On Dec.27, 2009, at around 2:30 of mid night, US Special Forces raided Ghazi Khan Ghondi village of Narang District in Kunar province of Afghanistan. They enter the civilian houses and kill ten civilians, among them eight were school boys, one a poor farmer and a 12-year-old rancher. They all have been shot in the head.

Although the US occupation forces denied any involvement, but Kai Eide, special UN representative announced in a press conference that the "international forces" were engaged in the incident and "a preliminary United Nations investigation has found that eight students were among 10 Afghan civilians killed in Kunar province."

Also the photos taken by Special Forces from the dead bodies on the crime scene are included in this gallery which are obtained by RAWA through its supporters in Afghanistan.

Uranium Weapons, Low-Level Radiation and Deformed Babies by Paul Zimmerman

A dramatic increase in the number of babies born with birth defects was recently reported by doctors working in Falluja, Iraq [1]. One of the proposed causes for this alarming situation is radiation exposure to the population produced by uranium weapons. The international radiation protection community dismisses this explanation as completely unreasonable because (1) the radiation dose to the population of Iraq was too low, and (2) no evidence of birth defects was reported among offspring born to survivors of the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. This so-called scientific explanation is deeply disturbing, for it is out of touch with the current knowledge base. Abundant evidence exists which clearly demonstrates that birth defects are being induced by levels of radiation in the environment deemed safe by the radiation protection community. In light of this knowledge, uranium contamination cannot be summarily dismissed as a hazard to the unborn.

The destruction of the nuclear reactor at Chernobyl produced a different type of radiation exposure from that portrayed for the atomic bomb. In Japan, victims were exposed to an instantaneous flash of gamma radiation and neutrons delivered from outside their bodies. In contrast, the Chernobyl accident scattered microscopic radioactive particles from the reactor’s core throughout Europe which was then inhaled and ingested by the populace. In this situation, those contaminated began receiving ongoing, low-dose exposure internally. According to the current theory of radiation effects embraced by the radiation protection community, there is no qualitative difference in the two types of exposure. What matters is the total amount of energy delivered to the body. Thus, the health effects experienced by the survivors of Hiroshima and Nagasaki can be considered to be representative of the health effects produced from any type of radiation exposure. In the case of birth defects, this assumption has been proven wrong. As a result of the external exposure in Japan, there was no increase in the incidence of birth defects among children whose parents were exposed to the bombings [2]. In contrast, radiation-induced birth defects have been documented in populations receiving low doses of internal contamination. In light of this contradiction, it’s obvious that the accepted theory of radiation effects is in error and needs to be corrected. The information which follows will demonstrate the hazard to the unborn produced by radioactive material vented into the environment.

1. In the book Chernobyl: 20 Years On, a chapter is devoted to discussing the birth defects in children who, while gestating in the wombs of their mothers, were exposed to radioactivity released by the Chernobyl reactor [3]. The author provides an overview of dozens of studies which confirm that low levels of radiation present in many areas of Europe after Chernobyl were responsible for a wide variety of birth defects. These birth defects occurred where radiation exposure was judged by the radiation protection agencies to be too low to warrant concern. Fifteen studies were cited which demonstrated an increase in the incidence of a wide variety of congenital malformations. Other studies cited confirmed increases in the rate of stillbirths, infant deaths, spontaneous abortions, and low birthweight babies. An elevated incidence of Down’s syndrome was also documented. In addition, an excess of a variety of other health defects were detected which included mental retardation and other mental disorders, diseases of the respiratory and circulatory systems, and asthma.

In a separate chapter of the same book, Alexey Yablokov of the Russian Academy of Sciences provided a review of the extensive body of research conducted after Chernobyl. Regarding studies on birth defects, he cited an increased frequency of a number of congenital malformations which included cleft lip and/or palate ("hare lip"), doubling of the kidneys, polydactyly (extra fingers or toes), anomalies in the development of nervous and blood systems, amelia (limb reduction defects), anencephaly (defective development of the brain), spina bifida (incomplete closure of the spinal column), Down’s syndrome, abnormal openings in the esophagus and anus, and multiple malformations occurring simultaneously [4].

2. The wide range of birth defects produced by the Chernobyl accident cannot be accounted for by the data collected from the survivors of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. This is one compelling thread of evidence that something is amiss in the current field of radiation protection. But there is a further problem. The proposed threshold dose of radiation capable of interfering with the development of a fetus, again based on the research from Japan, is between fifty and one hundred times greater than what the radiation protection community insists was the typical exposure in the areas of Europe where the elevated frequency of birth defects was documented. How are we to make sense of these contradictions? Chromosome studies conducted in the contaminated regions provide the answer.

In individuals exposed to ionizing radiation, peripheral lymphocytes, those lymphocytes which circulate in the blood, have an elevated occurrence of certain types of misshapen chromosomes [3,5]. Of particular interest are dicentric chromosomes which are produced when radiation breaks both strands of the DNA double helix in two neighboring chromosomes and the genetic material is then misrepaired. An increase in the relative frequency of these aberrantly shaped structures serve as a biological indicator of radiation exposure which is immune to lies and political propaganda. More specifically, the increased rate of these aberrations is proportional to the dose of radiation received. Thus, their frequency can be used to determine the true level of exposure in contaminated individuals. Studies of this type were conducted in Europe subsequent to the Chernobyl accident [3]. These studies demonstrated that the official dose estimates published by the radiation protection agencies were woefully in error, greatly underestimating the true level of exposure of people throughout Europe. This discrepancy casts further doubt on the scientific integrity of those organizations who are supposedly protecting the world from radioactive pollution. When combining the studies of chromosome aberrations with the studies of birth defects, the science speaks for itself: the population in many areas of Europe received much higher doses from Chernobyl than claimed and birth defects were induced by much smaller doses than suggested by current radiation protection science.

3. As the clouds of fallout from Chernobyl wafted around the planet, governments broadcast reassurances to their anxious citizens that there was no cause for concern, that doses to the public would be too low to produce detrimental health effects. Politically motivated, this advice was medically ill-conceived. What became evident after the accident was that children who received exposure to Chernobyl fallout, while still in the wombs of their mothers, experienced an elevated risk of developing leukemia by the time of their first birthday [6,7]. Relevant to this discussion is the fact that a gene mutation occurring in utero is one cause of infant leukemia [8,9].) In countries where unimpeachable data was collected for levels of fallout deposited in the environment, doses to the population, and the incidence of childhood leukemia, an unmistakable, uniform trend emerged: the studied population of children born during the 18-month period following the accident suffered increased rates of leukemia in their first year of life compared to children born prior to the accident or to those born subsequent to the accident after the level of possible maternal contamination had sufficiently diminished. This was confirmed in five separate studies conducted independently of one another: in Greece [9], Germany [10], Scotland [11], the United States [12], and Wales [13]. Again here is evidence that defects are being induced in fetuses that we are told by the radiation protection community are not possible. According to the European Committee on Radiation Risk (ECRR), these results provide unequivocal evidence that the risk model of the International Commission on Radiological Protection (ICRP) for infant leukemia is in error by a factor of between 100-fold and 2000-fold, the latter figure allowing for a continued excess incidence of leukemia as the population of children studied continues to age [6].

4. Other types of chromosome studies have been performed which demonstrate that radiation in the environment is producing damage to DNA that is being passed on to offspring. Minisatellites are identical short segments of DNA that repeat over and over again in a long array along a chromosome. These stretches of DNA do not code for the formation of any protein. What distinguishes these minisatellites is that they acquire spontaneous repeats through mutation at a known rate, which is 1,000 times higher than normal protein-coding genes. Dr. Yuri Dubrova, currently at the University of Leicester, first realized that these stretches of DNA could be used to detect radiation-induced genetic mutations by showing that their known rate of mutation had increased subsequent to exposure. Dubrova and his colleagues studied the rate of minisatellite mutations in families that had lived in the heavily polluted rural areas of the Mogilev district of Belarus after the Chernobyl meltdown [14]. They found the frequency of mutations being passed on by males to their descendants was nearly twice as high in the exposed families compared to the control group families. Among those exposed, the mutation rate was significantly greater in families with a higher parental dose. This finding was consistent with the hypothesis that radiation had induced mutations in the the reproductive germ cells of parents and then transmitted to their offspring. This was the first conclusive proof that radiation produced inheritable mutations in humans.

Minisatellite DNA testing has also been performed on the children of Chernobyl "liquidators" i.e., those people who participated in post-accident cleanup operations. When the offspring of liquidators born after the accident were compared to their siblings born prior to the accident, a sevenfold increase in genetic damage was observed [15,16]. As reported by the ECRR, "for the loci measured, this finding defined an error of between 700-fold and 2,000-fold in the ICRP model for heritable genetic damage" [6]. The ECRR made this further observation: "It is remarkable that studies of the children of those exposed to external radiation at Hiroshima show little or no such effect, suggesting a fundamental difference in mechanism between the exposures [17]. The most likely difference is that it was the internal exposure to the Chernobyl liquidators that caused the effects".

5. In November 2009, Joseph Mangano of the Radiation and Public Health Project published a study of newborn hypothyroidism near the Indian Point nuclear reactors in Buchanan, New York [13]. Hypothyroidism is a disease characterized by an insufficient production of the hormone thyroxine. One cause of the disease is exposure to radioactive iodine which selectively destroys cells in the thyroid gland. Currently, the only environmental source of radioactive iodine is emissions from nuclear power plants. According to Mangano, four counties in New York state flank Indian Point and nearly all the residents of these counties live within 20 miles of the reactor complex. During the period 1997 to 2007, the rate of newborn hypothyroidism in the combined four-county population was 92.4% greater, or nearly double, the U.S. rate. The rate in each of the four counties separately was above the U.S. rate, and in two of the counties, the rate was more than double the national rate. In the period 2005-2007, the four county rate was 151.4% above the national rate. These finding were consistent with the fact that the local rate of thyroid cancer is 66% greater than the U.S. rate [14].

Mangano’s study raises important questions regarding our common welfare. We live with assurances by government and industry that nuclear reactors are operating within guidelines sponsored by the radiation protection agencies. What radiation they emit are dismissed as too low to warrant concern. An yet, babies born to mothers living in proximity to Indian Point are suffering an increased rate of hypothyroidism. Either the reactor complex is emitting more radiation than publicly known, or once again, there is an error in the safety standards published by the radiation protection community.

6. Are weapons containing depleted uranium a cause for concern for producing birth defects? Given that uranium inside the human body targets the reproductive system, the elevated rate of birth defects in Iraq strongly suggests that DU exposure is involved. In experimental animals exposed to uranium compounds, uranium has been found to accumulate in the testes [20]. Among Gulf War veterans wounded by DU shrapnel, elevated levels of uranium have been found in their semen [21]. In light of this discovery, the Royal Society cautions that this raises "the possibility of adverse effects on the sperm from either the alpha-particles emanating from DU, chemical effects of uranium on the genetic material or the chemical toxicity of uranium [21]." In experiments on female rats, uranium was found to cross the placenta and become concentrated in the tissues of the fetus [20,21,22]. When DU pellets were implanted into pregnant female rats, a direct relation was observed between the amount of contamination in the mother and the amount of contamination in the placenta and the fetus [23,24]. Most importantly, once dissolved within the body, uranium’s primary chemical form is the uranyl ion UO2++. This form of uranium has an affinity for DNA and binds strongly to it [25]. This fact alone is should be sufficient to halt the scattering of DU aerosols amidst populations. Internalized uranium targets human genetic material! Needless to say, this fact is totally ignored by the International Commission on Radiological Protection and related organizations when determining safe levels of exposure to uranium and assessing the risk posed by uranium for inducing birth defects.

