A memory aid that makes my life easier and at the same time I share this to those who have the same interests as me. And I inform you of what you eat, and what you store in your houses. Surely, therein is a sign for you, if you believe.
And I have come confirming that which was before me of the Taurat (Torah), and to make lawful to you part of what was forbidden to you, and I have come to you with a proof from your Lord. So fear Allah and obey me.
Truly! Allah is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him (Alone). This is the Straight Path.
Then when 'Iesa (Jesus) came to know of their disbelief, he said: "Who will be my helpers in Allah's Cause?" Al-Hawariun (the disciples) said: "We are the helpers of Allah; we believe in Allah, and bear witness that we are Muslims (i.e. we submit to Allah)."
Our Lord! We believe in what You have sent down, and we follow the Messenger ['Iesa (Jesus)]; so write us down among those who bear witness (to the truth i.e. La ilaha ill-Allah - none has the right to be worshipped but Allah).
And they (disbelievers) plotted [to kill 'Iesa (Jesus) ], and Allah planned too. And Allah is the Best of the planners.
And (remember) when Allah said: "O 'Iesa (Jesus)! I will take you and raise you to Myself and clear you [of the forged statement that 'Iesa (Jesus) is Allah's son] of those who disbelieve, and I will make those who follow you (Monotheists, who worship none but Allah) superior to those who disbelieve [in the Oneness of Allah, or disbelieve in some of His Messengers, e.g. Muhammad SAW, 'Iesa (Jesus), Musa (Moses), etc., or in His Holy Books, e.g. the Taurat (Torah), the Injeel (Gospel), the Quran] till the Day of Resurrection. Then you will return to Me and I will judge between you in the matters in which you used to dispute." (Aal-E-Imran: 45-55)

4 puppet army terrorists killed and a vehicle blown up in Uruzgan Friday afternoon 25-12-2009 at around 12 pm local time, Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan with an IED blew up a vehicle of the puppet army terrorists in Tareen Kot city in Uruzgan province, in the blast the vehicle was destroyed and four terrorists in it were killed, including their commander. District headquarter attacked Nangarhar Friday midnight 25-12-2009, Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan with light and heavy weapons attacked district headquarter of the enemy in Nangarhar province, the attack lasted for two hours in which the enemy the district headquarter building was damaged, three invaders were killed and two were wounded. 4 tanks of the nato invaders destroyed in Helmand Thursday 24-12-2009, Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan destroyed four tanks of the Nato invaders throughout December 23 and 24 in Nad Ali, Marjah and Gereshk districts of Helmand province. According to the details, a Nato invaders military tank, en route to Shor Aab air field, got blown apart with the tank destroyed and the Nato terrorists killed as it hit one of Mujahideen hidden IED's at Dasht area of Nad Ali district.
In another news, two Nato invaders tanks, the former targeted by IED's, the latter by Mujahideen RPG's, were destroyed with their Nato terrorists killed last night at Yazdah area of Marjah district.

Puppet militia commander vehicle blown up in Kunduz Thursday morning 24-12-2009, Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan with an IED blew up a vehicle of the puppet militia commander in Gortaqi area near the center of Kunduz province, killing three terrorists on board besides wounding the commander badly who had been the primary target of the IED attack. 10 puppet army terrorists killed including 2 commanders Faryab Thursday 24-12-2009, Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan ambushed a patrol of the puppet army terrorists in Almar district of Faryab province. Ten terrorists were killed including two commanders, Zainullah and Shafiqullah, in the attack, the report said, adding that the Mujahideen torched three Ranger vehicles of the enemy besides seizing two. According to the locals, the two-hour long operation took place while the enemy was conducting a patrol at the "Gala Soor" the district. As a consequence, a number of arms and ammunition consisting of one rocket launcher, two P-K machine guns two Kalashnikovs and four walkie talkies fell into the hands of the Mujahideen. American invading terrorists patrol comes under surprise in Kunar Thursday afternoon 24-12-2009, Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan ambushed the American invading terrorists patrol in Kurangal area of Kunar province, killing one American terrorists and badly wounding another. American invaders blow up two civilian houses in Helmand Thursday morning 24-12-2009, in Helmand's district of Gereshk, the American invading terrorists invaded a village in Shah Srah area, destroyed two civilian houses, according to the reports from Helmand.
The report adds a dozens of the American invaders backed by puppet terrorists attacked Jaji Rustam village in the late night hours of Thursday and brutally exploded two homes of the innocent civilians, taking an elderly man along with his son captive. Not to be left unsaid that it is not the first time the barbaric U.S. forces have committed such disgusting and inhuman crimes by invading the civilians homes and exploding their houses by bombs as well as killing martyring and taking captive innocent and defenseless.

Kandahar explosions inflict heavy casualties on invading terrorists in Kandahar Wednesday 23-12-2009, Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan carried out a series of IED's blasts which caused the Nato and American invaders forces huge losses and casualties in Zangaab area in Punjwaee district of Kandahar. As per the details, the Nato ground forces were targeted by IED, as a result, five Nato invading terrorists were killed and four were badly injured.
In another news, a Nato patrolling tank was struck by an IED early Thursday night at Imam Sahib area of Punjwaee district that resulted in destroying the tank and killing the Nato invading terrorists inside.
The report adds that the dead were transferred to their base struck tank was lying at the site of explosion till the morning of December 24 when an other Nato invaders tank approached the scene to retrieve the struck tank from the explosion scene as it was blown up by another IED attack. For now, that means the "trials," ordered halted earlier this year by the president, will resume next year, and the system President Obama insisted was harming the US image internationally remains more or less in place. Human rights groups warn that the revived Gitmo trials will also revive the international criticism of them.
And yet, it seems that the administration intends to keep the dubious system of trials in place even if it eventually closes Gitmo itself. Will human rights groups suddenly be fine with the process if it is in Thomson, Illinois?
Israel returns to Assassinations Policy by Ziad Khalil Abu Zayyad

