The number of suicide amongst the kafir forces of America is horribly high. According to the US military report in 2009 which they called "The Painful Year", suicide in the American Army is entering a historical and new record. Not less than 160 personnels had killed themselves. The American Army chief warned that the rate of suicide is in a rapid state compared to the previous year which only amounted to 140. However, they said that the cause for the spike is still unclear. "There was no question that the year 2009 was a painful year for the army due to the huge scores of suicide case," Colonel Christopher Philbrick, deputy director for the Army Suicide Prevention Task Force, said. Ten cases of suicide allegations on personnels still on active service were reported in December.
It is believed that what had caused the depression on these armies were the heavy pressures from the years of war in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Besides that, it was due to problems in marriage. However, according to observation by the military itself, the gloomy path of suicide was not always triggered by the "battles tours" in Afghanistan and Iraq. It appeared that the causes are varied from base to base, and around a third of the armies who killed themselves were those who had never been deployed in a mission at all, either in Afghanistan or Iraq. Nevertheless, whatever excuses the American kafir forces presented, the facts regarding the suicide trend amongst their men could never be hidden anymore. Defeat after defeat is also a daily scene in Afghanistan. They, the kafir must face the Mujahideen who love death (Ish Kariman aw Mut Shaheedan), just like they fear death and love life only.

Helicopter crash leaves 10 Yemeni Murtadeen soldiers dead
SANAA: A Yemeni military helicopter crashed on Sunday killing at least 10 troops in the mountainous north as the government sought to implement a ceasefire with Shia rebels in the area.
The helicopter went down at Kahlan mountain, east of the provincial capital Saada, scene of heavy fighting over the past six months between the rebels and the government forces before they reached a shaky truce on Thursday.
“At least 10 soldiers were killed following their Tawagheet,” Censored31 told on condition of anonymity, adding that the helicopter had crashed into a military vehicle.

The Internet has played a key role in radicalizing a number of key players in alleged terror plots this year. From Fort Hood accused shooter Nidal Hasan to the five young Americans detained in Pakistan this month allegedly en route to fight U.S. forces in Afghanistan, authorities claim the suspects needed no face-to-face contact with jihadist recruiters. Instead, the Internet is serving as an electronic funnel for extremists to infuse U.S.-based Muslims with a justification for jihad.
On one side are military theorists such as John Arquilla of the Naval Post Graduate School in Monterey, California, who believe that driving militant Islamists off the web would destroy their ability to carry out jihad. But scholars such as Chris Boucek, of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, maintain that defeating online jihad won't happen by shutting down websites — they say the best antidote to jihadist websites is countering their arguments for killing with better-reasoned Islamic logic.
"Instead of thinking of cyberspace principally as a place to gather intelligence, we need to elevate it to the status of 'battlespace,'"
"This means that we either want to exploit terrorists' use of the Web and Net unbeknownst to them, or we want to drive them from it." Arquilla tells TIME that al-Qaeda doesn't "put people on planes anymore because they know we're good at spotting them, and if we take away cyberspace we would achieve a crippling effect on the global terror network."
But Arquilla's logic doesn't add up, counters Evan Kohlmann of the non-profit NEFA Foundation, created following 9/11 to track Islamic terrorism. Shutting down jihadist web sites "would be like firing cruise missiles at our own spy satellites," he argues, referring to the intelligence the U.S. and its allies glean from such sites.
"If you shut down one of their websites today, they have a complete copy elsewhere and can put it up on a new server and have it up tomorrow," Kohlmann says. Such websites are the only window the rest of the world has into al-Qaeda and other such groups. "If you start shutting down the websites," he adds, "it's like chopping up a jellyfish — you end up with lots of little pieces that are very difficult to monitor." Kohlmann believes that the websites are a treasure trove of valuable intelligence, most of which is being overlooked by the U.S

"We're talking about a movement that's based on ideas and grievances, so we need to understand those ideas and grievances," Boucek says. The Emir of Islamic State in Iraq, Abu Omar al-Baghdadi, threatened in an audio recording late on Friday to stop Iraqi parliamentary elections by "military means," the SITE monitoring service said.
SITE, which monitors Islamist websites, said Baghdadi condemned the March 7 elections as Kufr and a political crime plotted by Iranian backed Shiites.
"(We) have decided to prevent the elections by all legitimate means possible, primarily by military means," the service quoted him as saying.

The election is seen by Washington as a crucial precursor to a complete U.S. military withdrawal by the end of 2011.