7. In infants, hydrocephalus is a condition characterized by increased head size and atrophy of the brain. The frequency of this birth defect has increased dramatically in Iraq since the first Gulf War [26]. A small and admittedly incomplete study conducted in the United States lends credence to the hypothesis that DU exposure is the causative agent [26]. Rural and sparsely populated Socorro County is located downwind of a DU-weapons testing site, the Terminal Effects Research and Analysis division of the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. On average, 250 births occur yearly in the county. An investigation by a community activist revealed that between 1984 and 1986, five infants were born with hydrocephalus. (The normal rate of hydrocephalus is one case in every 500 live births). According to the demonstrably incomplete State of New Mexico’s passive birth defects registry, between 1984 and 1988, 19 infants were born statewide with the condition, three of these within Socorro county. Regardless of which accounting is correct, the results are disturbing given that Socorro contains less than 1% of the state’s population.

8. To conclude, the current dogma regarding radiation effects cannot account for the increase in genetic malformations in populations exposed internally to low levels of radiation. Something is deeply wrong with the current science of radiation safety. Given this, statements by the radiation protection community regarding the impossibility that low levels of uranium can cause birth defects are suspect. Numerous studies demonstrate that uranium produces a wide range of birth defects in experimental animals [20,26]. Further, numerous in vitro and in vivo studies conducted in the last twenty years have proven that uranium is genotoxic (capable of damaging DNA), cytotoxic (poisonous to cells), and mutagenic (capable of inducing mutations) [27]. These effects are produced either by uranium’s radioactivity or its chemistry or a synergistic interaction between the two. These findings lend plausibility to the idea that the observed increased incidence of deformed babies in Iraq is related to depleted uranium munitions [26].

Car Bombs Hit Government Security Departments

Death toll of Ramadi explosions today (Wednesday) rose at least 35 killed and 65 people most of them government police elements wounded in the city centre.

A government source said that "Three car bombs rocked in the compound that exists government departments, killing and injuring 100 people, including the governor, deputy police chief and deputy governor for security."

It is worth mentioning that the city of Ramadi has seen violent explosions this morning which is the most violent one that shook the government complex in which the security services exists killing and injuring 100 people, most of them elements of government. Observes are suggesting that it shows the fragility of the security situation in the province.

Politically and according to the media coverage, the year 2009, has , by the virtue of Allah's bounty and as a result of Mujahideen's strong resistance and successful operations as well as sound political consciousness and foresight of the officials of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, been far more a year full of success and victory rather than the past few years.

Previous year, the number of the font-line battlers, guerrilla and face-face operations, IED attacks( land-mine blasts) and scores of other and operations and attacks carried out by the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate on the foreign occupation forces and their Afghan minions were several times more than the last few years that brought the arrogant enemy to his knee and forced him to cry for false negotiations and piece talks with the Mujahideen that spoke itself out of the political and military defeat on the part of the achievement of the Mujahideen.

The sound political foresight of the Leadership of the Islamic Emirate and its firm stance on justifiably dealing with the matters and issues and deciding them in a fair way in addition to the untiring and non-stop operations of the Mujahideen have, politically added to the anxiety and concerns of the enemy who lacks firm and unalterable policy and is already confronted with many problems and opposition within the home country; the enemy who, on the one hand, insists on the extra troops deployment into Afghanistan, and on the other hand, speaks irrationally of a withdrawal from Afghanistan.

Flowing a strategic announcement made by president Obama regarding tens of thousands of troops deployment into Afghanistan, the Leadership Council, in exchange issued a statement declaring operations all around Afghanistan, in form of assistance for the Mujahideen, which in turn, Mujahiden carried out stressful and coordinated operations countrywide causing the occupation forces casualties and losses several times more than the past the details of the extent of the casualties is as follows:

December 30, 2009 KABUL — Afghan government investigators on Wednesday accused foreign troops of dragging 10 people, including eight children, from their homes and shooting them dead. Anti-US protests erupted in at least two cities over the alleged killings as President Hamid Karzai's office published its report, likely to enflame tensions between the Afghan government and its Western military backers. The presidential investigating team said the dead included eight children, between 13 and 17 years old, said a statement from Karzai's office. The alleged incident took place late Saturday in the eastern province of Kunar, where Taliban activity is high as the militants are believed to cross into Afghanistan across the porous border with Pakistan. International forces based in Kunar and local police told Asadullah Wafa, head of the investigating team and a former governor of Kunar province, that "they were unaware of the incident," Wafa told AFP. "A unit of international forces descended from a plane in the Narang district of Kunar province and took 10 people from three homes, eight of them school students in grades six, nine and 10, one of them a guest, the rest from the same family, and shot them dead," the statement said, quoting Wafa.

Life of Gazan baby at stake due to lack of baby milk

GAZA, (PIC)-- A four-month-old Palestinian baby in the Gaza Strip is facing imminent death if a special kind of baby milk is not procured the soonest, Atiya Al-Basyuni, the coordinator of national and Islamic forces committee, said.

Basyuni said in a press release on Wednesday that Yehya Abu Shabab is sensitive to all kinds of baby milk except Galactomin-19. He added that a Yafa hospital had given his parents four packages of that milk and that the fourth and last one is about to be consumed.

He asked the international organizations and human rights groups to seriously assist the Gazan children who are terribly suffering as a result of the oppressive Israeli siege.

Mohammed Abu Shabab, the baby's uncle, had appealed to the ministry of health to provide the required baby milk.

He explained that the baby suffered constant diarrhea ever since he was born and he was taken to Nasr hospital for children in Gaza city before being transferred to a hospital in Yafa, in Palestine occupied in 1948, where he was given Galactomin-19 after a series of tests that proved he was sensitive to all kinds of baby milk except this one.

Mohammed said that the baby's life is at stake if the fourth and last package is consumed without more being procured.

He noted that the family searched for Galactomin-19 in the entire Gaza Strip and did not find it.

For its part, the health ministry warned of health disasters after 141 types of medicines ran out of stock in its stores.

It appealed to the human rights organizations and the Red Cross to immediately intervene and pressure Israel into opening crossings before necessary medications.

Tadamun: IOF killed 1,594 Palestinians in 2009

RAMALLAH, (PIC)-- The international Tadamun (solidarity) institution for human rights has said that the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) had killed 1,594 Palestinians in 2009 including 473 children and 126 women.

In a report released on Wednesday, Tadamun said that the IOF killed 1,460 citizens during the war on Gaza while 134 others were killed in IOF incursions in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.

It noted that January was the bloodiest month in the history of Arab-Israeli conflict since 1967 since 1,076 citizens were killed with an average of 30 citizens daily.

For its part, the Palestinian center for human rights said that the IOF troops killed six Palestinians and wounded five others over the past week including a child and a woman.

In a report on Wednesday, the center noted that the IOF soldiers rounded up 26 citizens over the same period with 28 incursions in the West Bank and two raids in Gaza Strip recorded.

It underlined that the IOF was still closing all crossings of the Strip with partial opening and was chasing Palestinian fishermen at sea.

A Palestinian patient was reported dead on Tuesday after he was unable to leave the besieged Gaza Strip for medical care.

48 years old Mohamed Jassier had hart condition, he needed life saving medical care out side the Gaza Strip but the Israeli army never gave him the permission to leave, medical sources reported.

The Palestinian Health Ministry in the Gaza Strip said that with Jassier dearth, the total number of patients who died because of the Israeli siege has reached 367.

Israeli started its siege of the Gaza Strip in June of 2007 rendering Gaza hospitals unable to provide basic health care for the 1.5 million Palestinians living there.

Afghan President Hamid Karzai protests the US military's targeting of civilians after a US raid killed at least eight school children in the east of the war-torn country. Karzai's office on Monday issued a statement in which it condemned the killings that reportedly took place on Saturday in Kunar province near the border with Pakistan. "The soldier who opened fire was also wounded during the response from ISAF soldiers and the Afghan army who were at the scene. He was arrested immediately and is now under observation in the camp hospital," the military said. An investigation is under way to establish exactly what happened in the incident, the statement said. It was unclear if it was an accident, "friendly fire", or a deliberate attack and no other details were immediately available.

Israel arrests nuclear whistleblower Vanunu

Bethlehem – Ma’an – Israeli police arrested nuclear whistleblower Mordechai Vanunu on Monday for violating a ban on speaking to foreigners, police said.

Police spokesman Mickey Rosenfeld told Ma’an Vanunu was arrested late on Monday night "after meeting with a number of foreigners, which was against the previous court decision about his status."

Rosenfeld said Vanunu was questioned and appeared before the Magistrate’s court in Jerusalem on Tuesday. The court ordered him released to house arrest.

The Israeli news website Ynet reported that Vanunu was arrested at East Jerusalem’s Ambassador Hotel, during a meeting with a Norwegian national.

Israel jailed Vanunu in 1986 as a traitor for exposing the country’s clandestine nuclear weapons program. As a technician at the Dimona nuclear reactor he provided information to a British newspaper that led the international community conclude that Israel had produced enough nuclear material to produce as many as 200 atomic bombs.

After his release from prison in 2004, Israel banned him from speaking to foreign nationals or press.

In 2007 he was sentenced to six months in prison, also for speaking to foreigners.

While Israel is widely known to have the Middle East’s only nuclear arsenal, the state has not confirmed or denied its atomic arms. It calls this policy "strategic ambiguity."

The fresh air raid came about three days after 10 civilians were killed during military operations in eastern Kunar province. The Saturday air strike in Kunar drew condemnation from the lawmakers on Monday who walked out of the session and later a parliamentary delegation met President Hamid Karzai to show their resentment. Karzai ordered a serious probe into the attack that killed ten people including eight school children in Badeel area in Narang district. In the last night air raid, the dead included a father and his three sons, who were killed while running to escape the bombardment, a teacher at the Jamiat Aburjaee High School in the area, Karim Safi, told Pajhwok Afghan News. A student of the school, Karim Javed, said that the air raid also left many people wounded including a student of his school. Head of the district hospital, Abdul Qahir Qanit, said they had received eight injured people delivered to the hospital with a woman and a child in a critical condition. However, provincial police chief Kabir Andarabi said the aircrafts targeted Taliban. He claimed the attack killed eight Taliban fighters and injured seven others. The dead bodies of two slain militants were still lying on the ground at the site, he said. The war in Afghanistan is becoming deadlier, killing 10 percent more civilians during the first 10 months of 2009 compared to the previous period last year, according to UN figures. A First Lieutenant Seriously Wounded

An official in the current interior ministry was critically wounded in an attack by unidentified gunmen in northern Baghdad. Government sources said that: "Unidentified gunmen targeted a first lieutenant working in intelligence service of interior ministry in Zayyunah area of eastern Baghdad. The attack led him seriously wounded."

