A memory aid that makes my life easier and at the same time I share this to those who have the same interests as me. A Lebanese citizen being held in a detention center here was hooded, stripped naked for photographs and bundled onto an executive jet by FBI agents in Afghanistan in April, making him the first known target of a rendition during the Obama administration.
Unlike terrorism suspects who were secretly snatched by the CIA and harshly interrogated and imprisoned overseas during the George W. Bush administration, Raymond Azar was flown to this Washington suburb for a case involving inflated invoices.
Azar, 45, pleaded guilty Tuesday to conspiracy to commit bribery, the only charge against him. He faces a maximum of five years in prison, but a sentence of 2 1/2 years or less is likely under federal guidelines.
Defense lawyers and prosecutors declined to comment on the case Friday.
But Joanne Mariner, terrorism and counter-terrorism director at Human Rights Watch, called the case "bizarre."
"He was treated like a high-security terrorist instead of someone accused of a relatively minor white-collar crime," she said.
Justice Department lawyers have denied any misconduct in the case.
"The FBI followed standard operating procedures when transporting prisoners to the United States," Gina Talamona, a Justice Department spokeswoman, said Friday. She said restraints "were used with the sole purpose of ensuring the safety of the defendants and the agents."
As the Obama administration steps up efforts to curb fraud at military facilities in Iraq and Afghanistan, a senior Army official said Azar's case "should serve as a warning" to other contractors.
In court papers, Azar said he was denied his eyeglasses, not given food for 30 hours and put in a freezing room after his arrest by "more than 10 men wearing flak jackets and carrying military style assault rifles."
Azar also said he was shackled and forced to wear a blindfold, dark hood and earphones for up to 18 hours on a Gulfstream V jet that flew him from Bagram air base, outside Kabul, to Virginia.
Before the hood was put on, he said, one of his captors waved a photo of Azar's wife and four children and warned Azar that he would "never see them again" unless he confessed.
"Frightened for his immediate safety . . . and under the belief he would end up in the prison camp at Guantanamo Bay or Abu Ghraib to be tortured," Azar signed a paper he did not understand, his lawyers told the court.
Prosecutors, however, said that Azar was "treated professionally," kept in a heated room, offered food and water repeatedly and "provided with comfortable chairs to sit in."
They said he was photographed naked and subjected to a cavity search to ensure that he did not carry hidden weapons and was fit for travel. Court records confirmed that Azar was shackled at the ankles, waist and wrists and made to wear a blindfold, hood and earphones aboard the plane.
Prosecutors also said that FBI agents read Azar his rights against self-incrimination on three occasions, and that he "voluntarily" waived them.
The FBI agent in charge, Perry J. Goerish, denied in an affidavit that Azar was "told he would never see his family again unless he confessed."
Arrested along with Azar was Dinorah Cobos, 52, a naturalized American from Honduras. Cobos, who did not make the same claims of abuse, this week pleaded guilty to conspiracy and bribery.
Their case is different from the widely criticized "extraordinary renditions" carried out after the Sept. 11 attacks. In those cases, CIA teams snatched suspected Al Qaeda members and other alleged terrorists overseas and flew them, shackled and hooded, to prisons outside the United States without any arrest warrants or other judicial proceedings.
The FBI arrested Azar and Cobos with warrants signed by a federal magistrate. And the State Department, Talamona said, asked the government of Afghanistan "for its consent in advance to take these two individuals into custody and return them to the United States to stand trial. They consented to our request."
Azar and Cobos worked for a Lebanese construction company, Sima Salazar Group, which was awarded more than $50 million in Pentagon contracts for reconstruction and supply work in Afghanistan. In December, according to the indictment, the pair offered to pay kickbacks to an Army Corps of Engineers officer in Kabul. In exchange, he agreed to approve $13 million in outstanding bills from Sima Salazar.
Over the next four months, according to the charges, more than $106,000 was wired to the officer's bank account in Manassas. But the case was an FBI sting, and Azar and Cobos were arrested at Camp Eggers, a U.S. military base in Kabul, after being lured to a meeting April 7.
Sima Salazar Group is also under indictment.
On Wednesday, Cobos' sister, Gloria Martinez, 61, pleaded guilty in federal court in New Orleans to conspiracy and two counts of bribery in a related case. Prosecutors said Martinez, a senior Army Corps of Engineers official, accepted $425,000 in cash, jewelry and other gifts for herself and Cobos from companies seeking military contracts in Iraq and Afghanistan.
As a candidate last year, President Obama vowed to end "the practice of shipping away prisoners in the dead of night to be tortured in far-off countries."
After taking office, he ordered the CIA to close its network of "black site" prisons and promised to shutter the detention camp at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
The Justice Department has seized and transported foreign drug lords, terrorists and other high-profile fugitives to U.S. courtrooms when normal extradition was not considered possible. The Supreme Court ruled in 1992 that such renditions, as the transfers are known, are permissible.
In 1997, for example, FBI agents in Pakistan captured Mir Aimal Kasi, who was on the FBI's Ten Most Wanted list, and returned him to Washington to stand trial. Kasi was convicted of murder in the killing of two CIA employees and was executed in Virginia in 2002.
Azar is hardly in the same league, but Talamona pointed out that "we take very seriously criminal fraud against the United States government."
Independently of the recently published article of the Swedish journalist Donald Boström about the Israelis murdering Palestinians in order to harvesting of organs for sale, and independently of the hysteric screeching and denials by the Israelis, I want to present my readers what I witnessed, saw, observed and heard during my 22 years of journalistic work under the Israeli military occupation in the West Bank and Gaza. My personal experience confirms what Mr. Boström wrote: while I do not know the particular case which he describes, it is typical for what the Israelis do in Palestine all the time, what is "normal" since the early seventies.
The Israeli military occupation started in the early 1970s to capture and keep the bodies of the Palestinians who they murdered. Since the early seventies, thousands of Palestinians have been buried in secret and number graves of the Israeli military. Since the early seventies, thousands of Palestinian victims of the occupation were "autopsied", and many of their bodies kept in military numbered graves. Most members of the resistance who were killed were taken for "autopsy", and also those who were wounded were abducted from the hospital by the Israelis. This practice became somewhat less widespread only when the PA came to power, meaning that people murdered in areas controlled by the PA were not "autopsied" any more, but this would still happen to people murdered or wounded in areas controlled by the Israelis. The Israeli military leadership, the Central Command and the so-called "defense" Ministry cannot hide these well- and widely known facts: the Israeli military murders people all the time, and most if not all of the murdered are taken for "autopsy", many of them are buried in Israeli military cemeteries in numbered and secret graves. These facts cannot be hidden by the fancy statements issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel, by the deranged terrorist and war criminal Ehud Barak and the corrupt extremist Benjamin Netanyahu.
In many cases, the so-called "civil administration", military commanders and officers were returning to their families the bodies of Palestinians who they had murdered after the middle of the night, and after a few days "detention" of the bodies. The military officers would call the families of the victim after the middle of the night (usually at 1-3 in the morning), demanding that a few relatives, "not more than 10", wait on the street for burying the body.
The first condition of the military "civil" administration was that the burial should take place immediately after receiving the body, in the dark of the night, for "security reasons", the second condition of the Israelis was that women should not participate in the secret funeral, also for "security reasons"(actually they wanted to avoid that the screams of grieving mothers, sisters, daughters of the victim would be heard, so alerting the neighbourhood to the crime). The Israeli officers always used "security reasons" to justify and cover up their criminal activities!
On each such occasion returning the body of one of their murdered victims, the "civil" military administration officers would follow the funeral procession, driving their armored grey cars and waiting until the end of the burial. A number of other military vehicles filled with soldiers would surround the funeral, watching the burial of their victims, always ready to shoot the small number of participants in the funeral. Of course, the officers would always insistently make it clear to the family that they were doing them a great favor in returning the body of their beloved one and allowing them to bury it. Empty Bodies, Stuffed With Cotton
What is the reason to bury somebody in middle of the night, with a company of IDF soldiers and the Israeli military "civil" administration officers surrounding the procession? If the burial is normal, and the organs of the victims were not stolen, then why should they be buried in the dark of the night? The families of the victims all knew that they were receiving empty bodies, filled with cotton, to be buried in the middle of the night.
The deranged war criminal Ehud Barak and his corrupt "state" should better stop denying what the Swedish writer Donald Boström published in Aftonbladet. I personally was witness of the Israeli soldiers and military vehicles kidnapping the bodies of dead Palestinians from the emergency rooms of hospitals, in some other cases I saw the soldiers following the Palestinians to the cemetery, to steal the body from the family before the burial. This vile practice became so widespread that many people started carrying the bodies of the murdered to be buried at home, in the garden, under the house or under trees, instead of waiting for the ambulance to take them to the hospital.
The Israelis always murder or gravely injure some people at demonstrations, and first the Israeli soldiers themselves would take the bodies, then they would besiege the hospitals where the bodies were taken by Palestinian ambulances – finally people present at demonstrations started taking the murdered and injured directly to their families. Everybody in Palestine knows that the Israeli soldiers besiege the hospitals in order to kidnap the bodies. The most disgusting thing I witnessed was when the criminal soldiers of Barak and Netanyahu were following Palestinian funeral processions to the cemetery to kidnap the bodies.
The issue of stealing the Palestinian organs is known to everybody in Palestine. I reported several times about this crime. In many cases my reports were rejected by the criminal military censorship of the occupation, these reports are until this moment stored at the military censorship office in "Bet Agron" in occupied Jerusalem.
I know that the criminal "state of Israel" was harvesting the organs of Palestinians who were kidnapped by the Israeli military from the emergency rooms of the Palestinian hospitals in Hebron, Nablus, Ramallah, Jenin, and everywhere in the West Bank and Gaza, and transferred to the Israeli hospital (or rather, butchery) of Abu Kabir in Tel Aviv. The families of the victims know the criminal israeli officers of the so-called "civil administration" who were covering this crime. Everybody knew Captain Eyal, Col. Fuad Hahul, Col. Amnon Cohen (now head of the "infrastructure department" of the "civil" administration in occupied Palestine), Rafi Geoli, "Alex", and many other officers whose name I don’t know, but who were always present.
Everybody knew the higher commanders, above them brigadier
general (res.)Gadi Zohar, (former head of the civil administration, and IDF intelligence officer for 30 years), brigadier general (res.) David Shafi (former head of the civil administration), Maj. Gen. Gadi Shamni (former IDF brigade in Hebron and the current head of the central command), Col. Baruch Goldstein (formerly with the IDF "civil" administration in Hebron and currently with the municipality of Jerusalem), Lt.Col. Baruch Nagar (former head of the civil administration and the current head of the water administration for the West Bank and Gaza), Col. Yigal Sharon , (former brigade of Hebron and the current, Coffee Salesman), Brigadier General (res.) Dov Sedaka, (former head of the civil administration and the current head of the zionist Chairman of the steering committee), Maj.Gen. Matan Vilnai, Brigadier General Noam Tivon, Col. Yehuda Fuchs, Lt. Col. Udi ben Muha the military commander of Hebron, and others. And everybody knew that these people were involved in the harvesting of organs of their victims.
Captain Eyal, Col. Fuad Halhal, Col.Amnon Cohen, Rafi Geoli and many of those mentioned above and many others were the ones calling the families of the murdered Palestinians, in the middle of the night to inform them about the bodies of their loved ones. These criminals were telling the Palestinian families that they "had worked hard to make it possible to release the bodies of their relatives from the military headquarter" – implying that it was a favor, and that the military commanders Shamni, Goldstein, Nagar, … had ordered that the bodies should be buried in the dark and that "not more than ten persons" were allowed to be present at the funeral.
Often the relatives of the murdered people were screaming and shouting, as they had received an empty body stuffed with cotton. These criminal officers and their soldiers forced them to shut up.
All this criminal activity is not only a clear violation of the human rights, a horrendous crime against humanity, but a disrespect of the sanctity of life which can only be explained with mental deficiencies of the perpetrators.
If Israel did not steal the ORGANS of the murdered Palestinians, and if Israel did not want to cover up their inhuman crimes, and if Israel respects the Geneva conventions and other humanitarian laws, in peace and in war, then Israel would not kidnap and transfer to the Abu Kabir "hospital" in Tel Aviv hundreds, perhaps thousands of Palestinians bodies of people who were murdered during PEACE demonstrations in the cities of the West Bank.
If it is not true that Israelis are harvesting the organs of murdered Palestinians, then why were they transferring the bodies of their victims to be butchered at Abu Kabir? The reasons of the death were known. The victims all received bullets in the head, or in the chest by Israeli snipers.
After all the whining and screeching of the Israelis after the Swedish newspaper article, the fact stands that hundreds, perhaps thousands of bodies and even people known to have been alive were transferred to the Abu Kabir autopsy center and returned to their families stuffed with cotton. Hundreds of victims who were buried in the dark by their families, and hundreds or thousands more bodies which Israel keeps in their numbered graves.
During the first Intifada and during the so called peace time I personally witnessed how the Israeli military were kidnapping Palestinian bodies and gravely injured people from the emergency room of Princess Alia hospital in Hebron. Some years later I also witnessed how the Israeli army kidnapped the bodies of the Palestinian dead from the then new Al-Ahli hospital: All the area would be declared military zone, the hospital surrounded and invaded by troops, nobody was allowed to move inside the building. All these kidnapped bodies of Palestinians, and also people known to have been living, were killed before taken to Abu Kabir for "autopsy".
Taking in consideration these facts, everything I know, and until Israel comes clean on who are the members of the organ harvesting mafia, the only conclusion is that:
All the Israeli officers and civil personnel of the so-called civil administration who served in the West Bank since the early seventies were involved at least covering up the harvesting of organs from Palestinians, at the very least conniving, but probably taking part in the racket for money.
All the Israeli doctors and other personnel who worked in Abu Kabir since the early seventies were involved in harvesting and selling organs from Palestinians.
All the IDF snipers and other soldiers who shot Palestinian (and foreigners) at peace demonstrations are and were involved with the mafia which harvests and sells the organs of murdered Palestinians, at least some of the involved in the crimes are given money.
The IDF central command and most if not all officers in the chain of command until the field fully know what is going on, and they connive with the harvesting of organs from Palestinians they murder, they offer planning and logistics for the commission of the crimes, and make the families of the victims shut up. All the Israeli State and the whole Israeli Nation who accept the continued military occupation are involved in crimes against humanity.
Most if not all the Israeli medical establishment knows what is going on, and they keep silence because they either get money, or they are rewarded in other ways for conniving in these crimes. This is confirmed because of repeated complaints of doctors from other countries because Israel is one of the few jurisdictions which does not forbid commerce with human organs and body parts.
The Israeli health ministry is fully informed of what goes on. This would be corroborated by reports that organ traffickers captured in Brazil and South Africa in 2003 stated as much as that they had been given "business contacts" by "people from the Israeli government", and that the Israeli government financed organ transplants.
I think that the Israeli government and all those suspected of being involved have some hard questions to answer, rather than complaining about a well written report in a Swedish newspaper which speaks about only one case among thousands:
Where are the bodies of the two brothers Imad and Adel Awad Allah from Al-Bireh in the district of Ramallah, who were murdered on 10 September 1998 on the farm of Akram Maswadeh near Hebron?
Where are the bodies of Hani Ahmad Kharboush and Adel Mohammad Hadaideh who were murdered on 6 June 2003 in "Ateel", a town north of Tulkarem in the West Bank?
Where is the body of Sarhan Borhan who was murdered on 4 October 2003 in the Tulkarem refugee camp?
Where is the body of Hasan Isa Abbas who was murdered on 9 October 1994, in Jerusalem?
Where is the body of Hisham Hamad who was murdered in Gaza on 11 November 1993?
Where is the body of Salah Jad Allah Salem who was murdered on 14 October 1994?
Where are the bodies of the two Japanese citizens who were murdered in 1972?
Can Israel prove that the organs of these people, and those of the hundreds, perhaps thousands of Palestinians which are buried in numbered graves of the Israeli military, were not stolen?
Why does Israel bury the victims of their occupation in secret, numbered graves, if their organs were not stolen?
I know the answer of the criminal sophists of Israel in advance: they will say that all these people buried their numbered graves were "terrorists or unknown". But I say that these are LIES and the usual propaganda which Israel uses to cover their crimes. Many people who were buried in these graves were not "terrorists" but legitimate resistance, many of them were peace demonstrators, and none of them were unknown. The only thing unknown or silenced until now is that the israelis are murderers, thieves of organs, a criminal occupational state which commits to all kind of crimes against humanity for fun and profit.