Raising troubling comparisons to tactics employed by Josef Stalin and right-wing Latin American dictatorships, the U.S. government has created a "hit list" of Americans abroad marked for murder.
Director of National Intelligence Dennis Blair told a House Intelligence Committee hearing on Feb. 3 the U.S. may, with executive approval, target and kill American terrorist suspects, Inter Press News Service reported.
"We take direct action against terrorists in the intelligence community," he said.
Blair added that U.S. counterterrorism officials may try to kill U.S. citizens involved in terrorism overseas with "specific permission" from higher up.
In response to questions from the panel's top Republican, Rep. Pete Hoekstra of Michigan, Blair said, if "we think that direct action will involve killing an American, we get specific permission to do that."
Blair’s statement recalls the policies of Soviet Russia’s secret police, who often murdered those who fled Stalin’s tyranny. Red Army founder Leon Trotsky, for example, was tracked to Mexico by a Soviet agent who killed him with an ice pick.
Blair's remarks followed a Washington Post article reporting that President Barack Obama had embraced President George W. Bush’s policy of authorizing the killing of U.S. citizens involved in terrorist activities overseas.
The Post reported: "After the Sep. 11, 2001, attacks, Bush gave the CIA, and later the military, authority to kill U.S. citizens abroad if strong evidence existed that an American was involved in organizing or carrying out terrorist actions against the United States or U.S. interests, military and intelligence officials said.
"The evidence has to meet a certain, defined threshold. The person, for example, has to pose 'a continuing and imminent threat' to U.S. persons and interests."
Daphne Eviatar, an attorney with Human Rights First, told Inter Press, "The short answer is that combatants can be targeted and civilians cannot under international law. Their citizenship isn't relevant. But just being a 'suspected terrorist' doesn't necessarily mean they're a combatant."
She added, "The key question, and where there may be serious disagreement, is whether the person targeted is 'directly participating in hostilities.' If not, and they're targeted, it's a war crime."
Ben Wizner, staff attorney with the ACLU National Security Project, said, "It is alarming to hear that the Obama administration is asserting that the president can authorize the assassination of Americans abroad, even if they are far from any battlefield and may have never taken up arms against the U.S. , but have only been deemed to constitute an unspecified 'threat.'"
Attorney George Brent Mickum, an American lawyer who has defended a number of Guantanamo Bay detainees, told Inter Press, "I guess my sense is that it's just more fear mongering. They kill somebody and don't need to offer any justification."
"We have killed thousands of innocent civilians while attempting to target alleged operatives," Mickum said. "And let us not forget how frequently our intelligence has been wrong about alleged operatives."
"My clients Bisher al Rawi, Jamil el-Banna, Martin Mubanga, abu Zubaydah, and Shaker Aamer all are alleged to have been operatives based on intel. In every case that intel was incorrect," Mickum told Inter Press. "I don't have any expectation that our intel with respect to alleged American operatives is likely to be any better."
Other experts on international law were outraged, too.
"This extrajudicial execution of human beings constitutes a grave violation of international human rights law and, under certain circumstances, can also constitute a war crime under the Four Geneva Conventions of 1949," said Francis Boyle, University of Illinois professor of international law at Champaign.
"In addition, the extrajudicial execution of U.S. citizens by the United States government also violates the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution mandating that no person "be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law."
Boyle said, "The U.S. Government has now established a 'death list’ for U.S. citizens abroad akin to those established by Latin American dictatorships during their so-called 'dirty wars.’"
He claimed President Bush "reduced the United States of America to a Banana Republic waging a 'dirty war’ around the world in gross violation of international law, human rights law, and the laws of war. It is only a matter of time before the United States government will establish a similar 'death list’ targeting U.S. citizens living here at home."
Boyle added that, "As someone who used to teach Constitutional law, President Obama knows better."
Boyle, a leading U.S. authority in international law, drafted the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989 for the U.S. He is the author of a number of books in his field, including Destroying World Order.
Chip Pitts, president of the Bill of Rights Defense Committee, told Inter Press, "As with its embrace of the [George W.] Bush approach to indefinite detention, the Obama administration's even greater reliance on targeted extrajudicial killing - including of U.S. citizens - is a tragic legal, moral, and practical mistake."
"Even for those who accept the legitimacy of the death penalty," Pitts continued, "this further undermines the rule of law that is our best weapon in the fight against true terrorists, while completely subverting due process and constitutional rights of U.S. citizens."