The source did not give more details about the incident.

It is worth to mention that interior ministry is well known by its sectarian armed forces where thousands of civilians were arrested, tortured and brutally murdered inside the ministry building in the Green Zone.

The anniversary of the first day of Israel’s massacre of Gaza last winter passed yesterday. Palestinians still locked in Gaza couldn’t avoid thinking about that hell, recalling to others where they were when the first strikes hit…what they did, what they thought, what they saw and smelled and heard.

At 11 am yesterday I’m in a meeting, but all of us are aware of the significance of the hour, particularly as the minutes pass towards 11:25, when the slaughter began.

Later, I visit a family in the north, their mother killed, shot at close range by an Israeli soldier as she carried a white cloth, trying to lead the family out of their home. Not an isolated story. How are they? Grim, alive without joy, no expectations except that things will get worse. Mahmoud is a young engineer but is jobless. They are not refugess and so don’t receive UN hand-outs. A charitable association gives them flour, oil, sugar and tea every 40 days. Meat, fish? Impossible.

Near their house, the scent of orange blossoms, though most of their trees were razed by Israeli tanks and bulldozers. The Moawiyya school across the street still gapes with its missile holes in the side and in the roof. The neighbouring houses still gape with jagged, absent walls.

Mahmoud lives just 20 m up the street from the tent encampment in this area of Attatra, where the Attar family are still braving the cold, still rendered homeless, still out of the world’s news and off the radar, still uncompensated, and among those more subject to bouts of fear when the Israeli warplanes and drones fly over. They are able to hear shooting from the northern and eastern borders, as well as the regular Israeli navy shooting and shelling of fishermen on Palestinian waters.

This morning, at 11:55 I re-notice the roar of F-16s… maybe they were always there and I was again oblivious to them…Sometimes it is a casual, drawn-out, rolling roar, as the warplanes troll the skies. Sometimes it’s a rush, sudden, invasive, low, near.

That’s this one, the one that grabs my attention and makes me wonder: perhaps they just delayed it by a day and a half hour.

There is little rational thinking when such planes swarm above. The notion "Israel couldn’t do it again so soon, not with the world commemorating the massacre" dissapates into "why not, Israel has committed massacres in the past, the world has frowned, and it’s buseinss as usual into the next onslaught."

But it’s not only me, with just a year’s experience here. Of all, I should be more inclined to think, "no way, not now," when I know that nearly 1500 people from over 40 countries and all walks of life are on their way to Gaza, and another 500 in the Viva Palestina lifeline are hunger-striking till Egypt relents its complicit denial of entry…when I know that the Palestinian-led BDS movement has surged into vitality, and that strong Jewish voices around the world are condeming Israel’s occupations and war crimes.

But it’s fighter planes like the one currently above us that mocks rationality and screams "it’s here, this time it’s an attack."

If I, a passport-holding international who can basically leave when I decide and who hasn’t lost a house, a child, a loved one, hasn’t been burned to the bone by white phosphorous, hasn’t had my livelihood and memories destroyed…if I feel this, imagine how those who suffered worst are feeling, the younger children for whom it was their first massacre, or the older children who know in too great detail the sounds of the different war machines.

