantly be increased for 49 years and the country will be tasked with "protecting Kyrgyzstan sovereignty" and defending it against international terrorist attacks, Reuters reported.
The two sides will finalize the agreement and detail the location of the second military base in November.
Based on the deal, Russian troops stationed in the two military bases might be granted immunity from legal prosecution.
The new base is speculated to be established in Batken Province, near the border with Uzbekistan. About 400 Russian forces are currently deployed to the Kant air base, 20 kilometer east of the capital, Bishkek.
The US has been running its own base near the city since 2001 with Washington using it as a main point for supporting the war in Afghanistan.

KABUL: Two US troops were killed as the deadliest month for foreign forces of the Afghanistan war drew to a close, the military said on Friday, with commanders vowing to continue the fight despite the toll.
The deaths in southern Afghanistan brought to 41 the number of US troops killed in July, by far the heaviest monthly toll in the eight-year-old war. The worst previous month for US forces was in September 2008, when 26 were killed.
The latest deaths occurred in a firefight with insurgents in southern Afghanistan on Thursday, the US military said, without giving further details. At least 71 foreign troops have been killed in July.
Britain has suffered its worst battlefield casualties since the 1980s Falklands War, with the 22 troops killed in the month taking its total losses in Afghanistan to 191, 12 more than were killed in the Iraq war.
Casualties spiked after thousands of US and British troops this month launched major operations in southern Helmand province, a Taleban stronghold and the center of Afghanistan’s opium production.
“We understood the return of security to these areas would not be achieved without sacrifice,” US Rear Admiral Greg Smith, chief spokesman for US and NATO forces in Afghanistan, said. “For some that has come at a high price.”
The Helmand operations are the first under US President Barack Obama’s new regional strategy to defeat the Taleban and its militant allies and stabilize Afghanistan. They come before crucial presidential elections on Aug. 20.
Violence has escalated across Afghanistan since the operations were launched.
There has also been a spate of election-related attacks, with at least three candidates or officials, including President Hamid Karzai’s vice-presidential running mate Mohammad Qasim Fahim, ambushed. No candidates have been hurt.
On Friday, a convoy carrying ballot papers was attacked by Taleban fighters in west Afghanistan, Farah province governor Ruhol Amin said. Four Afghan soldiers were killed in the attack.
The Helmand operations are the first phase of a new “clear, hold and build” strategy introduced after criticism that previous strategies lacked cohesion and direction.
Overstretched NATO forces had been previously been unable to hold ground they won.
The United States has around 62,000 troops in Afghanistan, out of a total foreign force of about 101,000. US forces are set to rise to some 68,000 by the end of the year.
The extra troops include 4,000 meant to help train Afghan security forces and will be followed by a “civilian surge” of several hundred meant to help Afghanistan rebuild institutions shattered by decades of war.
Civilian deaths have outraged many Afghans and caused friction between Washington and Karzai’s government.
A UN report released in Geneva on Friday found that 1,013 civilians had been killed between January and June this year, up from 818 in the same period last year.
The report also said civilian casualties were projected to rise as the battlefield in Afghanistan increasingly moved into residential areas.

Neda et Marwa : l’une devient une icône, la mort de l’autre est passée sous silence.
Un service commémoratif a eu lieu pour Marwa El Sherbini devant la maison communale de Dresde le 11 juillet.
Le 20 juin 2009, Neda Agha Soltan a été tuée pendant les manifestations qui se sont déroulées après les élections en Iran. Les manifestations ont occupé une grande place dans les journaux du monde entier tandis que les analystes et les commentateurs prévoyaient la chute du régime iranien et l’aube de la liberté pointant dans « l’axe du mal ».
La mort de Neda est devenue, pour des millions de personnes, le symbole de l’opposition iranienne, de l’injustice du régime iranien ainsi que du défi des protestataires. La mort de Neda a été placée dans un contexte. Elle a été retirée du domaine privé et déplacée dans le domaine public représentant une cause juste pour l’ensemble de la société.
Le 1er juillet, Marwa El Sherbini, chercheuse égyptienne vivant en Allemagne, a été tuée de 18 coups de poignard, dans un tribunal de la ville de Dresde, en présence de son fils de trois ans. Elle avait eu gain de cause contre un Allemand d’origine russe qui l’avait insultée parce qu’elle portait le voile. Quand son mari s’est précipité à son secours lors de l’attaque dans le tribunal, la police lui a tiré dessus. La mort de Marwa n’a été signalée dans les médias occidentaux que lorsque des manifestations éclatèrent en Égypte après son enterrement.
Les nouvelles ont porté sur les protestataires ; le meurtre a été présenté comme l’acte d’un « loup solitaire », lui enlevant donc son contexte et sa signification sociale.
Oublions les idées préconçues des médias qui choisissent leurs sujets en fonction de leur propre plan. Ce que montre la comparaison entre les deux meurtres, c’est que les sociétés européenne et occidentale n’ont pas compris la signification et l’importance du deuxième meurtre dans son contexte social, politique et historique.
Le « loup solitaire » qui a porté 18 coups de couteau à Marwa dans le tribunal est le produit de la société dans laquelle il vit. Le meurtre de Marwa devrait ouvrir, à tout le moins, un débat sur le racisme latent (qui ne l’est plus tellement) contre les musulmans, lequel s’est accru ces dernières décennies dans les sociétés européennes et particulièrement depuis le milieu des années 90.