Another issue about which the Israelis have some explaining to do is the story of three teenagers from Gaza. On the evening of Sunday 30 December 2001 the Israeli military occupation fired several artillery shells towards these three north of Beit Lahiya in Gaza. They were Ahmed Mohammed Banat, 15 years, Mohammed Abd El-Rahman Al- Madhoun, 16 years and Mohamed Ahmed Lebed, 17 years.
After murdering them with flechette shells, a military vehicle drove over one of them, and their bodies were delivered to Abu Kabir in Tel Aviv, for "autopsy", without the consent of their families, and without the issuance of a warrant to conduct an autopsy according to the law. The chief pathologist at Abu Kabir (the so-called "Israeli forensic institute") Dr. Yehuda Hiss, said that they received the children without knowing their names, they had all been found killed by nails which the tank shell contained (flechettes).
Hiss broke the law Israeli when he accepted the bodies of the children without knowing who are were and without the knowledge of their families, but that is of no concern. The bodies the three were given to the PA stuffed with cotton several days after their murder.
The director of the Jerusalem Center for Democracy and Human Rights, Salim Khalleh, stated that their organization has been able to document 270 cases of Palestinian bodies "reserved" in hands of the Israeli occupation, which are buried in numbered graves in secret military cemeteries, or in numbered compartments of cooling facilities. Among these cases, 24 are of Palestinian citizens of the city of Tulkarem. On 8 April 2009 the families of these persons whose bodies are still in the power of the israelis held a demonstration in Tulkarem. The demonstrators presented a petition to the director of Red Cross, in which they demanded that the international organizations make pressure on Israel to release the bodies of their sons.
What follows are some of the names of Palestinians published by the Jerusalem Center for Democracy and Human Rights and whose bodies still in the hands of Israel, among other hundreds. The question is, where are these bodies? Are they in the refrigerated facilities, or were they buried in numbered graves after their organs were harvested? Why are they not returned to their families if not because Israeli crimes must be covered up?