To Proceed: Five U.S. fighter jets have carried out horrific air strikes on innocent Muslims from the Bakazm tribe in the village of Moajala in al-Mohfad district in Abyan province ,after dawn prayers on Thursday the 1st of Muharam 1431 H. The brutal shelling on the village of Bakazm, resulted in the killing of approximately fifty women and children and men. At the same time they are waging military campaign against the tribes of Arhab, on the pretext of combating terrorism (Islam), and trying to stop the increasing jihadi activities of the proud sons of the tribes of Yemen. Bruxelles, 27 décembre 2009 Nous avons eu Marcel ce soir au téléphone. Son moral est meilleur à nouveau mais son niveau de sucre est tombé de 600 à 60 maintenant... Il y a quelques jours nous lui avons rendu visite. Il était très affaibli mais avait retrouvé le moral. Il avait des problèmes de déshydration qui peuvent devenir très dangereux dans son cas et il rentrait juste de l'hôpital où il est resté à peine 2 heures (ça ne suffit pas pour un réhydration complète et un bilan complet). Le médecin qui était parfaitement au courant des faits des derniers jours, lui a demandé s’il ne serait 'pas possible de moins critiquer les médecins sur le web site'. C'est un peu bizarre après la dernière situation il y 4 semaines avec Erwin Boosten du service psycho-social de la justice à la prison de Turnhout, et qui a été suivie par l'isolation de Marcel qui est tombé gravement malade sans qu'on fasse quelque chose pour lui. Marcel peut sortir maintenant de sa cellule 6 fois par jour, ce qui est absolument nécessaire dans sa situation médicale. Mais ce n'est pas une solution. L'année passée il y a eu une dizaine de situations identiques. C'était presque systématique et bien calculé. Chaque fois ce qui reste à Marcel de santé, est à nouveau brisé. Chaque fois nous étions obligés de faire des appels à l’aide désespérés partout pour sauver sa vie. Chaque fois après une semaine, deux semaines, trois semaines de publications sur internet, on prenait enfin des décisions médicales pour aider Marcel. C'est un miracle qu'il vive encore. Mais il est clair que ce jeu sadique qui est fait justement pour le détruire et l'assassiner lentement, ne peut pas continuer. J'ai maintenant un dossier d'un autre prisonnier de la prison de Bruges. Et il est traité d’une manière identique à celle qu’on utilise avec Marcel. Le service psycho-médical (PSD) créé initialement pour la 'réintégration et reclassement des prisonniers', utilise la même méthode sadique pour briser ce prisonnier qui se comporte correct et qui n'a jamais eu de sanction. On 'oublie d’ajouter des rapports', on fait comme si certains rapports n'étaient pas arrivés, le dossier n'est 'pas complet' au moment où l'affaire vient devant le tribunal d’application des peines, on ment constamment, on torture psychologiquement par un jeu continuel d'espoir et de désespoir etc. Le dossier du prisonnier est complètement bloqué. Il ne fait aucun doute que c'est un système criminel utilisé par des hommes qui auraient parfaitement pu travailler dans les camps de prisonniers américains où on utilise toutes sortes de tortures avec l'accord du président américain. Some of the brethren in the Caucasus have told me that the Madakhela (some sectarians) and similar people among the Jahmya (a sectarians believing that man is compelled by God in his behavior) and Murji'ah (sectarians believing in postponing acts of worship and repentance until later stages in life) have become popular with the Russians, even more than the Sofiya (sectarians believing that man can become near to Allah through some hymns and related acts). You now find them praising them and assigning them to religious positions; as they have found in them patrons, supporters, and loyal associates who are more beneficial to them than the Sofiyas who used to be assigned to the religious positions. One of the brethren has informed me that one of his brothers, after graduating from a religious college in one of the Arab countries, and returning to his family in the Caucasus, was summoned by the FSB (Russian intelligences). They offered him a religious position, and the opportunity to stay among his family in peace and quiet so he would not join the Mujahedeen in the woods. In their discussions, they praised the people of Jahmya and Murji'ah, and they said to him, "Why do not you become like the Saudi sheikhs, they obey the rulers and do not oppose the regime". So rejoice, you sheikhs of Jahmya and Murji'ah. Even the atheist Russians and their intelligences have been pleased with you and have urged people to follow your approach and track!!! The issue is no longer as an-Nadhr bin-Shumeil said in the past, "the approach of the Murji'ah pleases the rulers" but rather it has become a religion well liked by the idols and atheists!!! Some of the brethren in the Caucasus have told me that the so-called Muslim Brothers, who are very few, have lined up against the pure banner of the Mujahedeen, disturbing its peace and deserting it (in the time of need), in the same manner as the so-called Muslim Brothers from Afghanistan to Iraq then to Gazza and Somalia. Those among them who used to support the Mujahedeen, hastened to sever all support when the Mujahedeen announced their unity under one banner and announced their blessed Emirate. Similar are the people of mental approbation who attach importance to the West and bow before their pressures and praise their democracy while at the same time defaming the Mujahedeen and accusing them of superficiality and dragging woes over the lands with their hastiness in announcing the Islamic Emirate. They are there as well as here. For that reason, I have tried many times to turn over the Hamas issue and throw it behind me despite the messages arriving from Gazza trying to keep me away from this for many practical reasons. However I find that I given elaborate treatment to a respnse to the shubuhat (distortion of religious issues) of Hamas and their allegations against our brethren. I have found myself obliged, against my will, to record a point here, and comment that the very ambiguity with which the Shari'ah is invalidated in Gazza, is the ambiguity which the theoreticians of Hamas are looking briefly. This ambiguity is the reason that the people of approbations and reformations now condemn the Mujahedeen in the Caucasus for their announcement of the Islamic Emirate . And this ambiguity is the very reason that our brethren in Iraq, Gazza, and Somalia have been similarly condemned. Consequently, there should be an important pause here to contemplate this issue and observe the stance of our brethren the Mujahedeen regarding it... What is enough for me and what satisfies my thirst in refuting the trifles of the opposition to the Mujahedeen in these lands, are some excerpts from the supreme Shar'ie (related to Shari'ah) court in the Emirate of the Caucasus on the scientific research project concerning Ahmed Zakayev. That research was conducted by our beloved brother and the delight of our eyes, abu-Imran Sayfullah Anzur bin-Eldar Astmer,who was assigned as head of the Shari'ie court of the Emirate of the Caucasus by Duku Umaruv. That research project was conducted on 29/05/1430 Ah, and dealt with the former minister of foreign affairs of the Republic of Chechnya, Ahmed Zakayev. A number of years ago, Zakayev resided in the Western countries. And for your knowledge, he was wanted in Russia because he used to be among the leaders of Chechen resistance, but he was injured and transported abroad for treatment. In the west, the injuries of Zakayev were not the only things treated; The Westerners, with their special ways, treated his mind as well, and brainwashed him!!! Suddenly he began to state that: the state of Chechnya cannot become independent unless the UN acknowledges it. He added that to achieve that acknowledgement there should be a legitimate state which derives its legitimacy from the will of the majority of the Chechen nation which is exemplified in the constitution and the laws stated by the parliament. He started to claim that assigning the Shari'ah of Allah to rule means declaring enmity to the whole world, and that this issue causes big misfortunes to the people of Chechnya. Consider his shubuhat- they are the very ones who languished and they are the defeated ones on our lands!!! And Zakayev- consider their choice of him to play that role. He used to be a fighter against Russia, and he was wounded in the fighting. But the enemies know quite well how to choose their puppets with cunningness. Zakayev has communications with some of the members of the Chechen parliament, including some who have political activities, and some who have no activities. There were twelve representatives residing in the western countries. Some of them allied with him, and among them was the head of the parliament "Jalaa ad-Deen Serlabov". Then they declared that they voted over the phone!! chose him as prime-minister of what they call "the government of the Republic of Chechnya". I say: that mockery in particular took place after the release of the announcement of the Emirate of the Caucasus in which the Emir of the Mujahedeen of the Emirate of the Caucasus "Duku Umar" declared his freedom from all manmade laws, and refused to name his state a "republic". He declared that all the lands of the Caucasus under the power of the Mujahidiin are considered provinces of the Emirate of the Caucasus. Duku Umar also refused to be called a "president", and stated that he is the governor of Chechnya and the Emir of the Caucasus. All the Mujahedeen of the Caucasus pledged allegiance to him as Emir after the death of the Emir "Abdul-Haleem Sa'dullah" and the announcement in which the Mujahedeen they approved him as their Emir and lent him their support. And as for Zakayev, he is not simply content with not recognizing Duku Umaruv, but rather he has accused those who deactivated the democratic republican government in Chechnya of treachery. He accused the Emirs of the Mujahedeen of being agents of the Russian intelligences who have been able to break through the lines of the Mujahedeen to destroy the state of Chechnya. Because according to his claims, the state of Chechnya cannot become independent unless the UN acknowledges it. He added that to achieve that acknowledgement there should be a legitimate state which gets its legitimacy from the will of the majority of the Chechen nation, which is exemplified in the constitution and the laws stated by the parliament. So Zakayev sees that assigning the Shari'ah of Islam to rule means declaring enmity to the whole world; and sees that this issue will cause great harm to the people of Chechnya and the case of Chechnya. He also claimed that Russia is utilizing the Muslims' desire of rule by Shari'ah to prevent the people of Chechnya from independence, and to classify them among what they call "international terrorism" to make it easy for Russia to annihilate that nation. According to that claim, Ahmed Zakayev has refused to recognize the Islamic Emirate of Duku Umaruv, and invited all the fighters of the Caucasus to obey what he calls "the Parliament of Chechnya". That idiot wants the Mujahedeen to desert the Shar'ie Jihad, which our Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him, has enacted for us to stop the attacks of enemies and the assaults of foes against the people of Islam by carrying out Jihad against the infidels and hypocrites. He wants them to desert the lines of the Mujahedeen in the woods and mountains, and join the "mujahedeen of parliaments" to implement their "jihad" of constitutions and their parliamentary struggles and their "lawful strife" for the West and so that their atheist institutions will be pleased with them. He wants to beg from them recognition of his country and he wants for them to be so kind as to grant them international legitimacy- thereby recognizing his entity which will not be any different from the deformed entities of the idols in the east and west. It is for our dear brother, abu-Imran, the Shar'ie magistrate of the Emirate of the Caucasus, to study and closely examine the case of Zakayev, and test it against the principles of Shari'ah insightfully and objectively. And then on 29/05/1430 Ah, he produced a valuable research project issued in the name of "the Supreme Shari'ie Court of the Emirate of Caucasus", a religious-scientific piece of research regarding the decision on Ahmed Zakayev. The court's decision was issued based on that piece of research, and it declared Ahmed Zakayev as an apostate, and stated the obligation to kill him unless he repents before he is captured... I say that the brethren on that land have reached a stage of clarity and maturity, Islamic knowledge and understanding and that they bring great good news in shaa Allah to Muslims and Jihad on that lands... Many of the Jihadi movements and the fighting movements on earth nowadays are in need of these lessons and examples. They need to pause at them and contemplate them and learn from them. Many of the popular figures nowadays utter frankly in the light of day, the same things that Ahmed Zakayev has uttered, and they are striving for what he is striving for. There are many among us who are like him!!! Are the papers of sheikh Shareef, Mesh'al, Haneyya and their ilk not identical to the papers of Zakayev?!... Some of them have even said and striven for things that are more sever and more harmful than that of Zakayev... we cannot forget that he used to fight as some of them fought, and he was wounded as some of them were wounded, and he was forced to emigrate the same way they were forced to. So none of them is more privileged than him, except in compounding their regression with falsehood and calling for more of it!!! On every piece of land, the same picture recurs, and you see the heirs of every faction bearing the legacy of their predecessors on all lands... So, you see the heirs of the prophets among the faithful Islamic scholars, like Imam Ahmad (one of the four big Imams (Islamic scholars)), bin-Taymiah (a student of Imam Ahmad) and others who follow their track; and you see the heirs of the conqueror leaders and the champion Mujahedeen, like Khalid (bin-al-Waleed), abu-Ubaidah, Sa'd, and al-Qa'qa'a; and on the other side you see the heirs of the heads of infidelity and its idols, like Fer'aun (Pharaoh), Haman, Qaroun, abu-Jahl, abu-lahab, Uqbah bin-abu-Mu'eett and their ilk. In the same manner, you see the heirs of hypocrites like bin-Salul, bin-Saba'a, at-Tusy, bin al-Alqamey and their ilk... you also see the heirs of the people of dhalalah (deviation from Islam) from among the callers at the doors of Hellfire; and you see as well the heirs of the people of Truth from among the callers for the doors of Jannah... The market exists and the deals are signed; and there are those who sell themselves to Allah and strive for His sake, and those who are treacherous to Allah, His Messenger, and the Mu'meneen (Believers in Allah)... And each follows the path of his predecessors, "and your Lord knows best of him whose path is right." Consequently, it is my great pleasure to express my alignment with, patronage for, and support to the Mujahedeen of the Caucasus and their united Emirate... Moreover, I express my glory and pride in those men... It is an honor to state this position before an article by our dear brethren