Six Palestinians were killed in two separate incidents by the Israeli forces in Gaza and the West Bank. Three of the Palestinians were assassinated in Israel returns to Assassinations Policy 122 320x240 one of the palestinian victims Nablus at the West Bank. According to Israeli sources, Ghasan Abu Sharkh, Raed Sarkaji and Anan Suboh took part in the last attack which resulted in killing an Israeli settler in the West Bank.
The Israeli troops entered Nablus while being directed by the Israeli Intelligence Service "Shabak" in order to assassinate the three Palestinians who are known as leaders of Fatah movement in the Palestinian territories. Israel considered this operation a success since it came only 48 hours after the attack on the Israeli’s car in the West Bank. The Palestinian authority considered this operation another act made by the Israeli government in order to destroy the peace process and the efforts made by the United States and the international community in order to renew the negotiations.
In another incident Israel killed three Palestinians in Gaza who were trying to infiltrate through Erez Checkpoint into the Israeli territories. According to Aljazeera correspondent the three Palestinians were Bedwins searching for metal and building material in order to get it back for recycling and use in Gaza.
The Israeli operation in the West Bank is considered a serious development in the area since it may bring more reactions from the Palestinian side and end in a new round of violence between the two sides. Although the Palestinian security forces are applying everything which was asked from them in matters of security, Israel continues to take law in its hands and even implements public executions claiming that this is a legal punishment for those who were involved in terrorist attacks against Israelis.
In Israel’s operation in the West Bank anti tank rockets and heavy weapons were used to target buildings full of civilians. The Israeli forces stormed into Anan Suboh’s house and stayed inside it for several hours before executing him which leaves more questions about the real Israeli intentions for this operation. The mission was not to arrest the Palestinian activists but instead to investigate with them and immediately execute them no matter what. Ghasan Abu Sharkh did not show any kind of resistance and despite this he was shot at his head immediately. Raed Sarkajy’s wife was injured while she was sleeping beside him on their bed. The Israeli forces attacked the room and shot both of them although there wasn’t any kind of resistance from inside the house.
The whole operation sends one message which Israel wants the Palestinians to understand clearly: Israel is ready to execute anyone without a court or a respect for the Palestinian authority’s presence at the West Bank. The Israeli assassinations were criticized by several International organizations for its ruthless and illegality. Israel is not only violating the security arrangements and attacking civilian areas but it also starts such operations with a target of killing those who are considered suspects ignoring the part of court of law and justice.
The Israeli army and Intelligence may consider this operation a successful one since it proves that Israel is holding the West Bank as it wants. However, the result of such operations will prove that the Israeli policy will only bring failure and more reactions which may return the area into a new circle of violence. These six Palestinians were killed in the day when the Palestinians remember the 1600 victims who died in Israel’s war on Gaza. Since the war and until today Israel continues to depend on its security plans in dealing with its conflict with the Palestinians. The only result which they are bringing on the Israeli people is more anger and hatred within the Palestinians who are suffering until today.
SAN'A, Yemen – A U.S.-born radical cleric is alive and well following reports he may have been killed in a Yemeni airstrike against suspected al-Qaida hideouts, friends and relatives said Friday.
The government said it targeted a meeting of high-level al-Qaida operatives in Thursday's airstrike in the remote Shabwa region. It claimed at least 30 militants were killed, possibly including Anwar al-Awlaki, a radical cleric who has been linked to the shooter in last month's attack at the Fort Hood military base in the U.S.
On Friday, a friend of the cleric, Abu Bakr al-Awlaki, told The Associated Press he was not among those killed. He refused to say if the cleric was attending the meeting.
Abu Bakr al-Awlaki was in Shabwa and in contact with the gunmen in control of the area following the strike. He is not related to the cleric, but the two are from the same tribe and carry the same last name.
Thursday's airstrikes were the second in a week against al-Qaida and were carried out with U.S. and Saudi intelligence help. The newly aggressive Yemeni campaign, backed by American aid, reflects Washington's fears that the terror network could turn this fragmented, unstable nation into an Afghanistan-like refuge in a highly strategic location on the border with oil-rich Saudi Arabia.
The Yemeni government said it struck a gathering of senior al-Qaida figures in Rafd, a remote mountain valley in eastern Shabwa province, where they were plotting new terror attacks.
In addition to al-Awlaki, the top leader of al-Qaida's branch in Saudi Arabia and Yemen, Naser Abdel-Karim al-Wahishi, and his deputy Saeed al-Shihri were also believed to be at the meeting, Yemen's Supreme Security Committee said.
But Yemeni officials still have no access to the area, which is controlled by armed gunmen and supporters of al-Qaida, and could not confirm for certain who was killed in the attack.
Saudi officials were not immediately available for comment on Friday. In Washington, a U.S. government official who was briefed on the strike told The Associated Press that there has been no confirmation yet of who was killed in the strike. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to discuss the attack.
Al-Awlaki was born in the United States and moved back to Yemen in 2002. Al-Awlaki reportedly corresponded by e-mail with Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, who is charged with killing 13 people at Fort Hood, Texas, on Nov.5.
People close to al-Alwaki said it is unlikely the cleric would be sitting through a field meeting convened by fighters, considering he saw his role as a scholar and one that gives religious advises and rulings.
The cleric's brother, who only agreed to speak on condition of anonymity, said he also received assurances that his older sibling is still alive.
A tribal chief in Shabwa, who only used his alias Abu Mohammed, said he was informed that Anwar al-Alwaki was alive and is unharmed. He refused to elaborate.