I am an Iraqi, I lived in Iran since I was captivated in 1982, in the Dezful definitive .. When I served as the driver of the armored formations of the 7th Division in the Iraqi army, and because of the pressure of Mohammad Baqid Al-Hakim on the Iraqi prisoners in Iranian prison camps where he had the final say in the liquidation of whom he wants liquidated, and whom he wants to release from prison to join his militia. He practiced various kinds of pressure on us especially we from the Shiite community (Since he considers us the suitable community to give our loyalty to Iran and help it by joining the so-called at the time "the 9th Badr Brigade") and to provide information to the Iranians from the Ba'athists with us in prison, as well as those who did not tell the Iranians of their real ranks in the Ba'ath Party and the Iraqi army because of the fear of being liquidated. I wanted to be free, to get rid of the harshness of prison and the pressure on us in particular from Mohamed Baqis Al-Hakim as I am from Maysan province, and I have relatives in the Arab Al-Ahwaz, I agreed to join the Badr Brigade. I was released and later I married an Iranian. Through my wife's family I got to know Army officers, political officers in the army, officers in the Iranian Intelligence Service and figures of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard through my father in law since he was one of the senior officers in the Iranian army. My wife's family was able later to secure our travel to the Netherlands, my wife and I and our children since 1988, and as God is my witness I had not forgotten Iraq for a moment, my X colleagues in the Badr Brigade can testify this. My brothers and my families in Iraq (X members of the Badr Brigade) regret that they once lived in Iran and supported Iran's militia after they witnessed Iran's real ambitions in Iraq. From my side, I moved towards many of those I know in Iran to expose to them Iran's real ambitions for Iraq and destroying it and Iran's proxies in Iraq and we are now a group of honest people who promise God and the nation that we will do our best of efforts to help Iraq of an octopus named Iran and Iranian agents in Iraq .. What took my attention by surprise is the information published by one of my brothers about Hameed Al Hayes visit to Iran and assigning him a mission from the Iranian authorities to give a blind eye to Iran's movements in Anbar province and other movements in Karbala province borders and the purpose is to open the land of Iraq to Iran through the tiny Iran (Karbala) all the way through the borders of Jordan which are also the borders of Anbar province, this was the mission assigned to Hameed Al Hayes. The other reason, as one of my close friends told me since he was aware and exposed to the visits of Hameed Al Hayes to Iran, is that the Iranian government told Hameed Al Hayes to secure and arrange the atmosphere and find the suitable agents (traitors) to ensure the safety of burying Iran's Nuclear Waste in the Anbar Desert through a fabricated project the Iraqi Ministry of Environment will launch. This project has been settled by Hameed and the Iraqi puppet government since they will hand the project to Hameed to manage and administer this project or any person he chooses to take the mission to guarantee the nuclear waste be buried in Arab land on Arab soil. Look at the impudence of the Persians and the treachery of Iraqis in Iran, carrying out a project in Anbar province and even choosing the Iraqi ministry that will sponsor this project and the contractor who will take over the project..!!! Bismillah Ar-Rahman Ar-Raheem
It is a fact, which we Muslims know but which the kuffar, in their ignorance, do not know, that Islam - our Dien, the Way of Life of a Muslim - is superior to each and every other way of living because it gives us not only the highest, the best, standards of personal and social behaviour, but also because it reveals to us our true human nature and the true purpose of our mortal lives.
Thus, in Islam, we have the best example of a human being - the Prophet, Muhammad SAW - to strive to emulate and follow, and which human example, when followed, produces in us a most noble, a most civilized, individual character. This best example, this noble and human way, is evident to us in Seerah, in Ahadith: in the Sunnah of the Prophet, Muhammad SAW.
In addition, we have been given the perfect guidelines, the perfect advice, the perfect guidance, the rules, on how we can build and maintain communities which enable us to live according to our true, human nature, and which can lead us toward the true purpose of our mortal lives. These guidelines, this advice, these rules, this perfect guidance, and our duties and obligations as human beings, are contained in Al-Qur'an, illustrated in the Sunnah, and manifest in the guidance of Shari'ah.
The simple but profound truth about Al-Islam is that this Way of Life, this Dien, works: for Al-Qur'an and the Sunnah, when followed, produce, and have produced, noble, honourable, civilized human beings, and they, and the guidance of Shari'ah, produce, and have produced, the most noble, the most civilized, communities in human history.