Abed Al-Naser Farawneh, a former prisoner and researcher about Palestinian prisoners of Israel, a competent speaker for prisoners affairs, said that the number of Palestinian prisoners who were murdered after their arrest and detention in the Israeli jails sharply increased during the Al-Aqsa Intifada. They are in sum the double of the number of people who the Israelis murdered in a quarter of century since they occupied the West Bank and Gaza. The bodies of these murdered prisoners are also kept in the secret Israeli cemeteries, in a few cases the dead are released two weeks the Israelis murder them. This is a new proof that the Israelis harvest their organs according to Farawneh.

Extremist Jewish religous groups 'enter Al-Aqsa compound'

Jerusalem – Ma’an – Jewish religious groups entered the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in Jerusalem’s Old City on Sunday, according to the Al-Aqsa Foundation for Waqf and Heritage.
The group sent a statement explaining that the incident was unprecedented, because Jewish religious groups have never in the past entered the compound during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan. The month of fasting and prayer began on Saturday.
Israeli authorities have not commented on the report.
The Al-Aqsa Foundation called on Palestinians from Jerusalem and inside the Green Line to come to the Al-Aqsa Mosque in order to protect it.
Last Thursday the websites of Jewish rextremist religious groups published images showing a wedding party which that was secretly staged inside the Al-Aqsa compound. The groups have also entered the compound for religious rituals and lectures about the archaeological findings they saw are the remains of the first and second Jewish Temples on the same site.
Believed to be the location where the Prophet Muhammad ascended to heaven during his Night Journey, Al-Aqsa is the third holiest site in Islam. The compound, with the golden Dome of the Rock, is also a focal point of Palestinian national pride.
The compound sits atop what extremists refer to as the Temple Mount, where the Jewish first and second Temples are thought to have stood. The location is especially sensitive because some extremist Jewish groups seek the demolition of the mosques and the construction of a "Third Temple."
A visit by Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon to the compound in 2000 helped spark the second Palestinian uprising, the Al-Aqsa Intifada.