The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has released a video purporting to show US soldier Bowe Robert Bergdahl who was captured in Afghanistan almost six months ago.
The video has not been verified, but shows a man wearing sunglasses and a US military-style helmet and uniform.
He appears healthy and speaks calmly and clearly, and does not appear to be under duress, the AP news agency said.
Pte Bergdahl, a 23-year-old US airborne infantryman, was captured by the Afghan Taliban in Paktika province on 30 June.
The insurgents also released a video of him a few weeks after he was captured.
'Next Vietnam'
In the video, Pte Bergdahl gives identifying details about himself such as his rank, date and place of birth, and deployment details.
"This is just going to be the next Vietnam unless the American people stand up and stop all this nonsense," he says.
There was no immediate comment from the US military or Nato forces in Afghanistan.
The Pentagon has said Pte Bergdahl was serving with an Alaska-based infantry regiment in Paktika province, eastern Afghanistan.
He vanished from his base, near the border with Pakistan, just five months after arriving in Afghanistan.
In July, US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton denounced his capture as "outrageous" and said the military was doing everything it could to find him.
A reward has been offered for his safe return.
He is believed to be the first soldier seized in either Iraq or Afghanistan for at least two years.

It is hard to keep track of all the Obama abominations taking place as he nears his first anniversary as president of the United States. Just as the Nobel Peace Prize winner announces more war, true health care reform bites the dust. The Copenhagen climate change summit ended with the United States, the world’s largest producer of greenhouse gases, making no commitment to change its ways and offering almost no help to the poor nations of the world who are serious about climate change.
Lost in the shuffle of ever more outrageous decisions and statements, was the administration’s announcement that some detainees held at the Guantanamo prison would be moved onto American soil in the state of Illinois. Obama’s campaign promise to close that facility was enough for easily impressed Obamaites to engage in more wishful thinking about their idol. Obama said absolutely nothing about maintaining the constitutional protections that prevailed in the American legal system before Bush took office.

Bush declared that the president had the power to designate anyone, American citizen or not, an enemy combatant. Such persons would have no right to expect a trial by jury, no right to question accusers or to see evidence used against them. They also had no right to expect that they wouldn’t be tortured. Candidate Obama promised to close down the prison at Guantanamo Bay, but he said nothing about how he would treat this most terrible aspect of the Bush doctrine. It was one of many reasons to withhold support from his campaign. The Obama enablers are now complicit in the most horrific aspects of the Bush era.
The announcement of Guantanamo north was yet another example of awful policy going unnoticed by people who would not have been silent had George W. Bush made the same decision. The Bush administration chose Guantanamo precisely because they could not guarantee acceptance of their policy if prisoners were held within the borders of the United States. Having the prison under American jurisdiction but not on its soil was a way to accomplish back door legality for this process.

Obama has now gone where Bush feared to tread. Not only has he announced that the Bush doctrine is acceptable, but he has gone to court to fight any effort to return the country to the rule of law that existed before it was torn asunder in the war on terror.
The Obama administration argued that the Supreme Court should let stand a lower court ruling which among other things stated that ". . . torture is a foreseeable consequence of the military’s detention of suspected enemy combatants." The Supreme Court did let the ruling stand and the constitutional law professor president succeeded in eviscerating the bill of rights.
President Barack Obama has not only asked courts to let stand pro-Bush decisions, but he has also asked an appeals court to dismiss Jose Padilla’s lawsuit against John Yoo. Yoo was the very architect of the war on terror legal decisions, and the Obama justice department has determined he did nothing wrong in arguing that detainees can be held indefinitely or tried by military tribunal without access to the legal protections that have governed American law. According to professor president, the suit poses "...the risk of deterring full and frank advice regarding the military's detention and treatment of those determined to be enemies during an armed conflict."

A nearly empty prison facility in Thomson, Illinois has been selected as the site to house Guantanamo detainees. Republicans fume and fuss about security threats but never question the premise upon which detainees are still held. Democrats in Illinois love the idea and lobbied hard for the new prison. Governor Pat Quinn had this to say: "This is an opportunity to dramatically reduce unemployment, create thousands of good-paying jobs, and breathe new economic life into this part of downstate Illinois."
Democratic Illinois Senator Richard Durbin is also in favor of the facility being opened in his state. In 2005 Durbin compared interrogation tactics at Guantanamo to those used by the Nazi regime and the Soviets in the gulags. He was later forced to make a tearful apology on the senate floor, but he was right the first time. Durbin was punished for his truth telling and as a result he now makes the case for the American prison industrial complex to devour foreign prisoners, too.
In less than one year in office, Barack Obama has firmly established the continuation of Bush regime domestic, foreign and economic policy. While Guantanamo is unseen, Illinois is right in the middle of the United States. None of us can now claim absolution from our government sin. Obama and his supporters have made us all accomplices. The ongoing Guantanamo crime now belongs to the Nobel Peace Prize winner and to every American citizen.

Rabbi Meir Avshalom Chai, 45, father of seven, was shot dead Thursday night, Dec. 24 in a Palestinian drive-by attack on his car close to his home in Shavei Shomron in the northern West Bank. He died of a head wound shortly after his car was hit by 10 bullets. The Fatah suicide wing, al Aqsa Brigades, claimed the attack. Palestinian security forces informed the Israeli units sweeping the area for the perpetrators of a burning car in an orchard in the Palestinian village of Atzira al-Shamaliya. A high terror alert has been imposed in the Shomron region of the West Bank.

SRINAGAR, India — Two policemen were killed and a third injured Tuesday after suspected Muslim militants ambushed a patrol in a town in Indian-ruled Kashmir, police said.
The evening shooting sparked panic in a bustling township of Pampore, 15 kilometres (nine miles) south of Srinagar, Muslim-majority Indian Kashmir's summer capital, a police spokesman said.
"Three policemen were critically hurt when militants fired AK-47 assault rifles at their patrol," the spokesman said, adding that two of the injured later died in hospital.
The attack came hours after Indian border guards said they had foiled an attempt by militants to cross into Indian Kashmir from Pakistan.
"The militants tried to infiltrate into Samba sector but security forces scuttled their attempt," said the region's police chief Kuldeep Khuda, referring to an area about 350 kilometres (217 miles) south of Srinagar.
The two sides exchanged fire for several hours, he said.
Khuda said rebels were trying to infiltrate into Indian Kashmir before the high mountain passes are cut off by snow in the coming winter months.
The insurgency against New Delhi's rule over Indian Kashmir, which erupted in 1989, has left more than 69,000 Muslims dead, according to an official count. a Violence has fallen sharply in the scenic Himalayan region since 2004, when India and Pakistan launched a stop-start peace process to resolve their differences over Kashmir, and other disputes.