On ne peut s’empêcher de rapporter le crime au débat sur l’interdiction du niqab, ou aux débats antérieurs sur le port du voile. Ces questions, ainsi que les autres qui concernent l’immigration musulmane en Europe, ont pris une grande place lors des débats publics dans plusieurs pays européens. Il serait également difficile de ne pas remarquer l’augmentation rapide des partis populistes de droite au pouvoir dans plusieurs pays européens depuis 10 ans ; ces partis ont fondé leur discours sur la peur de l’islam et le « problème de l’immigration ».
C’est en raison du déni dans lequel sont plongés les sociétés et le discours public européens que l’on n’a guère rendu compte de l’assassinat et que l’on ne s’est pas alarmé de cet acte.

Alors que l’Europe prêche la liberté d’expression et la nécessité d’accepter la différence, qu’elle lance des avertissements sur les dangers du racisme et du sectarisme dans le tiers-monde et qu’elle met en garde contre les discours de haine et l’antisémitisme, nous assistons à un crime inspiré par le racisme, les préjugés et la haine, discours qui acquiert aussi bien de la légitimité que du pouvoir en France, en Italie, aux Pays-Bas, en Allemagne, en Autriche, au Danemark et dans d’autres démocraties du Vieux continent. Les crimes inspirés par le racisme sont constamment présentés comme des exceptions dans une société tolérante ; toutefois, leur multiplication met en doute leur caractère exceptionnel.
Le silence sur l’histoire de Marwa dans la grande presse et le fait que son meurtre n’ait pas lancé de débat sur les dangers immédiats de l’actuel racisme antimusulman en Europe montre la profondeur des problèmes et nous fait prévoir un sombre avenir pour les musulmans en Europe. On ne parle de musulmanes comme Neda que si leur histoire correspond à la narration dominante qui présente l’islam comme la principale menace pour la liberté, tandis qu’il n’est pas question de Musulmanes comme Marwa qui démasquent le racisme ambiant en Occident et contestent les stéréotypes existants.

On a donné à l’assassin le nom de « Alex W. » et on a enlevé du tableau, l’institution, la société et l’établissement dans lesquels il vit.
Alors que le décès de Neda a fait l’objet d’une vaste gamme d’interprétations et de lectures dans le contexte iranien, la mort de Marwa a été privée de son contexte et a été présentée comme une tragédie personnelle mettant en scène un fou et sa victime. Entre-temps, l’Europe continue son glissement vers la droite à un rythme accéléré et les stéréotypes culturels, l’absence d’intégration (lisez : l’aliénation sociale et politique), la dyscommunication et une crise de financière en aggravation ne font qu’alimenter ce déplacement et appuyer le discours populiste et chauvin de plusieurs partis de droite, nouveaux ou ressuscités.
Dans les années 30, après la grande crise économique des années 20, un jeune parti populiste de droite a brusquement accédé au pouvoir en Allemagne et peu de personnes ont prévu ce qui allait s’ensuivre. Il n’y a pas de preuve réaliste permettant d’indiquer que l’Europe est une société plus tolérante qu’une autre ou de dire que les gens tirent nécessairement les leçons de leur histoire, ou même que certaines sociétés sont exemptes de comportements racistes. Tous les indices pointent vers la fin du mythe de tolérance européen d’après-guerre ; et les médias doivent encore relier les indices avant que l’histoire ne se répète.