The Court of Cassation confirmed legality to prolong ten months the refusal to Marcel Vervloesem, of any release on parole or penitentiary leave to treat his final diseases, on the basis of impossibility for a Flemish court of application of the sentences, to take into account an invitation written in French, to come in Brussels, on Flemish territory, thought the two official spoken languages there, are French and Flemish. This Court had previously confirmed the legality of jailing him, in spite of two faults of procedure recognized by the Superior council of Justice. The highest ranking Belgian magistrates had thus swept 88.539 children victims of the by assuring, on the basis of incomplete file that the person who had denounced this crime against humanity would die in prison.
The court of application of the sentences had pronounced its judgment on the basis of social investigation requested by the direction of the Bruges prison, but which the Brussels service of the Ministry of justice never joined to the file. The ministry was thus sole in the position to forward this document to the magistrates and this, out of the procedure. A principle of right wants that magistrates bases the judgments only on the parts of file which the parties entrusted them to judge, without taking account the least external element, including the TV news and consequently, not even a suggestion of the minister. This is called "the independence of justice and the separation of the capacities" to prevent dictatorship: judgments dictated by the media and the Minister of Justice.
Judge Goossens of the Gent Sentence application Court has all-the-same retained, on the basis of this document that was never communicated to Marcel Vervloesem, positive that he is supported by the Princess of Croÿ, but negative that she "believes in his innocence". His judgment reproaches her of being "implied" in the NGO Werkgroep Morkhoven, whose objective is to expose paedocriminal network Zandvoort. He also reproaches her the Web site, www.droitfondamental.eu, which seems to him "fixed on the situation of detention of Mr Vervloesem, and in before all, on all kinds of unjust situations of which they (the members of ONG) complain".
The magistrates conclude that Marcel Vervloesem would work for the Foundation Princesses of Croÿ and Massimo Lancellotti, on the basis of a work contract in French, thus that a Flemish tribunal can’t judge, according to Judge Goossens. The Court all-the-same issues: "this plan of reclassification is difficult to describe as plan of reclassification to limit the repetition, but rather of a prolongation in his former life style." The repetition would be thus the research of paedocriminal networks, unless these magistrates are trying to imply that the foundation's objectives would be to rape little boys.
This report would have been "lost", according to the psychosocial service. The investigation, made on 26th, May was exclusively intended to judge of penitentiary vacation 3 times 36 hours per quarter, to determine whether the host is informed of the facts reproached to the prisoner and what are the vacation plans. It obviously acts of the only official document which gives a report on the suicide that Marcel Vervloesem was doing for 12 days. Els Deloof obviously communicated this report to the "Werkgroep Morkhoven cell ", of which we discovered the existence only when a document concerning a case children trafficking without known connection with that of the Zandvoort file, was found by mistake.
By forwarding directly to the Sentence Application Tribunal, a report hidden to the applicant of the judgment, the ministry of justice assured the magistrates to pick a few words in it, to cover-up the faults of procedure necessary to deprive of him of his rights. The social worker who carried out this investigation had seldom been able to note as many favourable conditions to grant a prisoner his right of penitentiary vacation, which moreover, was to give him the strength to give up suicide and treat his final diseases.
Judge Goossens decided Marcel Vervloesem had to die in prison. The Court of Cassation has confirmed, this August 11th, the legality of the violation of the separation of the capacities. It considered legal, what the Council of State had considered to be illegal, one assuring that a prisoner cannot be sanctioned for articles of which he was not the author, the other assuring he can.
The press, which has respected breadth censures on the killing of this Flemish hero, took three days to do a media assembly, which is supposed to make believe that Belgium applies its laws on curruption. A head police officer confirmed this August 14, 2009, a mechanism of corruption operated among Belgian’s highest ranking magistrates, while trailing in mud, the prosecuting attorney of the Court of Appeal of Brussels and former public prosecutor of Brussels, the president of the bankruptcy court and a lawyer.
The police officer already took part in a media assembly in May 2007. The official version ensured then, there was not paedocriminal networks in Belgium, which made of it the unique country in the world where the Mafias gave-up exploiting children, for moral reasons. The police officer was announcing he had discovered his first paedocriminal network and declared: "I am particularly proud to have been able to find part of the confidence of the population, in a field where we had lost it".

In 2008, the lawsuit of Pascal Taveirne was covered by the inculpation of advocate Hissel; one of the only lawyer who dared denounced the networks, in spite of the governmental assertions according to which there would have only been isolated predators in Belgium, for the Koala case. The media assembly has ruined the life of the lawyer, just to cover-up the exit of the prosecution of the man at the origin of international police operation, in anonymity and with a sole sentence: "The man from Bruges implied in a child porn case was condemned to 10 years of prison".
At the end of 2008, revelations made by Marcel Vervloesem on the so-called "legal medical extermination block" ofthe Bruges prison, were covered by a media show on the detention conditions the so-called "Guantanamo block".The press had thus covered-up the detention condition of sick prisoners in a section of the prison where it takes a miracle to get out alive, by talking only of a section of ultimate sanction intended at reducing the prisoners into vegetables. The prisonners of the medical block 35 are waiting for death in a state of zombie, whereas those of the "high security" section can get out alive, only because they are in too good health to kill them according to the standards accepted by the ministry.
A little later the President of the Court of Cassation exposed the illegal contacts between various ministries and the magistrates who had been brought to judge the Fortis Bank case. The scandal on the violation of the separation of the capacities came out when the ministry of justice was convinced that Marcel Vervloesem would not survive the administrative opposition to urgent medical treatments, amongst other things to a gangrene of which he had to be amputee, while waiting for a double open-heart operation.
Since the fascist media assembly’s practice generally implies to get rid of the people who embarrass the corruption, reveal that the magistrates and lawyers trailed in mud in the Fortis case are likely to be most honest. It is also remarkable that a police officer, who is hiding the truth as regards as paedocriminality, exposes a file of corruption in financial matters in the press, without that the ministry of home affairs (on whom he depends) reminds him his duty to respect the professional secrecy.
The Belgian government has not yet answered an international request dated of August 16, 2008, to set up a commission of public survey on the achievement by people who exert a public office, of unfair acts at the time of the performance of their duty or the abstention to make acts which belongs to the order of their duties, within the dossiers related to child rights and organized criminality. Ironically, the Minister for justice gives priority one year later, in August 2009, on ordering an investigation on the president of bankruptcy court!
Fortunately, not many everybody are able to live with on the conscience, the murder of a man such as Marcel Vervloesem and the cynicism to deprive him of health care which are accessible only in the hospitals. Everybody in the prison is very kind with him and makes efforts to relieve him as much as possible. A nurse told him: Every day, I pray God so that it is not me that will have to find you dead.