PESHAWAR: Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) Liaquat Ali said at least four people were killed and 20 others were injured in the suicide blast in Peshawar area near State Life Building situated at Mall Road in Saddar, Geo News reported Thursday.
The police and the security personnel cordoned off the area and started garnering clues from the blast site.
The ambulances arrived on the spot and have rushed the injured and bodies to nearby Lady Reading Hospital, where emergency has been promulgated.
Senior NWFP Minister Bashir Bilour arrived on the blast site and informed the media that at least two suicide bombers caused the blast, killing at least two people on the blast.
Bilour said the suicide bombers were riding a motorbike. The bombers blew themselves up on being intercepted by the security personnel Hayatullah at the post situated on Arbab Road, killing the security man Constable Hayatullah on the spot.
Bilour said the army could be called if needed, adding the foreign hand is involved in the terrorist activities in Pakistan.
On this occasion, the Senior Minister ruled out negotiations with the terrorists.
According to police sources, at least six people have been injured in the blast near the security check post.
Lady Reading Hospital sources said a body has been brought to the hospital.

SHAKTOI, Pakistan - A top Pakistani Taliban commander says he has sent thousands of insurgents to neighboring Afghanistan to rebuff incoming U.S. troops, a claim that comes as an army offensive has apparently pushed many of his fighters to flee their main redoubt.
Waliur Rehman told The Associated Press in an exclusive interview Monday night that the Pakistani Taliban remain committed to battling the army in South Waziristan tribal region, but that they are essentially waging a guerrilla war.
"Since Obama is also sending additional forces to Afghanistan, we sent thousands of our men there to fight NATO and American forces," Rehman said. The Afghan "Taliban needed our help at this stage, and we are helping them."
Rehman is the deputy to Pakistani Taliban chief Hakimullah Mehsud, who took over the extremist network in August after a U.S. missile strike killed former commander Baitullah Mehsud.
His claims were nearly impossible to independently verify. Access to the tribal belt, especially conflict zones, is restricted. Pakistani army spokesmen could not immediately be reached for comment, and neither could U.S. military spokesmen in Afghanistan.
Rehman spoke in a large mud-brick compound in the Shaktoi area of South Waziristan. He looked relaxed as a he sat on a carpet surrounded by seven rifle-toting guards and Azam Tariq, a Taliban spokesman. It was apparently the first time either he or Hakimullah Mehsud had given an in-person interview to a journalist since the Pakistani military launched the ground offensive on Oct. 17.
To meet Rehman, the AP reporter traveled to North Waziristan's town of Mir Ali and from there was taken by Taliban militants on a six-hour ride to South Waziristan in a vehicle with tinted windows.
The army sent some 30,000 troops to battle as many as 10,000 militants in South Waziristan, including hundreds of Uzbek fighters. The military estimates it has killed around 600 Taliban fighters. Rehman claimed he'd lost fewer than 20 fighters.
But many of the Pakistani Taliban militants are believed to have fled to other parts of the tribal belt, a semiautonomous stretch of rugged territory that runs along the Afghan border. Most were believed to have gone to North Waziristan, Orakzai and Kurram tribal areas.
The military has launched airstrikes in the latter two regions in recent weeks, and a full offensive might be in the works there.
Rehman, considered to be the strategic brains behind the Pakistani Taliban, said most of his fighters had reached Afghanistan and that he didn't need that many insurgents to take on the military in South Waziristan. He said Hakimullah Mehsud was "not far away" and safe.
Earlier this week, fliers signed by Mehsud appeared in North Waziristan warning Taliban fighters taking refuge there not to cause problems. It appeared to be an attempt to keep peace with other militants in that region - some of whom have truces with the government.
Rehman also said his group would stop attacking Pakistani forces if Pakistan would sever its ties to the United States.
Since October, militants have launched numerous attacks throughout Pakistan in a wave of violence that has killed more than 500 people, many of them civilians.
"We would again become Pakistan's brother if Pakistan ends its support for America," he said. He claimed that the Taliban only attacked security forces and disavowed any strikes on civilian targets.
Rehman urged President Barack Obama to focus on shoring up the beleaguered U.S. economy. "He should know that Americans don't want war," Rehman said. "He should use this money for the welfare of his own people."
He further claimed that Osama bin Laden was safe and alive, but that he had never met the al-Qaida chief in person. Pakistani officials have long cast doubt on suggestions that bin Laden is hiding in the tribal belt.
"I know he is in touch with his people and he is communicating with them to convey his instructions," Rehman said.