the Emir, the Islamic magistrate "Saifullah abu-imran anzour bin Eldar Astmer" may Allah protect him. My aim in this is to identify the wonderful level of his words, his views, his papers, and his replies. No doubt he is an example for his followers among the Mujahedeen, may Allah honor them and render religion victorious with them... Whoever after this wants to compare that sensible sober distinguished speech with the speeches of the leaders, Mufti (Islamic interpreters), sheikhs, and professors of most of the groups ascribed to Islam in terms of Jihad...!!! Everyone must know the reason why many of the faithful youth depart for the more distant lands to support Jihad and the Mujahedeen on the regions of Earth, forsaking some fronts that are nearer and more attached to their lands. In a statement he discusses "preparations to announce the Emirate of the Caucasus" under the name of "Renouncing Idols is the Most Important Victory of the Mujahedeen in the Caucasus". He says: "The Emir of the Mujahedeen abu-Uthman Duku Umaruv issued a statement wherein he refused all polytheism stances and established for his followers an Islamic system of rule. That is why he is officially declaring that he has no relation with the idols' ruling system or the constitution of the republic of Eshkirya of Chechnya of 1992 Ad, which states in its second chapter, "the nation of the republic of Eshkirya of Chechnya is the only source of sovereign authority in the state; the nation is to exercise domination related to them directly through the legislative, executive, and judicial institutions of sovereign authority." Furthermore, the statement of our Emir considers Allah, the Great and Almighty, Who has revealed upon us the best law and guidance through His Messenger Muhammad, peace and blessings are upon him, the sole source of sovereign authority and not the people. Accordingly, he has renounced all terms that contradict Islam, e.g. the republic, parliament, the president, etc. His statement is a refusal of the democratic system in mastery and beliefs, and in the principles related to them. The Mujahedeen of the Caucasus no longer have any association with terms that do not comply with our religion, like, human rights, international law, the conventions, freedom of talk, freedom of religion, etc.). Abu-Muhammad al-Maqdesy said: how good you are, and how good are your patrons, your soldiers, and your military people who carry out Jihad according to that system; verily, they are the soldiers of Tawheed... He proceeded, may Allah protect him and render religion victorious with him: the fundamental condition for the victory of Muslims is their complete keen adherence to Tawheed. Tawheed is the goal of our life; we fight for it, and we are ready to die for it; and it is the target of infidels and hypocrites to keep us away from the correct Iman (Belief in Allah) and to make us polytheists); "They wish that you reject Faith, as they have done, and thus that you all become equal. So take not Auliya'a (sustainers and patrons) from among them, till they emigrate in the Cause of Allah. But if they turn back (from Islam), take (hold) of them and kill them wherever you find them, and take neither Auliya' nor helpers from among them". An-Nisa'a, verse: 89. Abu-Muhammad al-Maqdesy said: may Allah protect you; you have perceived it, then cling to the most trustworthy handhold, and stand firm on it, may Allah keep you firm and render religion victorious with you. He proceeded, may Allah protect him: it is well known that this system of rule is one of the bases of our religion. It is also well known that rejecting some of the religion is a rejection of all of it; and that this is the very thing the infidels pursue nowadays. They are trying to push us to reject the Islamic system of ruling and spread theirs; and thus they are pushing us towards infidelity. We are taking a stand to defend our Iman, and our Jihad has turned from defending our lives and properties to the stage of raising the Word of Allah high, and we need only declare that explicitly. "So that those who were to be destroyed (for their rejecting the Faith) might be destroyed after clear evidence, and those who were to live (Believers) might live after clear evidence".* Abu-Muhammad al-Maqdesy said: There is no doubt that this stage is the loftiest. Defending lives and properties is legitimated in our religion, however raising the word of Allah high is the loftiest goal for a Muslim Muahed (Believer in the oneness of Allah). The word of Allah is "Tawheed", and it is the greatest thing for which the Messengers were sent, and the most important thing for which Books were revealed and for which Jihad is legitimated Islam wise, and for which martyrdom seeking becomes sweet. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings are upon him, said, "Who fights for the Word of Allah to be the highest, then it is in the cause of Allah"; approved (by all Imams (Islamic scholars)). He proceeded, may Allah protect him and render religion victorious with him: A historical introduction - the war against Russia has been taking place for thirteen years, while the Emirate has passed through many stages. During this time, many of those joining this conflict have shown their true faces by joining the enemies; and those who stayed among the Mujahedeen are those who only support Shari'ah, and nothing survives of democracy except terms and titles. The danger of a schism has cleared, and the decision to turn for the Shar'ie system in ruling has become but a matter of time. Abdullah Pasayev has offered us the chance to be citizens of the Islamic state of Eshkirya and become a part of the military council, the Mujahedeen of the Caucasus, which was about to decide to purge all idol symbols from the state system. Contacting Emir Duku Umaruv: At the first opportunity to contact Emir abu-Uthman (Duku Umaruv), I am calling on him to renounce democracy and the ruling system of idols, and raise the banner of Islam pure and free of polytheist. I am informing him that such a decision does not require summoning the council, as it is his own responsibility. He is first responsible for him soul and rescuing it on Dooms day, but he is also responsible for the souls of his followers and for military planning, and answer to this before Allah, the Great and Almighty. The foundations of religion could be perceived easily by anyone. The Qur'an was revealed to people who did not know reading or writing. That is why when we see clear evidences of Qur'an and Sunnah (teachings and religious conventions of the Prophet), we are not to quote those who try to hide the truth, twisting the Shar'ie texts, and changing their interpretation for a fictitious benefit which the Emir cannot justify on Dooms day saying: "O God! I had wished to rule according to Your law, but the Islamic scholars prevented me from doing so". For sure we respect the people of Islamic knowledge, whose acts match their words. However regarding the basic issues of the Aqeeda (fundamental beliefs of religion) it is not permitted to imitate the Islamic scholars. Before we can accept or refuse the word of any of them regarding the Aqeeda, we need to ask for clear evidence (genuine evidence from the sources of Shari'ah). I also included in my message that voting on such an issue is impossible, even if we were certain that everyone would vote for the Shari'ah. Allah, the All-Exalted, says, "It is not for a Believer, man or woman, when Allah and His Messenger have decreed a matter that they should have any option in their decision. And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger, he has verily gone astray in error manifest". Al-Ahzab, verse: 36. I also drew the attention of the Emir to the truth about the principle of "the Emir having one vote in counseling", which was the foundation of our state in 2002 Ad, that it contradicts Islam and it is a bid'ah (innovation in religion) taken from infidels. And if we did not put an end for it and for other deviations, then Allah, the Great and Almighty, would not grant us success over the enemy in this worldly life. He might even deprive us of reward and expose us to punishment. Yes, there is some danger that such a step might cause conflicts and splits. However Allah, the Great and Almighty, would certainly cause us to fall into conflicts and splits if we feared humans who go beyond the limits which the Shari'ah has identified. Emir Uthman has replied in a message saying that this issue is clear to him, and that he has no doubt regarding how the system of our state is to be. In previous messages, he stated that he is fighting in the Cause of Allah, and solely for Islam, exclusively for the Shari'ah. Emir Duku said that he in fact has made a decision and that a statement would be released concerning that issue... In the context of his speech regarding the Islamic adjudication of fighting under a non-distinguishing (Islam from infidelity) banner, or a non-Islamic nationalist one, or the betrayal of the dissidents to raise the banner of the pure Islamic Emirate, he, may Allah protect him, commented saying: we are here talking about one of our brethren! How can we say to Emir Duku: "O brother, you must become an infidel for some time, otherwise it would be difficult to defeat the enemy?!" It is possible for someone to object and say that we are forced to do so - that circumstances have pushed us to this, and that this is required to misguide the infidels. I reply: Don't play with the religion of Allah! If everybody justified infidelity with military and political need, then there would be nothing left of our religion. All the Sunni Islamic scholars agree unanimously that anyone intending to utter words of infidelity while he is not under Ikrah (physical torture to say the word of infidelity), is transformed into an infidel, even if he hated infidelity in his heart (refer to al-Qahtany in "Al-Wala'a and Bara'a (loyalty to Muslims and hatred for infidels), volume I). Then he proceeded, may Allah protect him, saying: the infidels have known that the donations of Muslims in the Arabian peninsula are the major source of financing for Jihad in Chechnya. Our enemies thought it was enough to arrange an agreement with the supreme council in the kingdom concerning crippling the flood of aid, and the problem of Chechnya would be solved. At the beginning Russia made an agreement with the USA regarding fighting terrorism together. At that time, king Abdullah came to Moscow- he was at the time the crown prince- and he signed an agreement with Russia. Abdullah promised Putin to cut the pipes that are used to finance the Chechen Jihad. However, the shortage of outside support did not stop the Mujahedeen. Many of the units found their own resources for financing, and they have become independent of foreign support. Abu-Muhammad al-Maqdesy said: I have no comment on that, and it is enough for me to comment on that in my book, (Al-Kawashef Al-Jaleiya fe Kufr Ad-Dawla As-Saudia (The Explicit Spotlights on the Infidelity of the Saudi Regime)). He proceeded, may Allah protect him and render religion victorious with him: the new presidents of the republicans of the Caucasus, assigned by their masters the Russians have opened mosques, and announced themselves defenders of the interests of Muslims!!! They called for a delegation of the Islamic scholars of the Middle East to travel to Naltshek, and they soon issued a fatwa (Islamic opinion) that made the local president an Emir of Muslims in Kabarda and Bulkarya. I do not know if similar procedures were taken in Daghistan, however I think the same scenario was followed there... Abu-Muhammad said: Never be sad our brethren, as those are agents and not Islamic scholars. They are shoes and riding animals of the Sultans, which they mount to achieve their goals under the name of the religion and Shari'ah which Muslims love and patronize. He then propagates his infidelity and camouflages things before Muslims with the blessings of those riding animals. However they are even farther astray from the Path, and they hit with their sword whoever turns away from him or his laws and his aspects of infidelity... And as you know, what is important is not opening mosques or crowding at their doors, but the important thing all in all is implementing Tawheed... And the idols of earth are nowadays trying to make fools of the common Muslims, and gaining their support through opening mosques and naming them after their names, and praying in front of cameras; and this is with the Grace of Allah and then with the grace of Jihad in the cause of Allah which has identified the rows and uncovered the idols; and nothing, with the Grace of Allah, is any longer efficient in patching the crimes of idols, and the common Muslims who have recognized the truth about those idols are no longer deceived by them... He proceeded, may Allah protect him and render religion victorious with him: they -i.e. the Mujahedeen- do not play with politics with the laws of infidels, and they do not consider it a victory for Islam when a democratic regime is restored in Chechnya or Hamas winning the elections. They are engaged by the solidness of Tawheed, and they never sell their religion in return for fictitious political gains. Abu-Muhammad said: You are true, how great you have spoken! How great a victory in Islam is that falling into polytheism, doesn't Hamas realize this?! Among Hamas are professors and experts in Shari'ah who have claimed that they have not been guided to that understanding which that Mujahed in the woods of the Caucasus has reached... He declared that it is not a victory or success to win the legislative election, and win the game of democracy!!! But it includes playing with religion and joining the game of politics through infidel laws!!! He proceeded, may Allah protect him and render religion victorious with him: we should follow those who present clear evidences from Qur'an and Sunnah, those who trust Allah and follow the track of the rescued group and the victorious one. At this time, the schemes of infidels will fail and their plots will never succeed. Our choice - renouncing idols has put an end to the doubt which used to be with us in strategy, in politics ... in everything. Who are we, in fact, and what have we been trying to achieve?! Many of the infidels in the West are ready to help the resistance (groups) in Chechnya, however they have asked us to define our stance- which side are we on in the international confrontation between Islam and infidelity...! Those who aim merely at the materialistic comfort of the nation have suggested to Emir abu-Uthman that he yield to the infidels and cease showing loyalty to Islam or Muslims... Some of the Islamic scholars (supposedly) of the Caucasus have presented their vision under the name of "a plan and a program by the leadership of the republic of Eshkirya of Chechnya". Here is the choice which the book of that conception has presented to the head of the state: The puppets among the men of religion agree on any form of religion that does not call for Jihad against Russia. The (supposedly) Islamic scholars may claim that they adopt a gradual implementation of Shari'ah. However they seem to forget that Shari'ah is first and foremost Tawheed. After that comes hudud (implementation of Islam worship acts and Islamic punishments against sinners), then dealings, etc. Gradual transition towards the system of punishments related to Shari'ah is meaningless, when we allow (a harmony with announcing human rights) in the land through calling for infidelity and laughing at the religion of Allah. While the land is being ruled with the democratic system which gives the gatherings legal rights to work, and makes infidels and Muslims equal in rights, and gives them equal voting rights, it is useless to talk about a gradual implementation of Shari'ah. First we must say "No" to infidelity then after that say "Yes" to Shari'ah. Abu-Muhammad al-Maqdesy said: how well you have spoken, you, the one of the brethren in Tawheed! Verily, Allah has put the renunciation of the Taghut (whoever is worshipped other than Allah) to precede Iman in Him in His, the All-Exlated, verse, "There is no compulsion in religion. Verily, the Right Path has become distinct from the wrong one. Whoever disbelieves in Taghut and believes in Allah, then he has grasped the most trustworthy handhold that will never break. And Allah is All-Hearer, All-Knower". The same way Allah has put negation to precede affirmation in the shahada of Tawheed *"La'ilaha illa Allah (there is no god but Allah)".