The international condemnation over Israel's winter invasion of Gaza and allegations of war crimes has made it increasingly uncomfortable, if not difficult, for members of the Israeli military to travel abroad. A recent incident in South Africa reveals the power and limitations of attempts to enforce international law and to hold war criminals accountable.
At the beginning of August, accused international war criminal Lieutenant Colonel David Benjamin visited South Africa. Benjamin, a native South African who obtained his law degree from the University of Cape Town in 1989, was scheduled to address Limmud, a Jewish cultural and educational organization. Limmud takes the form of an annual conference, and is widely viewed as a highlight on the local Jewish calendar as it usually offers a star-studded lineup of South Africa's most prominent Jewish academics, business leaders and political heavyweights.
This year however, the conference was mired in controversy due to Lieutenant Benjamin's participation. After completing his studies in South Africa, Benjamin moved to Israel, where he has been serving as a legal advisor to the Israeli military for the past 17 years. Aside from this being in violation of South Africa's Foreign Military Assistance Act, he is also credited with being one of the architects of Israel's winter invasion of Gaza, which killed nearly 1,500 persons.
In a Bloomberg news interview on 22 January, Benjamin is quoted as stating that "The Gaza campaign was a long time in the works, and we were intimately involved in the planning. Approval of targets which can be attacked, methods of warfare ... it has all gone through us." In the report, Benjamin was described as being part of the "Military Advocate Corps," which acted as the Israeli army's legal advisor during the winter onslaught.
Thus, Benjamin is directly implicated in what several mainstream human rights organizations have called war crimes. He is also credited with authorizing the use of white phosphorous on civilian targets in Gaza -- an action deemed a war crime under international law.
Several local human rights activists, including some members of the Jewish community, voiced their objection to an accused war criminal being given a platform at the conference, and pushed for Benjamin's withdrawal from its program. The organizers of Limmud however responded that Benjamin would provide a first-hand perspective of the policy of the Israeli military, including their view of what happened during the three-week assault dubbed "Operation Cast Lead." They also countered that well-known Israeli human rights lawyer Shlomo Zachary would be on the same panel, and that it would be chaired by prominent South African High Court Judge Dennis Davis, making it a balanced discussion.
Unsatisfied with the explanation, two local non-governmental organizations announced legal proceedings against him. A few days after Benjamin arrived in South Africa, the Media Review Network (MRN) and Palestine Solidarity Alliance (PSA) announced in a press conference that they were launching legal proceedings against 70 individuals with South African links who were suspected of involvement in alleged war crimes committed by Israel in the Gaza operation.
At the press briefing in Johannesburg, former Intelligence Minister Ronnie Kasrils, who backed the initiative, stated that "The request appeals to the authorities to investigate, and if appropriate prosecute, in South Africa individuals involved in war crimes and crimes against humanity during Israel's Operation Cast Lead." The PSA and MRN are listed as the complainants in the affidavit handed to South Africa's National Prosecuting Authority.
As they are suspects, the names of the 70 individuals listed on the affidavit have not been released. Benjamin was the only person named, as he was present in the country at the time. The PSA and MRN called for his immediate arrest, and their legal teams made three urgent applications to the National Prosecuting Authority to do so.
The complainants filed the charges under section five of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, which was domesticated through South Africa's Criminal Court Act of 2002. The Rome Statute allows for suspected war criminals of any nationality to be prosecuted in countries that are signatories to the Statute.
Meanwhile, staff and students of Johannesburg's University of the Witwatersrand (Wits) organized a peaceful protest on their campus as the Johannesburg leg of Benjamin's speaking tour was to be held at the Wits Medical School. After failing to get the university's vice-chancellor to dissociate the institution from Benjamin and cancel his talk, students organized a peaceful sit-in to protest his presence on their campus.
However, on the day of his talk, students who arrived to protest against Benjamin found themselves denied access to their own campus by a private security firm. Students who attended the protest allege that they were harassed and subjected to blatant racial and religious profiling. Some students report being obstructed from entering the campus, while many were also intimidated by the private security guards, and told by university management to "get off campus immediately or face the consequences."
In a public response to the debacle, the university vice-chancellor has come out strongly in his personal capacity stating that "anybody who justifies the Gaza massacre would certainly not be welcome in my home." Many students believe that while he has spoken out in his personal capacity, he failed in his official capacity as custodian of the university to uphold its values which oppose racial profiling and allow the right of protest.
Due to its incorporation of the Rome Statute into the local judicial system, South African authorities are legally bound to investigate suspected war criminals like David Benjamin. Many, however, saw this process as more of a test of South African foreign policy. Unsurprisingly, six days after the charges were filed, South African police informed the complainants that Benjamin would not be arrested. The legal teams representing the two non-governmental organizations are still waiting for the police to provide their reasons for refusing to arrest him.
In the meantime, the PSA is pursuing the case against the remaining 70 individuals, with assistance from South African legal expert Professor John Dugard, who is the former UN Special Rapporteur on the Occupied Palestinian Territories. Attorneys for the organization visited Gaza in January and collected more than 3,500 pages of evidence, including evidence from Human Rights Watch, that implicate South Africans in war crimes committed in Gaza.
While it is disappointing that a suspected war criminal could visit our country with impunity, a precedent has been set. Lieutenant Colonel David Benjamin and his ilk are now aware that their crimes will not go unchallenged in South Africa. Syria offers Iran “regional alliance” with Turkey

Syrian President Bashar al-Assad on Wednesday congratulated Iranian counterpart Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, saying his re-election was a "lesson for foreigners," state news agency IRNA reported.
"What happened in Iran was a major event and a great lesson for foreigners, that is why they are so upset," the Syrian president said.
Assad is one of the first foreign leaders to visit Tehran since Ahmadinejad won the June presidential election.
"I came here today to personally convey my warm congratulations to you and the Iranian nation," Assad told Ahmadinejad.
"The Syrian president, in his meeting with the Iranian president, condemned the interference of foreign countries in Iran’s internal affairs," IRNA reported, without elaborating.
It quoted Assad as saying: "The main reason for the West’s interference is to block Iran and Syria’s frequent victories."
When Ahmadinejad was officially sworn in on Aug. 5, U.S. President Barack Obama and the leaders of France, Britain, Italy and Germany have not congratulated him yet.
"Regional alliance"
Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei met Assad later and welcomed a proposal by the Syrian president to form an alliance between the two countries as well as neighbouring Iraq and Turkey, state television said, without giving details.
"Such an alliance would be in line with the region’s benefit," Khamenei was quoted as saying.
Assad said that relations between regional allies Syria and Iran and their positions on Middle East issues should remain unchanged during Ahmadinejad’s second four-year tenure.
"Iran and Syria should pursue their… policies in the region," IRNA quoted Assad as telling Ahmadinejad.
He added that meetings between Iranian and Syrian officials are "necessary to send a message to faraway countries and those in the region as they have a weak memory and forget the lessons they learned."
Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei praised on Wednesday key ally Syria for its resistance in the face of world powers in a meeting with Assad, state media reported.
"Syria’s most important characteristic among Arab countries is its steadfastness and resistance," Khamenei said, noting Syria’s excellent standing in the region.
Khamenei said "the resistance front" in the Middle East "should strengthen its cooperation and ties," the state news agency IRNA reported.
"America’s blade has become blunter in the region," Khamenei added.
"The unity between Iran and Syria is the embodiment of resistance in the region," the supreme leader said.
Khamenei also branded as "very positive" Syria’s improved relations with Iraq and said that unity between Iran and its western neighbours, Iraq and Turkey, and with Syria would benefit the region.
President Nicolas Sarkozy thanked Syria and other countries on Sunday for supporting France in the case of a French teaching assistant detained in Iran on spying charges. IRNA did not say whether Assad and Ahmadinejad discussed the issue.
Clotilde Reiss, who was charged with spying, was freed on bail of about $300,000 but she is not allowed to leave the country and is staying in the French embassy pending a verdict.