Le gouvernement belge, le Ministre de la justice, l'administration pénitentiaire, les députés belges et européens sont informés régulièrement par diverses associations, dont la notre, du traitement indigne et inhumain assimilable à la torture auquel est soumis ce prisonnier d'exception. Tous sont avisés depuis le 5 septembre 2008, du refus systématique d'octroyer des soins de santé à Marcel Vervloesem, assurant de le maintenir en permanence en danger de mort. Marcel Vervloesem a perdu 8 kilos en trois semaines, ce qui est le signe d'une quatrième métastase de son cancer, qui a été laissé sans soin, en dépit de la demande du médecin de la prison d'un protocole de soin le 10 septembre 2008. Il a actuellement du mal à tenir debout. Il a souffre de nausées, vomissements, vertiges permanents et il devient aveugle : ce sont les signes du pré-coma.
En 2005 déjà, lors d'une incarcération illégale (soumise au jugement de la Cour Européenne des Droits de l'Homme), une fonctionnaire de Ministère de la Justice avait répondu à la demande de s'il était normal de réveiller un patient cardiaque tout les quarts d'heure: "Mais non, on ne va pas le réveiller tous les quarts d'heure: on va juste voir s'il n'est pas mort". Depuis, le Ministre de la Justice, par l'intermédiaire de ses services, reproche officiellement à Marcel Vervloesem ses contacts avec les ONG de la protection des droits de l'homme, pour leurs publications via leurs médias Internet. Les fonctionnaires ne répondent plus, ni au courrier, ni par téléphone, qu'en répétant systématiquement les mêmes phrases.
La semaine passée, Jan Boeykens, le Président de l'ONG Werkgroep Morkhoven, a contacté par mail et téléphone la direction générale des institutions pénitentiaires et le cabinet du Ministre de la Justice pour rappeler l'urgence de l'hospitalisation. Il a encore appelé ce 21 décembre 2009, mais avant midi, tout le monde étaient "en réunion". Il a parlé à Luc Stas, un conseiller néerlandophone du ministre de la Justice Stefaan De Clerck, qui a déclaré, qu'il "ne répondait aux questions concernant les détenus par téléphone" et il lui a raccroché au nez. Il a parlé à Lieselot Bleyenberg, porte-parole adjointe du Ministre, qui a répondu qu'elle contacterait le service médical. Il a parlé à une collaboratrice de la direction générale des institutions pénitentiaires à Bruxelles, Vanessa Bury, qui est supposée suivre le dossier, mais qui était encore "en réunion".
Un autre fonctionnaire a répondu de contacter le médecin ou le directeur de la prison. Or, l'attaché de direction de la prison de Turnhout, Eric Geudens, a répondu à Maître Raf Jespers, l'avocat de Marcel Vervloesem, qu'il n'y avait 'aucun problème'. En octobre 2008, ce même Geudens avait répondu au téléphone "que l'état de santé de Marcel Vervloesem ne justifiait pas d'hospitalisation". Le lendemain, il n'avait plus que 24 battements de cœur par minute et était emmené en ambulance médicalisée à l'hôpital de Turnhout, où les médecins ont passé 13 heures à le réanimer.
Il apparaît clairement que le Ministère veut prévenir les bêtises de ses fonctionnaires, telles que d'expliquer aux ONG que les gardiens de prisons doivent contrôler tous les quarts d'heure si les prisonniers malades ne sont pas morts. Depuis, les fonctionnaires reportent systématiquement la faute sur l'avocat (sous-entendant que celui de Marcel Vervloesem est un bon à rien), sur le directeur et le médecin de la prison. Or, un article paru le journal "Het Nieuwsblad" publié le 10 2008, démontre que ce sont les services du ministère de la justice de Bruxelles qui s'étaient opposés à une hospitalisation de Marcel Vervloesem, pourtant ordonnée par le médecin de la prison de Turnhout. Cette interdiction d'hospitalisation avait obligé à renvoyer l'ambulance appelée par le médecin.
En Mars 2009, le Ministre de la Justice a proposé à Mr Vervloesem une pilule pour provoquer un arrêt cardiaque.
Le 26 juin 2009, juge du tribunal de la peine a dit dans son arrêt que 'SEUL LE MINISTRE PEUT DECIDER D'UNE LIBERTE CONDITIONNELLE POUR DES RAISONS MEDICALES', ce qui a été confirmé par la Cour de Cassation.
Le 13 juillet 2009, dans sa lettre à Paul Van Buitenen, Membre du Parlement Européen, le Ministre de la justice a assuré qu'il ne lui était pas permis d'intervenir, en vertu de la loi du 17 mai 2006 concernant (...) l'attribution d'un contrôle électronique est de la compétence exclusive du tribunal d'application des peines.
Le 4 septembre 2009, en réponse à la question parlementaire n° 4-3231, le Ministre de la Justice a assuré que le titre onze de cette loi votée, qui attribue à ce tribunal de juger des libérations conditionnelles pour raison de santé ne serait pas applicable en raison de "l'état de la surpopulation dans les prisons", mais que cela "ne cause aucun préjudice aux détenus".
Notre association a envoyé une lettre recommandée à Mr Stefaan De Clerck pour l'informer personnellement des pathologies très lourdes de Marcel Vervloesem et de la nécessité de lui faire bénéficier d'une liberté conditionnelle pour raison de santé. Nous n'avons obtenu aucune réponse jusqu'à ce jour.
La responsabilité du gouvernement belge, parfaitement au courant de la situation, est donc pleine en tout état de cause :
1°) non-assistance à personne en danger de mort à de nombreuses reprises. 2°) blocage de l'application de la loi sur la libération conditionnelle pour raison de santé et sur le droit des détenus à des soins de santé de qualité identique à celles accessibles aux personnes du monde libre.
Nous insistons auprès de vous, tant l'heure est grave pour nos démocraties, quand homme se meurt, sans qu'aucune des instances avisées ne veuillent intervenir pour lui épargner des souffrances aigües. Chaque jour compte dans la situation de santé de Marcel Vervloesem et il s'achemine de façon certaine vers la mort à brève échéance.
Harvested organs were alleged to have been used by the military and in public hospitals
Israel has admitted that it harvested organs from the dead bodies of Palestinians and Israelis in the 1990s, without permission from their families.
The admission follows the release of an interview with Jehuda Hiss, the former head of Israel's forensic institute, in which he said that workers at the institute had harvested skin, corneas, heart valves and bones from Israelis, Palestinians and foreign workers.
In the interview, which was conducted in 2000 when Hiss was head of Tel Aviv's Abu Kabir forensic institute, he said: "We started to harvest corneas ... Whatever was done was highly informal. No permission was asked from the family."
Nancy Scheper-Hughes, who conducted the interview, told Al Jazeera on Monday that Hiss had said the "body parts were used by hospitals for transplant purposes - cornea transplants. They were sent to public hospitals [for use on citizens].
Guidelines 'not clear'
"And the skin went to a special skin bank, founded by the military, for their uses", such as for burns victims.
The practice is said to have ended in 2000.
The interview was also reported on Israel's Channel 2 television, which quoted an Israeli military statement that said: "This activity ended a decade ago and does not happen any longer."
Israel's health ministry said in the Channel 2 report that at the time the guidelines for transplants "were not clear" and that for the last 10 years "Abu Kabir has been working according to ethics and Jewish law".
Scheper-Hughes, who is a professor of anthropology at the University of California-Berkeley, said that she made the interview public because of the controversy last summer over allegations of organ harvesting made by a Swedish newspaper.
In August the Aftonbladet newspaper ran an article alleging that the Israeli army had stolen body organs from Palestinian men after killing them.
Israel denied the claims, calling them anti-Semitic, and the incident raised tensions when Sweden refused to apologise for the article, saying that press freedom prevented it from intervening.
'Conflict deaths'
Donald Bostrom, the journalist who broke the story in Aftonbladet, told Al Jazeera: "UN staff came to me and said that you have to look into this very serious issue. Palestinian young people were disappearing in the areas and five days later they appear back in the villages with an autopsy done on them against the will of the families.
"We need to know who are the victims. Mothers need to know what happened to their sons."
Bostrom said that there is no proof that people were killed for their organs but that an investigation is needed to find out whether there was a policy in place or if the bodies used were random.
Bostrom added that Hiss is the "main key" to solving such unanswered questions, but that there would also be other people involved who could help uncover the truth.
Scheper-Hughes said that some of the dead Palestinians from whom organs were harvested were killed during military raids.
"Some of the bodies were definitely Palestinians who were killed in conflicts," she told Al Jazeera.
"Their organs were taken without consent of families and were used to serve the needs of the country in terms of hospitals as well as the army's needs."
'Technically illegal'
She said that Hiss told her "that the people who did the harvesting were sent by the military. They were often medical students".
"He did it informally and without permission, and it was technically illegal," she said.
The military establishment gave their "sanction and approval" to the procedures, according to Scheper-Hughes.
During his interview with Scheper-Hughes, Hiss said that the eyelids of bodies were glued shut to prevent the removal of corneas being found out.
Hiss was dismissed as head of Abu Kabir in 2004 over irregularities in the use of organs, but charges against him were eventually dropped. He still holds the position of chief pathologist at the institute.
Obama Ordered U.S. Military Strike on Yemen Terrorists