* And in this there is a lesson and an example for those who patch with their calling for graduation in assigning the Shari'ah to rule, for those who deactivate the Shari'ah, those who take democracy as a religion and who put the manmade laws, then it is said in them: Achieve Tawheed first, by renouncing idols and religions contradictory to the Shari'ah of Allah like democracy, and renounce the manmade laws. Do this first if you are true, and it is then for us to believe in your call for graduation in the implementation of Shari'ah...!!! He proceeded, may Allah protect him and render religion victorious with him: what have we lost and what have we won! Some people claim that with the explicit declaration of forming the Emirate of the Caucasus, we have lost a lot... In saying "we" I mean the Mujahedeen who fight in the cause of Allah for His word to rise high on top of everything. As for what is related to the patrons of democracy, everything is clear. They have lost everything at the first glance, making such a decision. We put ourselves in a different position.... Tawheed is a great responsibility and a heavy burden. Allah, the Great and Almighty, says about it in Qur'an, "Truly, We did offer AlAmanah (Trust (carrying out the religion of Allah)) to the heavens and the earth, and the mountains, but they declined to bear it and were afraid of it (afraid of Allah's Torment). But man bore it. Verily, he was unjust and ignorant". Al-Ahzab, verse: 72. It is the goal of our life and our test. We believe that we have won the most important thing- Tawheed and support from Allah, the Great and Almighty, and with His support we will surpass all hardships, and we will serve Him only and rely on Him only. Abu-Muhammad said: if you won and carried out the Tawheed of Allah, then you have won everything and have not lost anything in fact, "No doubt! Verily, to Allah belongs whosoever is in the heavens and whosoever is in the earth. And those who invoke others besides Allah, they follow not the partners of Allah, but they only follow a conjecture and they only invent lies". "For Him is the Word of Truth (none has the right to be worshipped but He). And those, whom they invoke, answer them no more than one who stretches forth his hand for water to reach his mouth, but it reaches him not, and the invocation of the disbelievers is nothing but a dhalalah (deviation from religion) ". "The example of those who take Auliya' other than Allah is as the example of a spider, which builds a house, but verily, the frailest of houses is the spider's house; if they but knew&Verily, Allah knows what things they invoke instead of Him. He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise". Then he proceeded, may Allah protect him and render religion victorious with him: First: Let's contemplate over which thing we have lost: Support of the West!: some questions emerge regarding this issue. First: Has that support ever existed? If so, it was not that important and but superficial. Second: If the West is in fact in conflicts with Russia and wants to exercise pressure on it, then our statement regarding announcing the Emirate of the Caucasus should not prevent them from supporting the Mujahedeen. The White House knows quite well that we do not care for America, and if the European politicians were in fact concerned with getting rid of Putin, they would have used all the available means, among which is the "non-democratic" power. The entire world speaks about the policy of double standard which the US and some European countries use. The US, for instance, does not hide its support for the Mujahedeen in Eastern Turkestan against China. When the American controllers in the Guantanamo base recruited the Eghur brethren who were captured in Afghanistan, they told them that they would not remain in prison but on the contrary they offered them the chance to undergo special training and to send them back to declare Jihad against China. The Americans have said that they do not care which banner the Eghur choose to fight under. "Establish a Caliphate there, Shari'ah, anything you choose, but fight against China, we would help you".* This is the same US that maintains good relations with Saudi Arabia, despite the absence of anything corresponding to democracy there - no elections, criminals are punished according to Shari'ah, e.g. thieves publicly have their hands cut. In fact, the West does not care about democracy, they primarily care about nominating a puppet regime in the land, and establishing their military bases there, and dominating the resources. After all, which support is of importance to us, the support of the West or that of Allah? I think the answer is quite clear. Abu-Muhammad al-Maqdesy said: America does not care that some regimes carry out the hudud of the Shari'ah upon thieves or others within the borders of those regimes, as what has happened in Saudi Arabia where the Sheikh (Usamah bin-Ladin) was supposed to appear. In Somalia, America approved the old representative of the Shar'ie Courts "Sharif" to follow the wish of the nation regarding carrying out Shari'ah in that deficient deformed way!!! This would not harm America or others as long as the real loyalty of such regimes is to America, and as long as their policies and systems march in the American procession and look after their interests, antagonize whoever America antagonizes and patronize whoever America patronizes!!! This is what is important for America and it does not care about which regime those countries rule with within their borders!!! It even turns a blind eye to countries loyal to it when they do something to their people which is considered a trespass and violation of human rights according to the American laws, as long as such regimes are totally loyal to America. This is what is important to America, and the idol is free to annihilate its people, as this is regarded by it as an interior issue that it should not interfere with. The examples of that in our life and with the regimes of our miserable countries cannot be calculated... I say: What is for religion except the Wala'a and Bara'a??! It is the most trustworthy handhold of Iman... It is also renouncing every sinner and errant@what is for religion except affection (for Muslims), hatred (for infidels), and loyalty (to Muslims)...* Accordingly, those people are making excuses for not implementing the Shar'ie hudud or the Islamic Shari'ah out of fear of America, Israel, or the entire world fighting him as they claim. All these are inadmissible justifications and fragile excuses; and before all this, Allah, the All-Exalted, says, "Therefore fear not men but fear Me, and sell not My Verses for a miserable price. And whosoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, such are the Kafireen (infidels)". The same is the situation of those who make things obscure and make a fool of people, and camouflage things before the Muslim nations, by implementing some of the Shar'ie hudud without renouncing polytheism and condemning (infidels), and without implementing Tawheed and its most trustworthy handhold... This is, in fact, not rule by Shari'a, but a belief in some of the Book and a disbelief in the other some. It is even disbelief in the greatest and most important pillar of religion. It is like the person who prays or fasts while he is a constant performer of the violations of Islam... Then he proceeded, may Allah protect him and render religion victorious with him, with regard to refuting the justifications of the Mutakhatheleen (slackened in implementing the teachings of Islam) with regard to what the Mujahedeen have lost in their declaration of the Emirate: The state, the legitimacy of the state; and legitimacy in the point of view of the international law; it will deprive us from the possibility of stopping the war and negotiations via the international organizations, e.g. UN, and the European Organization of Security and Cooperation...!!! First:* We don't have many to choose from: it is either the legitimacy according to an idol law named the " International Law", or legitimacy according to the Law of Allah (the Shari'ah); and we have chosen the second. Second: we have not lost the state, but we have gotten rid of contradictions... and we have revived the Shar'ie Islamic authority; the state which the democrats felt sorry for losing used to be based on the bases of the laws of idols, the constitution of the republic of Eshkirya of Chechnya 1992 Ad; and none of the Muslims should feel sorry for losing such a state. Abu-Muhammad al-Maqdesy said: how well you have spoken, you have not lost anything but by Allah you have won and you will never regret it... Your choice of the Islamic Shari'ah and preferring it to the international legitimacy is a mark of your true Tawheed and the superiority of your banner; may Allah keep you resolute in the obvious Truth. After that he proceeded, may Allah protect him and render religion victorious with him: Regarding the support of some representatives abroad - we have hardly lost your support, however we have gained new enemies in your persons. They have publicly rebelled against the Shar'ie Emir and announced their desire to drive him out of the ruling system. Allah says, "They (hyprocrites) say: 'If we return to al-Madinah, indeed the more honorable will expel therefrom the meaner'. But Honor, Power and Glory belong but to Allah, His Messenger, and to the Believers, but the hypocrites know not". In fact we have not lost those people, but we have gotten rid of them. Abu-Muhammad al-Maqdesy said: you are true; and what makes you true are the words of the Prophet, peace and blessings are upon him, in his interpretation of accepting the condition of the infidels in the Hudaibya peacemaking that whoever apostatized from among the Muslims and went back to the infidels, they would accept him and not to bring him back to Muslims, when he, peace and blessings are upon him, said, "Verily, who goes to them (to infidels) Allah has dismissed him". Then he proceeds, may Allah protect him: if it an armistice were announced between us and the infidels, at that time, they would come quickly and talk about their own achievements. Allah says, "Those who wait for (some misfortune to befall) you; if you gain a victory from Allah, they say: 'Were we not with you," but if the disbelievers gain a success, they say (to them): 'Did we not gain mastery over you and did we not protect you from the Believers?' Allah will judge between you (all) on the Day of Resurrection. And never will Allah grant to the disbelievers a way (to triumph) over the Believers". An-Nisa'a, verse: 141. They would deliver wonderful speeches and they would show their knowledge about the international law and the international politics. They would bring their European and American friends to the Caucasus and they would be proud of their relation with the "powerful defenders in the West"; and they would say to the Mujahedeen: "You understand nothing of politics! It is a very complicated thing! We have not interfered in your military operations when you were fighting; you know what fits wars, and we know what fits politics, and every person should be useful in the field he is qualified in". They would quickly establish connections with the (supposedly) Islamic scholars in the Arab countries, who would issue fatwas (Islamic advisory opinions) that are politically beneficial to Muslims, and like those which were issued to the Muslims in America when they called them to vote for Bush in order to "prevent Gore, the Jew, from arriving at the state of authority"!!! But thanks are but to Allah, we have gotten rid of the hypocrites. Abu-Muhammad said: Allah Akbar; By Allah they are words of illumination, from which the professors and doctors in our countries have turned aside and have been ignorant about! And he was true, he who said: you would find the greatest Fiqh (Islamic doctrines regarding how to worship Allah) at the people stationed at the borderlines (defending Islam and Muslims), "And those who carried out Jihad in Our cause; We would certainly guide them to our Paths: For verily Allah is with the Muhseneen (doers of good)". May Allah make you stand firm on the manifest Truth... Then he says, may Allah protect him and render religion victorious with him: this is what we have lost, and now let's see what we have won: 1. The legitimacy of our acts according to the Shari'ah- we have dealt with that before and there is no need to repeat it. 2. A clear known goal- even if we only thought rationally, without taking into consideration the element of dignity from Allah, we should know that war is impossible without things like instigation and discipline. The games of democracy were about to cause Jihad in the Caucasus to stop... If we did not care about which banner we are fighting under, we would not have accepted the offer of Abdul-Haleem; and we would have accepted offers of some other persons who have offered us much money and international support if we motivated people under the banners of the orange democratic revolution in addition to some elements of the ideological nationalism; but we do not sell our religion... Abu-Muhammad said: Allah Akbar! How many people and movements that have sold their religion and their Tawheed for the sake of money and international support: then our congratulations to the Emirate of the Caucasus and its Mujahedeen for that steadiness, superiority, and glory in the age of defeat... Those! It is they who are the losers". Al-Anfal, verse: 36-37. Never be harmed with the fewness of your number, equipments, and what is in your hands; as Allah, the All-Exalted, says, "How often a small group overcame a mighty host by Allah's Leave?" And Allah is with the-Sabireen (the persevering ones)". In the story of the Adey bin-Hatem when he adopted Islam as a religion, he noticed the weakness of the Muslims and the scarcity of their equipment, and the greed of the infidels for them, the Prophet, peace and blessings are upon him, said, "'May be it would prevent you from Islam to see the need of us, and to see the people together one flock against us; have you seen al-Hairah (an old province in Iraq)?' I said' No, I have not, and I have known