J’ai l’honneur de vous écrire afin de vous signaler certains faits très graves pour ne pas dire inadmissibles qui vous prouveront que nous ne vivons plus en démocratie et qu’une cabale politique s’abat depuis 2001 sur ma personne ainsi que sur l’ensemble de ma famille afin de nous déstabiliser et de nous détruire socialement.
Fonctionnaire de Police Municipale depuis mai 1993, j’ai été l’auteur d’un rapport de problème potentiel de pédophilie été 2001 sur un individu qui prétendait être un ami du Député Maire de CANNES, Bernard BROCHAND, j’ai transmis la procédure au commissariat central de CANNES et ai demandé à l’OPJ de permanence que cette personne fasse l’objet d’une audition immédiate car les faits déclarés étaient d’une gravité extrême et mettaient en cause des notables de la ville, de plus le témoin de ces faits criminels, une jeune fille d’origine maghrébine, qui faisait partie des orphelins d’auteuil se sentait véritablement menacée par la gravité de cette histoire qui n’a eu à ma connaissance aucune suite judiciaire pour le moment pour leurs auteurs mais des conséquences sociales majeures et catastrophiques probantes pour le policier et le père de famille que je suis et qui les a dénoncés.
Curieusement peu de temps après, ma personne et ma fonction professionnelle sont mis en cause dans une affaire judiciaire qui a tenté de me détruire socialement et dont les dommages et intérêts demandés actuellement à la ville de CANNES représentée par son Député Maire Monsieur Bernard BROCHAND devant le TA de NICE sont de 1.000.000 d’Euros pour les raisons suivantes qui sont à mon sens incontestablement avérées :
Harcèlement moral (art 222-33-3 du CP)
Violation de la correspondance (art 226-15 du CP).
Violation du secret professionnel (art 226-13 du CP).
Coalition de fonctionnaires en vertu des Art. 233 à 236, 260 du Code pénal, mais également et surtout pour discrimination sociale (art 225-1 à 225-4 du CP) par le refus de ma réintégration professionnelle et par l’émission de fausses fiches de paie pendant des années car je n’ai plus jamais pu reprendre aucune activité sociale depuis les faits évoqués en 2001 grâce à la complicité des autorités administratives de tutelle.
De fait, malgré la décision du 15 mai 2002 du TA de NICE ainsi que la commission de discipline dirigée par Gil CORNEVAUX concernant ma présomption d’innocence dans cette cabale judiciaire et politique montée de toute pièce afin de me discréditer socialement, je n’ai plus jamais travaillé, le Maire de CANNES a émis depuis cette date de fausses fiches de paye à temps complet en toute impunité car il n’est pas au dessus de la loi, il représente une forme de loi, celle de l’argent, car seule son influence sociale et économique au sein du gouvernement lui permette de ne pas s’y soustraire ouvertement et sans complexe, c’est d’ailleurs régulièrement la valse des hauts fonctionnaires d’Etat.
Mon avocat , "Maître" VALLIERGUE, le nouveau bâtonnier dédié du TGI de GRASSE, qui défendait mes intérêts dans cette coalition a signé par hasard et non par intérêt une injonction thérapeutique contre ma personne pour me faire interner, l’expert commis le Professeur ROURE m’a déclaré sain d’esprit le 17 Mai 2002 en précisant les faits suivants :
Art 1 : « L’examen du sujet ne relève pas chez lui d’anomalie psychique ou mentale .»
Art 2 : « Les faits reprochés au sujet n’est en relation avec aucune anomalie mentale ou psychique .»
Alors pourquoi est-ce que la justice voulait elle me faire passer pour fou par le biais de mon avocat ?
Tout simplement, afin de discréditer un Policier qui dénonce une affaire de PEDOPHILIE.
Le Professeur ROURE m’a demandé les raisons pour lesquelles je me trouvais là et que la seule explication possible était purement politique, je lui ai rétorqué de s’adresser à Mr DOUMAS, procureur, devenu procureur général pour ses qualités et aptitudes morales exceptionnelles en matière de classement vertical.
Je tiens à vous préciser également que Maître Valliergue est l’avocat de René LEPORC, l’éditeur de Michèle MERCIER et également mon éditeur qui est un escroc condamné à 18 mois de prison ferme et 150000 euros d’amende et qui publie à la FNAC.COM mon livre « Le serment d’hypocrite » depuis 1998 sans me payer mes droits d’auteur et fait l’objet d’une plainte pour escroquerie et violation du CPI auprès du Procureur de la République du TGI de GRASSE des AM qui n’y prête jusqu’à présent aucune attention et ne me répond même pas alors qu’il y a eu une violation de mes droits d’auteur posé par l’article L.111-1 du code de la propriété intellectuelle (CPI) et que ces infractions sont sanctionnées pénalement (CPI, art L.335-1 à L.335-10).
J’ai d’ailleurs dénoncé ces faits depuis des années àl’ensemble de la chaîne judiciaire et administrative mais pas exclusivement car le devoir de réserve ne peut s’appliquer communément aux personnes victimes de harcèlement et de discriminations sociales avérées pendant plusieurs années dans l’indifférence ou la complicité générale du pouvoir politique, administratif et judiciaire Français qui positionne le citoyen face à ses devoirs mais n’assure apparemment plus ses droits et a permis par son laxisme l’extradition de Monsieur LEPORC alias RENE DELERINS au Vietnam où son homonyme détient la compagnie maritime the Boy’s Maritime Compagny qui a organisé le 13/09/08 à HO CHI MINH Ville au Vietnam en partenariat avec le Bureau Economique du Consulat Général de France, le projet JANUS.
Le maire a émis un arrêté de radiation des cadres le 12/10/06, j’ai formulé une requête en annulation contre ce dernier auprès du TA de NICE car il existe une violation de mes droits à la défense en vertu de l’article 4 du décret du JO N°84-961 du 25 octobre 1984 qui précise la durée nécessaire entre la convocation initiale du fonctionnaire incriminé dans la procédure disciplinaire et la mise en place de cette commission.
J’ai saisi le juge des référés de la quatrième chambre du TA de NICE qui a rejeté ma requête en usant comme argumentation qu’il n’y avait pas urgence sans évoquer une seule fois le vice de procédure incontestable qu’il aurait pu dénoncer.
Mais de qui se moque t’on ?La police s’est fourvoyée, la justice s’est égarée, l’administration fait l’autruche !
La quatrième chambre du TA de NICE a été dessaisie pour des raisons inconnues au profit de la septième chambre qui traite désormais (entre autres dossiers singuliers me concernant ) avec la troisième chambre
le dossier suivant :
0605808 : Requête en annulation déposée le 13/11/2006 contre l’arrêté de radiation 12/10/06 émis parle Maire de CANNES, il estnécessaire de préciser sans vouloir interférer dans le processus judiciaire :
- que je bénéficie de la loi d’amnistie N°2002-1062 promulguée le 06/08/02 alors que des fonctionnaires qui ont des casiers judiciaires pour des condamnations plus graves sont restés en fonction.
- que je bénéficie de l’article 4 du décret du JO N°84-961 du 25 octobre 1984 car l’arrêté émis par Monsieur le Député Maire de CANNES le 12 Octobre 2006 précise que la lettre d’information en LR + AR envoyé par Monsieur Claude MORIN, adjoint au Député Maire de CANNES et délégué au personnel date du 14 Septembre 2006 et la réunion ainsi que la décision de la Commission Administrative Paritaire date du 26Septembre 2006, il y a donc une violation manifeste du délai minimum de quinze jours des droits de ladéfense en vertu du décret précité.
- Que l’ensemble de mes fiches de paie sont fausses depuis le 26/11/01, le grade, l’échelon, la date d’entrée, la fonction, le temps de travail à temps complet alors que l’on me refuse de travailler depuis 2001, la position de paie actuelle est la suivante « titulaire invalidité » ce qui est totalement faux etm’empêche de présenter mes bulletins de salaire pour trouver un logement car avec l’aide des banqueset du receveur percepteur municipal qui m’a payé pendant sept ans avec une ou deux semaines deretard, j’ai perdu mon logement, je suis hébergé et ma situation sociale est devenue catastrophique, etc…
- L’article L.781-1 alinéa 1er du Code de l’organisation judiciaire précise les faits suivants :, ”l’État est tenu
de réparer le dommage causé par le fonctionnement défectueux du service de la justice. Cette
responsabilité n’est engagée que par une faute lourde ou un déni de justice”.
Le délit constaté est donc été le déni par l’ensemble des autorités administratives et judiciaires de mon droit à la réintégration sociale en vertu de la décision du 15 Mai 2002 du TA de NICE qui a refusé ma radiation des cadres en application de la loi du 15 Juin 2000 sur la présomption d’innocence dont je n’ai jamais pu bénéficier, mes plaintes sont donc restées jusqu’à présent sans réponses ni effets sur ma situation sociale particulièrement dégradante car lorsque l’on prive un individu de son droit élémentaire au travail par le refus de sa réintégration , on le prive systématiquement de toute dignité humaine et de tout respect de la part de nombreux citoyens.
Cette situation de stress permanente a engendré des problèmes de santé graves qui peuvent êtreprouvés par des certificats médicaux des spécialistes concernés.
Je tiens également à vous tenir informer sur la position de pouvoir excessif et de partialité prise désormais par le Tribunal Administratif de NICE par le biais d’une lettre recommandée en date du 11/03/09 envoyée par Monsieur le Président Patrice BLANC qui soulève désormais un Moyen d’Ordre Publique et tend à rendre irrecevable tous les moyens de défense enregistrés plus de deux mois après la saisine du Tribunal.
Les Moyens d’Ordre Public relevant de la légalité interne sont liés principalement à la méconnaissance du champ d’application de la loi de certaines pièces du dossier et non à l’intégralité de ces dernières à une date antérieure à l’enregistrement de celles qui permettent de mettre en évidence un vice de procédure déterminé par un décret du Journal Officiel du 27/10/84 ou une décision du Tribunal Administratif de Nice prise en session le 15/05/02.
Vous comprendrez aisément que cette décision nouvelle qui n’a jamais été appliquée dans mon dossier mais aurait pu et même aurait donc du être soulevée logiquement par les juges des référés saisis dans cette affaire concernant :
- L’ordonnance du 17/01/08 pour le référé suspension du dossier N°0706890-94 émise par le juge des
référés B. PARISOT qui n’a soulevé aucun MOP,
- L’ordonnance du 05/02/09 pour le référé provision du dossier N°0806724-97 émise par le juge des
référés et Président du Tribunal Administratif de NICE, Monsieur Francis MALLOL qui n’a soulevé aucun
MOP,
démontrent que le tribunal administratif de NICE a utilisé mes mémoires en défense jusqu’au 05/02/09 et tient à les rendre désormais irrecevables afin de m’empêcher de faire appel et de reconnaître la responsabilité de la commune dans cette affaire car il existe de toute façon une violation manifeste de mes droits à la défense dénoncée dans mes mémoires en vertu de l’article 4 du décret du JO N°84-961 du 25 octobre 1984 qui casse l’arrêté de radiation du 10/10/06 pour vice de forme car le délai minimum entre la tenue de la CAP et l’émission de l’arrêté de radiation n’a pas été respecté mais aussi une volonté d’exclusion sociale car la décision du 15/05/02 du TA de NICE n’a jamais été appliquée par le Maire de CANNES qui m’a exclu volontairement de toute vie professionnelle depuis cette date.
Je suis en arrêt de travail depuis plusieurs mois pour dépression même si je ne travaille plus depuis 2001 car je suis victime d’un harcèlement social etfinancier permanent, même le Conseil Général refuse actuellement de me verser le RMI et me réclame paradoxalement un indu de paiement abusif de 686.66 euros par le titre exécutoire N°10690, parallèlementle receveur percepteur municipal me réclame la somme de 5336.07 euros totalement injustifiée par le titre exécutoire N°557 que je conteste également auprès du TA qui appréciera le machiavélisme de l’administration qui s’acharne sur ma famille alors que je perçois seulement 700 euros environ du receveur percepteur municipal pour vivre chaque mois sans tenir compte de mon échelon, de mon grade et de mon ancienneté au sein du service.
Je vous précise également que ma dernière note administrative légale de 2000 est de 18.50 /20 en raison de mes aptitudes professionnelles, de l’obtention de mon diplôme de formateur de police auprès du CNFPT mais aussi pour l’informatisation du service, etc.…
Je suis inscrit comme demandeur d’emploi à l’ANPE depuis 2006 pour percevoir un traitement de la mairie qui avait suspendu mon salaire malgré ma requête en annulation mais je ne dépends pas du régime général mais du régime des fonctionnaires qui me ferait commettre un délit si je travaillais alors que le TA de NICE doit me réintégrer dans mes fonctions sociales devant un vice de forme incontestable. Je suis donc un faux demandeur d’emploi si je tiens à ne pas perdre mes quinze années d’ancienneté dans l’administration.
Je ne dénonce rien, je subis une situation sociale intolérable d’exclusion qui perdure sans fin et semble s’éterniser au TA de NICE afin d’user ma patience et mon courage et dont les membres de ma famille sont également les victimes de façon indirecte car l’état de droit n’existe plus dans ce pays quand certains élus en ont les moyens, d’ailleurs j’ai alerté tous les avocats du barreau de GRASSE et de NICE et aucun ne veut me défendre dès que je prononce le nom du Maire de CANNES car ils y associent encore son frère et les réseaux d’influence acquis par ces deux représentants de l’Etat au sein de certaines corporations puissantes que sont la Police et la Justice.
Cette misérable affaire remet en cause le fonctionnement et l’indépendance des institutions de la République Française dont vous êtes désormais le dernier garant en raison de l’absence de réponse probante des autorités judiciaires de surveillance et de contrôle des agissements du Député Maire de la ville de CANNES qui a violé et viole encore la loi délibérément tous les mois depuis des années sans être inquiété par personne.
Dans l’attente de vous lire, je vous prie de croire, Mesdames ou Messieurs, à l’assurance de ma considération distinguée et en ma déception accentuée de la valeur de nos institutions sauf peut-être mais avec de nombreuses réserves pour la médecine qui doit nécessairement tenter de conserver une indépendance d’action et de pensée qui permet aux différences culturelles, intellectuelles et morales de se mélanger afin d’obtenir une mixité d’idées nécessaire à un foisonnement intellectuel permanent qui sauvera l’humanité de son ignorance et de sa perfidie.