On orders from President Barack Obama, the U.S. military launched cruise missiles early Thursday against two suspected al-Qaeda sites in Yemen, administration officials told ABC News in a report broadcast on ABC World News with Charles Gibson.
One of the targeted sites was a suspected al Qaeda training camp north of the capitol, Sanaa, and the second target was a location where officials said “an imminent attack against a U.S. asset was being planned.”
The Yemen attacks by the U.S. military represent a major escalation of the Obama administration’s campaign against al Qaeda.
In his speech about added troops for Afghanistan earlier this month, President Obama made a brief reference to Yemen, saying, “Where al Qaeda and its allies attempt to establish a foothold — whether in Somalia or Yemen or elsewhere — they must be confronted by growing pressure and strong partnerships.”
The are many people in the freedom movement who believe an individual’s right to choose. The CDC has confirmed reports from other government agencies that cocaine users are at risk for agranulocytosis because of contamination with the veterinary drug levamisole.
Over the past two years, public health authorities in four western states, with help from the CDC, have identified 21 cases agranulocytosis cases attributed to cocaine use, according to a report from Monica Brackney, MS, of the New Mexico Department of Health, and others in the Dec. 18 Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report.
Although levamisole, an antihelminthic drug, was positively detected in only a minority of cases, the agent is a common adulterant in street cocaine, and agranulocytosis — failure of the bone marrow to make enough white blood cells — is a known, if rare, side effect.
Why illegal drug sellers use levamisole with cocaine is unclear, the researchers said.
Two-thirds of cocaine smuggled into the U.S. is laced with a cattle-worming drug linked to a rare immune disorder in a rash of cases, a report says.
The veterinary drug, levamisole, was connected to new cases of the immune disorder agranulocytosis in Canada a year ago. Public health officials in New Mexico and Washington now blame tainted cocaine for a cluster of 21 cases of the illness, including one death, according to the weekly morbidity and mortality report from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, in Atlanta.
Sixty-nine percent of cocaine seized at U.S. borders as of July 2009 contained levamisole, the agency said, citing figures from the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration in Washington. This is more than double the occurrence in September 2008. Levamisole, an antibiotic, is used to wipe out parasitic worms in livestock, including pigs as well as cattle.
Agranulocytosis “is a life-threatening condition,” said Deborah Busemeyer, a spokeswoman for the New Mexico Department of Health. “We’re advising people who use cocaine to seek medical attention if they have a persistent sore throat, fever, swollen glands, skin infections, or other unusual infections.”
One of the best ways to kill people en mass is to entice the potential victims to kill themselves by consent. DJ AM died accidentally from a lethal cocktail of prescription drugs and cocaine, the medical examiner’s office ruled Tuesday.
The toxicology report showed the 36-year-old had in his system cocaine, OxyContin, Hydrocodone or Vicodin, antianxiety drugs Xanax and Ativan, Klonopin which also controls anger, Benadryl, and Levamisole, a drug apparently used to cut cocaine.
The cause of death was acute intoxication due to the combined effects the drugs, the medical examiner’s office said. The dosage of each drug was not released.
Police and public health officials in Glasgow are checking to see if the rare but deadly infection has emerged either from a batch of the drug or a cutting agent mixed with it.
Contaminated heroin is being investigated as the possible source of an outbreak of anthrax which has killed one drug user and left another seriously ill in hospital.
Levamisole is a drug that is often used in humans, the brand name is Ergamisol. It is used as an conjunction to a particular form of chemotherapy – fluorouracil (5-FU). Levamisole is a complex immunomodulator with an unknown mechanism of actions, but when used in this manner it has been shown to restore the depressed immune function associated with the use of 5-FU for chemotherapy.
Agranulocytosis, along with neutropenia, anemia, and throm Abocytopenia have all been noted in humans receiving the combination of levamisole and 5-FU, but such reactions also occur from the use of 5-FU alone. The incidence of such these adverse events is reportedly very low with levamisole alone, and appears to be more related to the 5-FU, or the combination of the two agents.
Kostmann’s syndrome is an inherited disorder of the bone marrow. Children born with this condition lack neutrophils (a type of white blood cell that is important in fighting infection, also called granulocytes). These children suffer frequent infections from bacteria which in the past led to death in three-quarters of cases before 3 years of age. This disease is also known as severe congenital neutropenia (SCN).
Alternative names for Kostmann’s syndrome (or disease) include not only severe congenital neutropenia (SCN) but also infantile genetic agranulocytosis and genetic infantile agranulocytosis.
Many drugs can cause agranulocytosis and neutropenia. The mechanism of neutropenia can be varied depending on the drug. Many anti- neoplastic drugs cause agranulocytosis and neutropenia by bone marrow suppression. Neutropenia and agranulocytosis can also result from antibody or compliment mediated damage to the stem cells. Some drugs may cause increased peripheral destruction of white cells. About three fourth of all agranulocytosis in the United States is related to drugs.
What also has been found is that levamisole can cause a nasty reaction when consuming alcohol. It is widely known that cocaine users often combine alcohol and other drugs when using the narcotic and this choice can now be very deadly. Other reactions a person may have if they have taken drugs contaminated with Levamisol are – nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, blotchy skin, hives, etc.
So, the question of the population control day is, “How did this potentially deadly drug magically become the cut of choice for 70% of the world’s cocaine?” My New World Order, educated guess is that drug users are being used as guinea pigs for a mass population control method that will kick into high gear. It will involve lacing street drugs with other drugs that either kill the user or severely weaken the persons immune system. Despite the passage of an entire one year since the cruel Israeli onslaught against the people of the Gaza Strip, the international community has done very little to remedy the effects and aftereffects of the Nazi-like Israeli campaign.
Under the rubric of fighting Hamas, the Palestinian Muslim liberation movement, the Israeli army on December 27, 2008, rained bombs, missiles, white phosphorus, and other lethal weapons of death down on the civilian population of Gaza.