its place. He said, 'The riding camel will depart from al-Haira until you walk around the House (Ka'bah) with no safeguard, and the treasures of Kesra bin-Hormuz (king of Persia) will be opened to us' I said, 'The treasures of kesra bin-Hormuz?' He said, 'Yes, and money will overflow until it distresses man who would accept charity from him' Adey said, 'I have seen the riding camel departing al-Hairah with no safeguard, and I was among the first horses invading al-Mada'en (an old city in the kingdom of Persia), and I swear by Allah the third will exist, as it is the Hadith (sayings of the Prophet) of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings are upon him. Allah, the All-Exalted, says, "Allah has promised those among you who Believe, and do righteous good deeds, that He will certainly grant them succession to (the present rulers) in the earth, as He granted it to those before them, and that He will grant them the authority to practice their religion, that which He has chosen for them (Islam). And He will surely give them in exchange a safe security after their fear (provided) they worship Me (alone) and not associate aught with Me. But whoever disbelieved after this, they are the Fasiqeen (disobedient to Allah)". An-Nur, verse: 55. I conclude with some propitious words of the Emir of the Caucasus abu-Uthman Duku Umaruv, where he, may Allah protect him, said: "Our condition nowadays, with the Grace of Allah, is better than that in 2006, 2007, and 2008 Ad; and thanks are but to Allah, it is but with the will of Allah, and nothing is ascribed to us. That is why if I gained martyrdom today, or Magas did, or Sufyan gained martyrdom, then in shaa Allah a new generation who loves Allah will come to light, who loves the Word of Allah, who makes a deal with Allah in return for Jannah (Paradise) which He promised- and who is truer to his covenant than Allah? That is why there is nothing ascribed to us, and that is why I assure you one hundred percent today that Jihad in the Caucasus will persist until Dooms day in shaa Allah, until fulfilling the Word of Allah completely... Please Allah! According to the details, a Nato military convoy, passing through "Nangiano" area of Nawzad district, got blown up when hitting an IED. The Mujahideen of the area report that four Nato tanks were destroyed as a result of IED detonations ripped into the enemy tanks, the first two blasts had occurred during the on Thursday night, while the latter two on Friday morning, killing the Nato invading terrorists inside all four tanks. Struck by the RPG strikes, one enemy patrol tank caught fire, causing the enemy deadly casualties, while there are no reports on the exact number of the enemy casualty. *Hamas… Shattering of the image* Muharram 6, 1431 A.H, December 22, 2009 In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful Earlier, at the time of the two Shaikhs Yaseen and Rantisi, news from Palestine would come to us that “a rocket has been dropped on the occupied Sadirot and the Qassam Brigades take responsibility”, “a martyrdom operation in a cafe in Talabeeb and the Qassam takes responsibility”… but today, the news that reaches us is “the Qassam brigades has killed an unknown number of the Mujahideen of the Islamic jihad after surrounding the Ribat Masjid in the Zaitoon quarter of Gaza”^[¹^], “Qassam Brigades kills 10 amongst them children of those affiliated to the Jaish Al Islam allied with Al Qaeda in Gaza”^[*^2], “Qassam Brigades attacks the worshipers in the Ibn Taymiyyah Masjid alliedwith Al Qaeda with rockets and snipers resulting in 125 casualties between dead andinjured”, “Qassam Brigades surrounds the house of the Knowledgeable Mujahid ShaikhDoctor Abdul Latif Aal Musa commonly known as Abu Noor Al Maqdisi, and destroys itcompletely upon those in it^[^3], and then surrounds the area and stops the journalists fromtaking photos or getting anywhere near the place of incident”. The Hamas organizationhas behaved just like the governments of the neighboring countries in ousting itsopposers, rivals and critics, rather it has exceeded and surpassed them. The Overturning of the Picture* The Hamas organization struggled for a long time building for itself a strong, solid and vast reputation, and used for that the latest of propaganda, from the scientific and technical point of view^[*^4], to cut the way in front of its enemies and critics and rivals to have any effect on its journey, but it has now, with the operation of Masjid Ibn Taymiyyah, given its critics a sharp weapon to shatter its ideal image that had been hanging in the hearts of people for more than 20 years. And soon the Hamas organization will gradually lose the account balance that it had created through its operations and media fame, and it was this balance upon which Hamas was leaning in order to make a move like the move of Masjid Ibn Taymiyyah and Shaikh Abdul Lateef Aal Musa. It also trusted in the power that trained the soldiers of Qassam Brigades and machinery that were made ready for the confrontation of the occupying forces and which have today been directed to confront the enemies of the occupation. Hamas also bent towards using the power that it inherited from Muhammad Dahlan in the decisive period, along with the police force that had been trained by the Egyptian intelligence, to be the police force of Gaza and it joined the executive forces and police of the Hamas movement after June 2007 and became a part of it. The tension reflected itself on the picture when the administration of Hamas as a whole seemed hasty and eager to protect and justify her acts on the higher levels of the administration. At the same time when the members of al Qassam were surrounding the Masjid and its snipers were stationed on the top of the surrounding houses, Ismail Hanyah was denying from the Friday pulpit in the Masjid in which he gives sermons, the existence of any foreign Mujahideen or any members following al Qaeda or anyone with that ideology and that is what some sides considered the declaration of the plan to slaughter anyone with a connection to the global Jihad. The comment of Hania came as a reply to the claims of a journalist of the occupation that tens of foreign fighters had sneaked to Gaza strip in the past years and that al Qaeda has become close to occupation in Gaza. Then it was revealed that from those killed in the Masjid of Ibn Taymiyyah was Abu Abd Allah al Muhajir (Syrian of nationality and former military field trainer in the Qassam brigades and the founder of Jund Ansarallah) and on the same day Ismail Hania appeared justifying that those who were there in the Masjid and the Sheikh apostatized his government and the Palestinian nation^[^5]. However this is what was denounced by the methodology and operations and the sermon of the Sheikh Abu Noor al Maqdisi which caused him his life, when he was describing Hamas as two generations. The first generation was slaughtered “and Allah exalted them” and the second generation is the present one “who mixed up and so matters were mixed upon them” and they –the Hamas administration- “if they implemented the Islamic Shariah in Gaza then he would be their servant^[^6]” The operation of Masjid of Ibn Taymiyyah revealed to the general public outside Palestine-for the first time- that the jewel of the matter at its base is that Hamas is ‘not ruling by the Islamic Shariah^[^7]’ and working under the pretext that it is trying to do that gradually. And the happenings also revealed that the victims of the group Ansar Jundallah included in their ranks, martyrdom operators belonging to the Qassam brigades, the military wing of the Hamas movement, at their head being, the son of the brother of Doctor Musa Abu Marzooq, the vice president of the political office of the Hamas movement^[^8]. The happenings of Ibn Taymiyyah Masjid came in the sequence of a large and continuing campaign what is considered by Hamas as (Security breach) and its greatest components are considered the Jihadi Salafi methodology in Gaza and the followers of the global Jihadi movement under the leadership of Al Qaeda organization after the meeting in Egypt between the leaderships from Hamas and a British intelligence officer and the leaders of the National Security of Egypt with the Hamas procession being led by Mahmood Az Zahhar and the leader of Qassam who was not named by the media outlets^[^9]. Those incidents that were performed by the Hamas organization were followed by a propaganda media campaign on the part of Hamas, for after the killing of the worshipers in Masjid Ibn Taymmiyah and their Shaikh Abu Noor al Maqdisi he was accused of being suffering from mental illness and methodological slips and that he was a Takfiriy, in order to justify what it did and imposing on Shaikh Abu Noor responsibility of several crimes happening in Gaza that take place from time to time, like the blasting of the internet cafes and targeting the christian schools and shameless mixed marriages^[^10]. It accused him of being a follower of the security forces of Abu Mazin in RamaAllah^[^11]and that is something the group was constantly denying. Some of the incidents that were included in the list of accusations of Hamas to the group actually happened before the founding of the group like the bombing in front of the house of the Hamas leader Marwan Abu Raas^[^12]. The narrations of Hamas of the incident- adopted by the media outlets both supporters and opposers of Hamas- because the target this time had relation with global terrorismshowed, that it is suffering from the shattering of its image in front of the general Islamic opinion in the world, and that its reputation is close to becoming like the other former Jihadi leaderships and personalities that had earned respect in the Islamic world like the personality of the former Afghani Jihadi leader Abdur Rab Rasool Sayyaf who joined the American occupations and became a member of the parliament with Karzai in Afghanistan and his supporter. And what Hamas fears most is the overturning of this image before the people in the Islamic world especially and become closer to the Islamic courts in Somalia who was surrounded and supported by the Islamic public and strove to support it and praised its project in Somalia, until it received the support of the European countries and America to train its forces and its leader Shaikh Sharif Ahmad exerted to call the Ethiopian forces once again to fight the Shabaab Mujahideen Movement allied to Al Qaeda rated amongst the world terrorist groups. And the poll of Al Jazeera on its site showed that more than 42% do not support Hamas in what it did against the Jund Ansar Allah, and it is a ratio of more than 42 thousand participants from 87 thousand, so if 42 thousand participants are against after hearing the narration of Al Jazeera channel – through which only Hamas’ narration was shown and it is the violating side in the matter while the defense of the victim was not shown- assures that close to half of the participants denounced the action of Hamas, and do not believe the narration of Al Jazeera channel or what it showed through it. And the poll reveals that the pretexts and claims that Hamas is making on the group and on Shaikh Abdul Lateef were not accepted by the people of Gaza who lost their sons between dead and injured and arrested and unknown in the operation^[^13], and because they know the reality about the Shiekh who lived amongst them and who used to hold classes on Sharia and knowledge and do charity and treat people and aid the Jihad and the Mujahideen. They also know the sons of the group and because most of them are former members of Qassam Brigades. Moderation and Extremism* The incident of Masjid Ibn Taymiyyah in Rafah came at a time in which Hamas is stressing on calling itself a moderate and is declaring that itself and Al Qaeda are followers of two different methodologies, and most of the leaders of Hamas stress – especially those who come frequently on the media outlets – that they are not Al Qaeda and that they have no relation with terrorism and Muhammad Aby Taer- of the Parliament- wrote about the Hamas lobby in the Quds city in the American Newsweek paper after the victory of Hamas with majority in the election of 2006 “that we are not going to implement the Islamic Sharia, and we are not Al Qaeda organization.^[¹⁴^]” And in spite of the claim of Hamas that the presence of Al Qaeda in Gaza has made the world its enemy, and Hamas is a compatible and peaceful organization that is moving according to the general guidelines of the international societies codes and laws, it was Hamas that was responsible for the extension of the siege on Gaza for more than 3 years and not Al Qaeda, and Gaza was burnt with the white phosphorous for 3 weeks between the years 2008 December end until mid January 2009 because of the 7 rockets fired by Hamas towards the occupation and not Al Qaeda or any group that are accused in Gaza or being its aide. The result of these rockets were more than 1300 martyrs and 7000 injured and a war that continued for more than 3 weeks during which the Jews burnt the people of Gaza with white phosphorous. The idea of moderation and extremism were publicized by the American and Israeli intelligence in the last 10 years and were picked up by several Islamic movements to denounce the accusation of terrorism from itself after the declaration of Bush’s ideology in the national politics after nine eleven 2001, “Who is not with us is against us” And the idea of extremism and terrorism was implemented “by the international law that is respected by Hamas” on the movement in the year 1994 after the Sharam As Shaikh conference that fights terrorism- and at that time the terrorism of Al Qaeda hadn’t been unleashed, instead the terrorism of Hamas- when it killed 40 Israelis in Tal Abeeb by exploding a bus in its station and the place was full of citizens. The American and Zionist circles presented certain points with which it measured the moderation based on how much the movements accepted democracy and human rights in practicing his beliefs and personal lives and his will to change his religion and sex, and his acceptance of the tradition and standards of the West, and his acceptance that a woman should gain high positions in the state, and giving the minorities extra rights and equality between all religions^[¹⁵^]. And the study specifies four points to differentiate between the moderates and the extremists. First- Accepting democracy; Second- Accepting non religious sides to set up the rules; Third- Woman’s rights and minorities rights and Fourth- Renouncing terrorism and unauthorized violence (and in their classification the works of Muslims in Palestine, Afghanistan and Iraq are terrorism and occupation’s works are self defense) And America measures the moderation level based on the answers to certain questions that are based on the methodology on which an individual and a group follow in their movements and economic and political programs? And does he believe in the methodology of International legitimacy and international and criminal rules and regulations recently proposed? And does he accept the freedom of religious choice and apostasy from the religion of Islam to enter another religion? And does he accept the rights of gays, and the illegal relations as a right from human rights and freedom of choice? And does he believe in the divine Islamic laws or will accept the laws by the majority of humans in a Democratic system? And does he accept the setting up of churches and other worship centers of non Muslims in the lands of Islam and offer their practicing their religious rites with freedom? And does he accept that those who rule him or those on high official posts be a non Muslim?