In essence, Al-Islam is the simple way of - the discovery of, the return to - Tawheed, which is to know, to feel, to remember, our correct relationship with and to Allah, our Creator and thus to know Allah as Allah SWT is. This knowing of The Unity, The Oneness, of Allah SWT is expressed in Kalimaah Tayyibah- La ilaaha illallaahu Muhammadur rasoolullaah - which itself forms the basis for Kalimaah Shahadah, the declaration that makes one a Muslim, and which re-affirms one's Islam: that simple submission to submit to and to only obey Allah SWT and that knowing that Muhammad SAW is the Prophet and Messenger of Allah, whose message, whose Allah-given revelation (Al-Qur'an) and whose life (Sunnah) are the guidelines, the means, by which we can return to, and know, Tawheed.
This knowing of, this remembrance of, this feeling of, Tawheed is the basis for Iman, for that simple and total reliance on, and belief in and trust of, Allah SWT.
The difference between Muslims and the kuffar is that the kuffar are Al-Jahiloon (the ignorant ones) because they have covered-up or forgotten or do not know Tawheed, and thus have no Iman. This covering-up of Tawheed is kufr, which is (1) a willful ignorance, manifest in pride, in arrogance, in the profanity of believing that human beings can - by some causal means, or by something (some idea, or belief or ideology or some ideal or abstraction) they have or might manufacture or which others have manufactured - find answers, and set the limits, the criteria, for themselves, and (2) a trust in and a reliance on - and often a worship of - those human-manufactured "things".
Thus, kufr - in contrast to Tawheed - is an individual relying on, and trusting and pridefully believing in, themselves, and/or in some human manufactured "thing". In contrast, Muslims accept and affirm that only Allah is Al Furqan, Al Hadi, Al-Bari - while the kuffar ascribe this setting of limits, this guidance, this settings of standards, to themselves, or to what they have manufactured or believe they can manufacture.
Allah SWT says: "Those deceived by the dunya, those who for whom their Dien is but a passing amusement, shall be, by Us, forgotten on That Day just as they themselves forget This Day and deny Our Ayat." [7: 51]
As Muslims, we know and accept - through Al-Qur'an, the Sunnah, through Tawheed and Iman - that our mortal lives here in the dunya are but a means, a test, given to us by Allah SWT. A means by which we might achieve our true purpose, which is to be admitted into Jannah. As Muslims, we know and accept that we will one day be judged by Allah SWT Who will either reward us with Jannah, or condemn us to The Fire. As Muslims, we accept that our true human nature is to be Abd of Allah SWT. But the kuffar, in their ignorance, in their disobedience, in their pursuit of the delights and pleasures of the dunya, in their following of their Tawagheet, do not know and do not accept such things, and if they do know, or have been informed, then they laugh and are scornful. As Allah SWT says:
"Leave them to their moment of laughter: for their payment for such toil will be many many tears." [9: 82]
The current conflict between Muslims and the kuffar of the West - evident, for example, in the invasion and occupation, by the kuffar, of our lands - is, at its foundation, a conflict between Iman and Kufr; a conflict between those who seek to rely on and to obey and submit to only Allah SWT, and those who seek to, and who do, rely on themselves, or what they have manufactured, such as some belief or some "ideology" or some ideal, or some abstraction, or something more material - such as money, or some weapon - which they place their trust in order to achieve some kind of power or "superiority" over others.
The Ignorance and The Arrogance of The Kuffar:
The distinction between Iman and kufr is clear, and there is clear difference between the Way, the Dien, of Al-Islam, and between all of the philosophies and all of the ways and ideas and religions of the West.
For the philosophies of the West, the individual is either a potential god, or a free-thinking being with the capacity and with the "freedom" to make and to follow their own judgement, and who by following or by pursuing some ideal or some abstraction can or might achieve "happiness" and "security" now or in the future. Examples of such human manufactured, constructed, ideals and abstractions are democracy, "freedom", "peace", and "justice", all of which ideals and abstractions are defined by the kuffar themselves, with these definitions subject to constant change and revision.
But what is common to them all - whatever the current revision of definition is - is that all such ideals and abstractions are Tawagheet. That is, they all remove us from Tawheed, and are all based on the assumption that we, as human beings, can through our own efforts find or manufacture for ourselves what is considered to be the correct way, the "right" way, the ideal, the "perfect" way, the correct answers. In essence, all Tawagheet take us beyond the due, the honourable, limits of human behaviour, and they all negate or undermine the obligations and the duties we have, as human beings, to Allah SWT.
"You only do we obey and to You only do we turn for help." [1:5]
Even the religions which the kuffar have accepted - such as that which they incorrectly call Christianity - are examples of Tawagheet, of Shirk, for all these religions have obscured Tawheed, and all have accepted reliance upon something other than Allah SWT. Thus, and for example, the Nazarene Church has deified people as "saints"; affirmed the divinity of 'Isa (Jezus) AS; allowed and encouraged prayer to him and to saints; set up statues as idols; established a trinity of "Father, Son and Holy Spirit", and - in its Catholic form - interposed Priests who can forgive sins and make absolution.