Harakat Al-shabab Mujahideen request women near Afgoi town to take veil
The Islamic administration of Harakat Al-shabab Mujahideen has requested the women in villages around Afgoi town 30 kilometers south of the Somali capital Mogadishu to take veil and cover their bodies, officials told Shabelle radio on Friday. The security forces of Harakat Al-shabab Mujahideen in Marerey village about 7 km south of Afgoi town in Lower Shabelle region issued an order stating that no woman could be seen walking through the village with out veil pointing out that it is an obligation to wear the women the covering. Sheik Abdullahi Mumin Mohamed, a commander of Harakat Al-shabab Mujahideen in the village told Shabelle radio that they had also banned selling or chewing Kat in the public areas in the village. The security chief of Harakat Al-shabab Mujahideen said that they told the women who sell the Kat to bring it out of the village and not sell it there begin from that day adding that they and the residents agreed on recently to follow the step and cling to the religion of Islam. Sheik Abdullahi said that anyone who is seen refusing the order of the Islamic administration will be taken a drastic step on the Sharia law warning to the people of the village to be away from what Allah had banned them to do and follow the Holy Quran and Sunnah of the prophet Muhammad (Peace and bless be Upon Him).

Spain ready to boost Afghan force (after ETA/MOSSAD signal ?)
PARIS (AFP) - Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero said that Spain's 780-strong force fighting under NATO colours in Afghanistan could be boosted by extra troops, in an interview published Thursday. Speaking to the International Herald Tribune, Zapatero said some or all of a 450-strong contingent sent to bolster the Spanish detachment in the run up to next months Afghan elections could stay on afterwards to maintain security.
"We've always been willing to provide additional troops in order to support elections, as we are doing currently," Zapatero told the Paris-based daily. "And if there is the need to sustain a greater number of presences in Afghanistan, we are willing to do so," he added, without going into detail about how many or what kind of troops were on offer.
"I think they are working in an area where their contribution is positively acknowledged, and we will be willing to sustain our efforts in the future if so required," he added. The announcement appears to be a concession from the Spanish Socialist to US President Barack Obama, as Spain under Zapatero's leadership has thus far been a reluctant contributor to Western military missions.
Zapatero was elected on a promise to pull Spain out of the US-led coalition in Iraq, and in March annoyed both NATO and the United States by announcing the withdrawal of its 630 troops from the peacekeeping force in Kosovo.
Nevertheless, Madrid has maintained a contingent in Afghanistan since 2002, part of what is now the 62,000-strong, 42 nation NATO-led International Security Assistance Force supporting the beleaguered Afghan government. Srinagar, July 30 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Indian troops, in their fresh acts of state terrorism, martyred four more innocent Kashmiri youth at Shathnar Keran and Hanuman top in Kupwara. A trooper was found dead in mysterious circumstances inside his company headquarters at Mujahid Manzil in Srinagar. Speakers at a function in Srinagar, while paying rich tributes to Kashmiri leader, Malik Muhammad Maqbool, on his 17th martyrdom anniversary, today, pledged that the mission of Kashmiri martyrs would be accomplished at all costs. The function was organised by the Jammu and Kashmir Mahaz-e-Azadi. JKLF-R leader, Farooq Ahmed Dar, talking to media men, after his release from over 10-month illegal detention said that the ongoing liberation struggle would be taken to its logical conclusion.
Meanwhile, the Bar Association of the occupied territory re-elected Mian Abdul Qayoom as its president for another term. In Islamabad, the Acting Convenor of the APHC-AJK chapter, Mehmood Ahmed Saghar in a statement demanded that illegally detained senior APHC leader, Shabbir Ahmed Shah should be shifted to Srinagar from Udhampore Jail and admitted to a hospital for treatment. He said that the senior leader was in critical health condition.
More than 200 zionist extremists have reportedly entered al-Aqsa Mosque, positioning themselves inside the holy site, allegedly to perform religious rituals. Former Palestinian minister for al-Quds affairs, Hatem Abdel Qader, has warned that the Israeli government is "playing with fire" by allowing far-right zionist groups to put the mosque in harm's way. Abdel Qader resigned from his post last month after he censured the acting Palestinian Authority for neglecting al-Quds. He says the Salam Fayyad government refuses to uphold its commitments to the city, which is undergoing a difficult period. According to Abdel Qader, the Palestinian Finance Ministry "contributes nothing to the effort to keep the residents on their land."