^[¹⁶^] The politics of Condoleza Rice started in the Islamic world on the basis of this concept of moderates and extremists. and the elections of the Hamas movement in January 2006 carried assurances of moderateness according to the concepts spread by the organizations and study centers close to the decision makers in Europe and America like the Rand organization for the strategic studies funded by the American DoD and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the International Islamic Organization which is funded by the American Congress and the Carter organization for peace, the International patron of unofficial talks between the occupation and the Hamas movement. The jest of the election statement -that is considered the new version of the Hamas convention- noted that it considers all the citizens equals before the law in spite of the difference in their religion and that democracy is the only choice, and that it rules up to the vote boxes and makes Islamic shariah the major source of its ruling and not the only source, and that the Palestinian blood is sacred^[¹⁷^]. The Palestinians in Gaza elected Hamas because of their belief that the religious authorities are clear of corruption and will give greater attention to improve their living conditions.^[¹⁸^] And on the social and cultural implementation levels, Hamas declared that it will not close the pubs and bars or the hotels that practice them, and that it will not force Hijab instead it will seek a gradual change in the society by commanding good and not by forbidding evil. And it opened music schools for children and a mixed stage to encourage the talents of the stage and acting and it declared 20 million dollars for building the largest cinema city in the area on the beaches of Gaza.^[¹⁹^] And on the political level Hamas considered the manager of the Egyptian intelligence Omar Sulaiman a safe intermediary, for the case of arrangements and indirect talks with the Israel occupation, as an Arab intermediary and the former American President Jimmy Carter as an International intermediate along with the Russian foreign minister Lavrov who met Mishal recently in Damascus and declared after his meeting with Mishal that “Hamas has become more practical today”^[*^20]* The Roots and Transformation Before reaching the stage of open clash between the “extremist” Islamic movements and the moderate Hamas movement, there was a difference between the leadership of Hamas, Dr. Rantesi and Khalid Mishal, when Rantisi cleared the meaning of liberation and negotiation, “Negotiation is a partition of land and not a liberation operation, for you are taking a piece of the land and you give the oppressor the remaining lands, but a liberation operation is that you only take and give in lieu of that from your blood and money but don’t give your land or rule’^[*^21]* and between the saying of the head of the political office Khalid Mishal that “Hamas will support the solution of setting up of two nations on the boundaries of 1967”^[*^22]* And before the exciting and critical happenings of Masjid Ibn Taymiyyah, with all the anticipation of its future effect- not only on Hamas but on the whole pattern of the Islamic project relating to the picture of Hamas near most of the common Muslims- and on 13 March especially of 2009, a group not adhering to the methodology of Hamas, fired a set of rockets on the Israeli occupation. Hamas hastened to directly refute it, and reassured through its speaker Tahir An Nunu, that these rockets do not belong to the resistance culture^[*^23], and Usama Hamdan, the representative of Hamas in Lebanon and a member of the political office of the movement on BBC channel on the same day also declared that the rockets are “spoiling operation”^[^24]* The group massacre that was performed by Hamas operation in Rafah- Gaza is nothing but a picture that brought on top after 9/11 the reality of the nub of the difference between the Ikhwani current and the Global jihadi current which was under the dust. It surfaced in the beginning with their stands of criminalizing the attacks on America, and criminalizing the doers, to the point of reaching the famous fatwa released by Dr Yusuf Al Qaradawi, in the importance of the participation of the the Muslim living in America and Europe in the campaign on Afghanistan- or on any country according to the quote of the fatwa- if called to it, so that he is not exposed to contradiction on his national loyalty, and so that he does not lose his job and salary, and his Muslim brothers in the world are not effected because of his non participation and the Muslims are accused of betraying their countries^[*^25]* And the fatwa of Dr Yusuf repeated, legalizing the American and Western rule in the area considering it a matter of agreements and contracts before the attack on Iraq^[*^26]and then after the American occupation entered Baghdad and Saddam’s regime fell, Dr Qaradawi gave Fatwa on the necessity of the joining of the Sunnah Muslims in the project of the occupation starting from the elections and participating in the government that was controlled by the occupation, and ending with the police and army and other armed bodies that are being trained by the American and British occupation there.^[^27]* And the clash between the Ikhwan and the Global jihadi movement transferred from the methodological records to the armed grounds when the national leadership of the Ikhwan organization in Afghanistan, allied with the American occupation in the form of Abdur Rab Rasool Sayyaf and entered Kabul on the back of the American tank. And the scene repeated in Iraq, when the leaders of Ikhwan in Iraq- most prominent amongst them, the Vice General instructor of the Ikhwan in Iraq, Dr Iyaad As Samrai, the leader of the current Iraqi parliament, and the former General Secretary of the Ikhwan Hajim Al Husni and both of them have dual nationality of both America and Britain- met in a meeting with the top official of the American intelligence in London, Zulmi Khaleel Zaad, with the attendance of the Shia and Kurdish leaderships to arrange the matters in Iraq after the fall of Saddam.^[*^28]* And the Ikhwan presided over the first Presidential meeting under the chairmanship of the American ruler Paul Brimer during the occupation and their involvement in all the political and security setups after that, and their setting up of the Awakening squads in Iraq^[*^29]* that helped the American forces in getting rid of terrorism, and in the end the joining of the Ahl group that represented the Ikhwan in Somalia with Shaikh Sherif Ahmad allied with the NATO and the American leadership that called for the interference of the Ethiopian forces to face the Youth Mujahideen movement allied with Al Qaeda that is enlisted on the world terrorism list.^[*^30]* The scene seems quite mixed up when the follower looks at the situation in Palestine, and sees that there are huge differences still apparent through the behavior of Ikhwan in Palestine with the occupation compared to their counterparts in the other occupied lands lately as in Afghanistan, Iraq and Somalia. In reality the Hamas movement was nothing but a mixture of the Salafi Jihadi Ikhwani and national currents inside Palestine, and the founder of the movement Shaikh Ahmad Yaseen did not belong, any day, to the Ikhwan Al Muslemeen movement^[*^31], and when the Israeli occupation forces started performing the political assassinations it targeted only majorly those who belonged to the Jihadi front leadership that was labeled as extreme, to pave the way for those who Bush called ‘thinkers in Hamas’ or the moderate current. And the last to be killed of those called extremist in the Hamas movement was the martyrdom of Dr Nizar Rayan in the last war on Gaza, the greatest goals of which was to grant ‘the thinkers in Hamas’ great popularity in the Islamic world and to put an end to the Jihadi current inside Hamas that opposed negotiations , by killing the front military commanders and keeping the politicians for the coming negotiation phase. Hamas in* 1% only… And in a telephone conversation between Khalid Mishal and the Egyptian intelligence official in 2007, Mishal was able to convince at last that Gaza will become an abode for terrorism and Global jihad pockets if it remained divided between Dahlan and Hamas, which threatens the Egyptian national security and will become an extension for it amidst the Bedouins of Sainaa^[*^32], so the first decisive battle resulted in the control of Hamas on the strip which does not exceed about 1% of the total Palestinian land, and forced Dahlan out of it and joined the police of Dahlan with its own police, executive and military departments under it to control the Gaza Strip. The administration of Hamas increased its meetings with the American intelligence and Western diplomats and it met personalities that were close to the decision makers in America in the summer of 2005 in Beirut, Lebanon. And that was followed by open meetings with the most prominent decision maker in America and peace for Israel, Jimmy Carter, the maker of the Camp David pact 1979 and who said “who denies the nation of Israel opposes the will of God” and he was the first to declare the victory of Hamas with majority and fair elections. There were other meetings hidden and some open in the past five years between the administration of Hamas like Dr Az Zahhar the foreign minister of Hamas with Swiss authorities that resulted in the Swiss contract that states the basing of two nations that live side by side in return of leaving weapons and stopping enmity. And other meetings with French ministers in Paris and shuttle visits to China and Russia by Az Zahhar and Khalid Mishal who noted in it that “the Chechen problem is a internal Russian problem which should not be interfered with” when the Chechen Mujahideen criticised him on shaking hands with the murderer of their children and women in a similar manner as that of Palestine. The Hamas movement sent a message to Kofi Annan the General Secretary of the United Nations in the year 2007 asking for the setting up of a nation “side by side in the blessed land with Israel^[^33]” and Zahhar mentioned to the American channel CBS “let us live in peace and we will stop the operations”^[^34]* In all these acts by the authority of Hamas movement, it faced direct criticism and sometimes indirect from the commanders of the international jihad headed by Al Qaeda. The second man Dr Ayman az Zawahiri in Al Qaeda said that he was still instructing the Hamas movement, assuring his stand and support of the Mujahideen in Hamas^[*^35]and the picture was repeated with the leader of the Al Qaeda in Afghanistan Mustafa Abu Al Yazeed when he told that we support the ‘Mujahideen in Hamas’.^[^36]* And calm criticism from the leaders of al Qaeda continued until the Hamas administrations signed the Makkah agreement through which a unified national government was formed in which Ismail Hania announced amongst its programs “respect of the agreements of the nation and pacts which the Palestinian authorities had weaved and to consider it the representative in the situation of negotiation”^[*^37]and the leaders of Hamas who had so long made statements of denial of Israel- their respect and dealing on the ground of reality with the leaderships of the occupation on the level of municipality in Gaza or on the higher level of the Legislative Department^[^38]* After signing the contract of Mecca the tone of the leaders of the global jihad raised in level of criticism of the leaders of Hamas and the condolence came from the second man in the Al Qaeda organization Dr. Aiman Az Zawahiri, “in the leaders of Hamas and that it has followed the procession of Sadat” and then Shaikh Osama Bin Laden made his statement on the liberation of Palestine that he will “not respect the international contracts like the leaders of Hamas and some of the Ikhwan Al Muslimeen” and he described the leaders of Hamas as “having sold their religion for their world” and the he asked the sincere and Mujahideen in Hamas to declare their resignation from the leaders and their acquittal from it. And the greatest criticism came at the tongue of Abu Omar Al Baghdadi the Amir of the Islamic State of Iraq^[*^39], who specified the points of the battle with the Ikhwan Al Muslimeen as a part of his battle and experience in Baghdad, and that it extends to other battle grounds in the world most prominent amongst them being Palestine, and he asked the sincere in Qassam to leave and set up a new base away from the leaderships of Hamas. As a direct impact from these addresses other groups were formed by members who left Hamas and Qassam to set up independent brigades starting from Jaish Al Islam in Gaza 11 which included a large amount of former Qassam members, most prominent amongst them Sai’b Dugmesh, who used to work as a trainer in Qassam and Hamas killed him after he left it and joined the Jaish in mid Ramadan last year 1429H between 10 dead including a child.^[^40]* And then Fath Al Islam in Palestine formed, and performed several rocket operations on the occupation, and crowded festivals, and then Jaish al Ummah was formed that performed open trainings in Gaza and Hamas arrested its Amir, and then Jama’a Al Tawheed and Jihad, whose operations appeared strongly at the time of the assault on Gaza by blowing a military pocket, of the occupation that entered east of Khan Yunus, and Jund Ansar Allah was formed at the end of 2008 after Khalid Bant- Abu Abdullah Al Muhajir the military trainer of Qassam left it, who was a Syrian by nationality and from its rich men, and Hamas killed him amongst those in Masjid Ibn Taymiyah in mid August 2009 in a mysterious way that remains unrevealed until this very day. And the slaughter of Jund Ansar Allah, along with Shaikh Abu Noor Al Maqdisi, Abdul Lateef Aal Musa came to declare that the Hamas Movement had ended the second decisive operation to face after it the aftermath of the operation that is expected to include assassinations and killing of the Hamas leaders inside Gaza in revenge for killing the leaders and scholars of the Salafi Jihadists at the hands of the Qassam Brigades. And the battleground implications and proofs and ideologies assure that Al Qaeda organization or what is called the Global Jihadi movement has drawn close to Palestine and it is just in the neighborhood, and has succeeded in firing more than 10 rockets north of the occupied Palestine from south Lebanon during the assault on Gaza that was claimed by Shaheed Abdullah Azzam Brigades, Ziyad Jarrah unit (and he is one of the pilots in the 9/11 operation, of Lebanese origin). And the most prominent man of Salafi Jihadists in the shadow of Bait Al Maqdis, Abu Muhammad Al Maqdisi^[*^41], has called all the Salafi Jihadi formations in all its forms to join under a single group and leadership and that is the leadership and group of Tawheed and Jihad brigades, which means that we will witness in the coming days the spread and power of the coin of the opposing front of Hamas movement in Gaza.