The result was more than 1400 Palestinians casualties of mostly innocent civilians, including more than 350 dead children, and more than 5,000 maimed and injured ones.
Moreover, the sustained bombing, which lasted for 21 days, destroyed the bulk of the civilian infrastructure throughout the coastal territory, leaving more than 40,000 homes totally or partially destroyed.
Hundreds, if not thousands, of public buildings, such as mosques and other public facilities were bombed and leveled to the ground.
Israel, a criminal state par excellence, claimed the bombing campaign was aimed at punishing Hamas for firing home-made projectiles on Israeli settlements across the borders.
Kill All Gazans!
However, the massive death and destruction inflicted on the totally unprotected Gazan inhabitants showed that Israel wanted to kill as many Gazan civilians as the international community would allow.
Hence, one would not exaggerate a bit or sidestep truth by saying that the main motive behind the virtual Gaza genocide of last year was to satiate Jewish-Zionist thirst for the Palestinian blood.
It was a shameless expression of sadism whereby Israelis drew pleasure from seeing so many Palestinian children and civilians die by bombs and lethal white phosphorus dropped on them from high altitudes.
The destruction of so many homes has left hundreds of thousands of Palestinian civilians homeless.
These Palestinians had to be sheltered in insecure and unsafe tents or by clinging to their partially destroyed and highly risky homes.
Israel is vehemently refusing to allow building materials such as lumber, cement, panes, and glass to reach Gaza.
Israeli officials concoct many excuses to justify their manifestly criminal behavior, which is causing immense suffering to innocent civilians, such as claiming that building materials could be used by Hamas to build fortifications.
Indeed, "criminal" is an appropriate description of the Israeli behavior since barring building materials from getting into Gaza reflects callousness, cruelty, and criminality.
The Decapitated "Civilized West"
Now, with the advent of winter, tens of thousands of tormented Gazans are going to suffer and many might get sick and die because of cold weather.
Notwithstanding its Nazi-like criminality, Israel does not alone bear all the blame for the huge shame of exposing the people of Gaza to much suffering and pain.
The "civilized" West, which created Israel by giving European Jews the historical and ancestral homeland of the Palestinian people, is virtually silent in the face of this shame as if the suffering and pain Palestinians have been through were not sufficient.
Indeed, apart from some routine statements by EU officials deploring the humanitarian conditions in the Gaza Strip, European officials who would hasten to invoke "Western civility and enlightenment", are more or less circumspect on the ongoing Gaza nightmare as if they are awaiting to see the people of Gaza slowly dying.
The European Union does give humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip. However, the people of Gaza need more than just food. They need to rebuild their homes and lives, and this task cannot be realized without the European Union exerting meaningful pressure on the Zionist regime to allow the entry of building materials into the Strip.
It is difficult to find a single legitimate reason justifying European inaction, which really amounts to a huge betrayal and moral failure.
The European Union has much leverage with Israel. The European Union is Israel's main trading partner, and the Zionist regime has immense interests in maintaining strong ties with European Union and its individual countries.
However, instead of utilizing these factors to convince or even force Israel to allow Gaza to rebuild, EU countries are often busy discussing ways and means to promote their ties with Israel.
The European attitude toward Israel is morally problematic. It shows that Europe is quite helpless in the face of the Israeli arrogance and insolence. In fact, Israel is not only indulging in cruel sadism against a helpless and thoroughly tormented civilian population, but is also killing the two-state solution by continuing to build Jewish-only settlements on the occupied Arab lands.
The European Union is actually rewarding the Zionist state by showing that no matter what Israel does and what crimes it commits, this would not affect Israeli-EU relations.
On December 10, as the world celebrates the so-called Human-Rights Day, the people of Gaza stand virtually alone in coping with their suffering.
Arab Regimes Collaborating with Israel
Unfortunately, the biggest Arab country, Egypt, could do much to alleviate suffering across the border. Egypt can, at no price and at no risk, allow building materials to reach Gaza, thus thwarting Israel's criminal blackmail.
The Egyptian economy could also benefit from rebuilding Gaza, given the fact that billions of dollars would be spent in the rebuilding process.
However, the autocratic Egyptian leadership refuses to do so, citing unconvincing arguments about "international agreements with Israel" as if these agreements, which have been violated a thousand times by the Zionist regime, were sacred covenants and more important than saving lives.
Other Arab countries, such as Saudi Arabia, have voiced their willingness to contribute generously to rebuilding Gaza. The King of Saudi Arabia, Abdullah Ibn Abdul Aziz, reportedly pledged a $ billion to cover the expenses of rebuilding Gaza.
However, it is amply clear that financial generosity alone is not sufficient to overcome the present tragedy.
Saudi Arabia, an important country in the Middle East, could, if it wanted, exert strong pressure on Washington to pressure Israel to allow building materials to reach Gaza.
However, the fact that the Saudis are not exerting such pressure sends another bleak message of betrayal to the people of Gaza.
This impotent Arab attitude toward the Gaza catastrophe is more than a moral failure.
It really borders on outright perfidy. These regimes will pay dearly for their betrayal of an Arab-Muslim people that has been standing, virtually alone, along the first line of defense against Zionist expansionism and belligerency.
Nevertheless, one has to admit that the Saudis and other Arab regimes cannot really be more Palestinian than the Palestinians themselves can. The Palestinian Authority (PA) regime in Ramallah has done very little to help rebuild Gaza.
On the contrary, this regime, which gives the stupid political power struggle with Hamas priority over the Israeli occupation, often seems to be conniving with the Zionist occupiers and the Western powers in perpetuating the present situation for as long as possible in the hope of generating more anger and indignation against Hamas among the people of Gaza.
This is the very regime that claims to be serving the national interests of the Palestinian people.
Well, with leaders like Mahmud Abbas, Salam Fayyad, and Muhammed Dahlan, the Palestinian people certainly need no enemies.