IRAN & PAKISTAN SIGN PIPE LINE DEAL
IN A SECRET MEETING SEQUESTERED from the Jewish-controlled press, Iranian President Mahmud Ahmadinejad and Pakistani President Ali Zardari signed a pipeline deal on May 24, 2009 during a summit in Tehran in which Afghan President Hamid Karzai participated. The two countries plan to connect their economies via exported Iranian gas flowing to Pakistan daily. Construction of the pipeline is due to start in September 2009.
Discussion began in 1993 between Pakistan and Iran for the pipeline which Iran later proposed extending into India. Dubbed the “peace pipeline,” the Iran–Pakistan–India pipeline (IPI) would traverse from Iran’s gas fields through the Pakistani city of Khuzdar. By expanding into India, Pakistan would amass huge transit fees.
The Zionist-controlled West sees the deal as having adverse implications for their global petropolicy. For Moscow, the Zionist West’s nemesis, is eager to join the Iran-Pakistan project in a dominant role. Gazprom is offering to act both as the construction contractor and as the pipeline operator after its completion.
While for Zionist-controlled America the IPI pipeline is an anathema, for Russia it is an opportunity. Moscow has been concerned that Iranian gas might compete with Russian exports on the European market. A constituency within the European Union that seeks to lessen its dependence on Russia has been advocating the construction of the Nabucco pipeline to pump Caspian Sea gas to Europe which would bypass Russia.
It is therefore in Russia’s interest to derail the Nabucco Project by diverting Iran’s gas away from Europe and locking it through IPI to the Asian market which for Russia is secondary (80% of Gazprom’s export profits come from the Western European market). To this end, Gazprom is keen to participate in the Iran-Pakistan pipeline project.