There are no legitimate reasons for Egypt to block the aid convoy of drivers and emergency vehicles to enter Gaza via the Egyptian border.To even assume that the Egyptian authorities would think of such an ill deed against convoys of Human Rights activists - adding more anguish to it's suffering Muslim brothers and sisters and their children in the Gaza community, an in-closed- open-air prison, is a pure absurdity.
Why would a big country like Egypt bow to the pressure of a tiny, mean Zionist Israel? Israel does not have many friends here on earth today. Israel is condemned worldwide for its wild and violent occupation of Palestine - oppression and crimes of its indigenous people - it's waging of wars throughout the world and causing unrest and disorder in the ME.

20 police join the ranks of the Mujahideen in Badghis Saturday 19-12-2009, twenty policemen including two commanders belonging to Ghormach district of Badghis province, with light and heavy weapons joined the ranks of Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. 8 British invading terrorists killed and 2 tanks blown up in Kandahar Saturday afternoon 19-12-2009, Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan with IED's destroyed two patrolling tanks of the British invaders in Kandahar province, killing eight terrorists onboard. Nato invaders tank blown up in Kandahar Friday night 18-12-2009 at around 8 pm local time, Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan with an IED destroyed a patrolling tank of the Nato invaders in Kandahar province, the blast also killed all those onboard. Reported by Qari Muhammad Yousuf
5 puppet army terrorists killed in Helmand Friday morning 18-12-2009 at around 11 am local time, Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan with an IED destroyed a Ranger vehicle of the puppet police terrorists in Musa Qilla district of Helmand province, killing five terrorists as well. Killing 4 invader and 5 puppet terrorists in Khost Friday afternoon 18-12-2009 at around 5 am local time, Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan ambushed a convoy of the Nato invaders and their puppets in Khost province. In the ambush enemy tank was hit with a shell, four invader and five puppet army terrorists were killed and their weapons were Mujahideen's booty. Reported by Zabeehullah Mujahid
Burning 2 patrol tankers of the Nato invaders in Kabul Friday morning 18-12-2009, Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan ambushed a supplies convoy of the Nato invaders on Kabul-Jalalabad highway in Sarobi district of Kabul province, resulting in the burning two tankers full of petrol, four convoy security guards were killed and their weapons were Mujahideen's booty. 13 puppet army terrorists and a vehicle blown up in Helmand Friday morning 18-12-2009 at around 11 am local time, Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan with an IED blew up a ranger vehicle in Helmand province, in the blast the enemy vehicle was destroyed, soon after the blast more enemies gather at the blast site to remove the bodies of the killed terrorists, Mujahideen then detonated two more IED's, resulting in the death of thirteen puppet terrorists. 8 puppet army terrorists killed in a two hours battle in Ghazni Friday afternoon 18-12-2009, a two hours battle took place between the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and the puppet army terrorists in Ghazni province, in the battle an enemy Ranger vehicle was destroyed with an RPG, killing eight terrorists, also one Mujahid was wounded. Mujahideen destroyed a tank of the Nato invaders in Faryab Friday afternoon 18-12-2009, Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan ambushed a patrol of the Nato invaders in Faryab province, the ambush lasted for nearly an half and hour, during which one enemy tank was destroyed and all the terrorists onboard were killed. 6 American invading terrorists killed in Laghman Thursday afternoon 17-12-2009, Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan ambushed foot patrol of the American invaders in Laghman, the ambush lasted for nearly half an hour, during which six terrorists were killed and many were wounded, also two Muajhids were wounded. 7 British invading terrorists killed in clashes in Helmand Friday afternoon 18-12-2009, three clashes took place between the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and the British invading terrorists in Garishk district of Helmand province, in these clashes four British invading terrorists were killed and three were wounded.
According to anther report from Sangeen district of Helmand province, Friday morning 18-12-2009 at around 11 am local time, Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan with an IED blew up a foot patrol of the British invaders, killing three terrorists and wounded many.