COINING THE TERM “PIPELINEISTAN” to describe the vast network of pipelines in oil-rich Central Asia, the Asia Times sees the Af-Pak conflict “at the core of “Pipelineistan.” As the Asia Times points out: it’s no coincidence that the map of terror in Central Asia is practically interchangeable with the map of oil.
How could Russia, the chief energy-player in Eurasia, not interpret the invasions of Afghanistan and Pakistan as a straightforward war for “Pipelineistan?” For plans to destroy the Taliban for opposing the American pipeline Unocal, was decided long before 9/11.

Purpose – to usurp Russia’s energy hold on Europe by diverting Iran’s energy for European consumption. Still in its planning stages, Af-Pak instability and Russia’s bagging of Turkmenistan energy undermine the pipeline’s viability.
Albanian Macedonian Bulgarian Oil Corporation Pipeline – AMBO would bring oil from the Caspian basin (mainly Azerbaijan) through Georgia, Bulgaria, then through so-named ‘Macedonia’ and finally to Albania. Purpose – to usurp Russia’s energy hold on Europe. The US-funded AMBO has been held up since 1994 as high financial losses and regional conflicts undermine the pipeline’s viability.

Only 10% of the Afghan people turned out on the Polling Day
According to reports, only 10% of the people turned out on the polling day throughout the country because of fear, corruption and coercion. Afghans had boycott the elections all over the country except in provinces like Kabul, Mazar, Bamyan, Badakhshan , Faryab, Samanga, Parwan, and a few other provinces, where people cast their votes. In general, the people supported the stance of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. Elders in Nangarhar, Kandahar provinces told Khyber TV that in some districts of Nangarhar and Kandahar, elections were not held. People in Paktia, Khost and Ghazni said the official TV and radio stations did not follow journalistic rules of neutrality but were only reflecting the positives views about elections which hardly represented the views and aspirations of the common people of Afghanistan.

Of all the outside-the mainstream notions I've posited on this blog, the one that annoys the most people is my suggestion that the CIA recruited young Barack Obama during his days at Occidental College. I would further suggest that the Agency link runs in the family. I believe that, at an earlier time, the Agency (or some other branch of the intelligence community) may have recruited his mother, Ann Dunham.

The eye-opener here concerns Obama's first job out of college. He was recruited by Business International Corporation, accused of functioning as a CIA front company.

The company has been identified as cover organization for the Central Intelligence Agency, e.g. see Lobster Magazine, issue 14 in 1987. According to a lengthy article in the New York Times in 1977, the co-founder of the company told the newspaper that "Eldridge Haynes [the other founder] had provided cover for four CIA employees in various countries between 1955 and 1960".
I see no reason to presume that the CIA/BIC relationship ended in 1960. Lobster is a quirky but reliable publication.

Think of it: We are talking about a man who compiled not one but two autobiographical works before the age of 46. We are talking about an ambitious politician intent on establishing his foreign policy cred. Yet he refused to mention a dangerous trip to Pakistan which he made at a time when travel to that country was discouraged by the State Department. That country was then the focus of the CIA's largest covert operation, the supplying of the Afghan mujahadeen. While there, this callow college kid met with one of the most powerful men in Pakistan -- a meeting arranged by an unnamed personage with the American Embassy. (Spook-watchers know what that means.)
If the trip was a pleasure jaunt, why did Obama keep it a secret? And how did he pay for the journey?

Like mother, like son. Ann worked for at least two organizations notorious for providing CIA cover. Barack went straight from college to an organization known to provide CIA cover. Coincidence?

Supposedly, Ann was a leftist. Yet she married Lolo Sotero, a key intermediary between the American oil companies and Indonesian strongman Suharto, installed by the CIA in an extremely bloody coup. I do not claim to have conclusive evidence. Then again, one must ask: When we try to sort of occurrences in the clandestine world, what constitutes hard evidence? At least five policemen killed in five explosions in Grozny in suicide bomb attacks in the capital of Russia's mainly Muslim republic of Chechnya, according to the Kufr agency Interfax.
The blast went off near a sexshop in Grozny on Friday, a witness told the Reuters news agency.
Russia earlier this year ended a 10-year "counter-terrorism" operation in Chechnya, which has been the site of two separatist wars since the 1991 collapse of the Soviet Union.
However, Chechnya and other parts of the Russian Caucasus remain the site of a deadly insurgency led by fighters battling pro-Kremlin local authorities, who in turn have been accused of human rights abuses.

The source added that the explosion resulted in damage to the wheel of the military without knowing the extent of losses due to the security cordon imposed by "American troops" on the scene.
A patrol of U.S. occupation forces was subjected to an improvised explosive device near Mansourieh in the city of Nasiriyah.
A government source said: "The device exploded targeting the patrol near Mansourieh while we do no know the result of explosion among the member of patrol, because the area and its surrounding were closed by the US forces."