Muslims accept and affirm that only Allah is Al-Mu'izz, As-Salaam - The Source, The Bestower, of Honour, and The Source of True Peace - while the kuffar, in their ignorance and arrogance, allocate these things to themselves or believe their Tawagheet can bestow them.
Allah SWT says:
"In truth We have sent Messengers to every people with a warning for them to submit only to Allah and so reject Tawagheet." [16:36]
Thus, all Tawagheet obscure Tawheed and obscure our natural human nature, and thus divert us from Islam, which Islam is fundamentally a knowing and a willing acceptance of the truth, the reality, of "who, why, and what" we are, and which is thus a rejection of all the assumptions, a rejection of all the errors, that humans have, in their ignorance and pride, made over the centuries.
For the assumptions of the kuffar, of those who have obscured Tawheed - and thus all Tawagheet - are examples of human hubris: of that arrogance and pride which was and which is manifest in As-Shaitan. Thus do such assumptions of the kuffar - and all Tawagheet - profane what is sacred because in place of the knowing of the numinous and the humility (Tawadhu') that derives from submitting to Allah SWT, from relying only on Allah SWT, from accepting that only Allah SWT is the provider of ilm al-yaqin, there is instead the belief that they, the kuffar, can obtain knowledge and understanding through their Tawagheet, and that their wealth, their technology, their military weapons, or whatever, will enable them to triumph. That is, they pridefully and defiantly rely on themselves and their manufactured assumptions, and upon what they construct or obtain or appropriate. Thus, they deify themselves and their assumptions, their Tawagheet.
Thus, in the modern West, people are sent to fight for, and to kill for, to impose, democracy, "freedom", "peace", and so on. In the past, people were sent to fight for, to die for, their "nation", or their sovereign, or their leader - in order to impose their "authority" and their way of life upon others.
In contrast, we Muslims accept that the only perfect way, the only perfect solution, is that given to us by Allah SWT as revealed by His Messenger and Prophet, Muhammad (SAW). That is, we accept as fundamental principle that we are fallible, prone to error, prone to being barbarians, and that we need guidance, and thus that true peace, in this mortal life, is not some ideal or some abstraction to be found sometime and somewhere in the future, but that it arises from submission to only Allah SWT, which such a humble submission being the way to attain that eternal blissful peace which is beyond this mortal life of ours and which this mortal life is an opportunity to attain.
In essence, the fundamental difference between our real Truth, and the ignorance of the kuffar, is that we know and accept that only Allah SWT is Al-Jalil, Al-Qadir, Al-Muqtadir, Al-Awwal, Al-Akhir, and that only Allah SWT can provide us with the guidance, the gifts, we need in order to know, understand, and to live our lives as we should. Thus, we accept that the only true justice is the justice of Allah SWT, and that the only true manifestation of justice, in the dunya, is that obtained by following the guidance of Allah, Al-Hakam, As-Salaam, in the Shari'ah. In complete contrast, the kuffar!
This difference is clearly evident, for example, in the training and the attitude, of Western kaffir, armies, and in the training, and the attitude, of the Mujahidien.
In all Western armies - and those elsewhere who have adopted Western military training and methods - soldiers are initially brutalized through a strict training regime. As individuals, they are conditioned through bullying and intimation by NCO's, and they are trained to be and are expected to be aggressive, as well as obedient to a military "chain-of-command". This conditioning and this training produces, as is its aim, a certain type of individual. This individual is a person who is rather arrogant - who has a high opinion of themselves, and someone prepared and trained to be brutal when commanded. Essentially, such a person is a bully, or is prepared to be a bully when commanded to act and behave in that way or when they are told or they believe "the situation" demands it. The respect which such a person has is for, or is mostly derived from, "force" or from the threat of force - by someone of superior military rank, or from someone of superior physical strength, or from some weapon or piece of military hardware. There is, built-into all Western military armies and all their military training, an intense spirit of competition: of desiring to be "the best", and thus of feeling superior "to others", and part of such military training is to create a bond between the soldiers of a troop or platoon by competition between different troops, platoon and Regiments, and by having pride in, one's own troop, platoon, company and Regiment.
In contrast, the MujahiDien feel and know that they are only servants of Allah SWT and that they will be judged by Allah SWT. Thus, they behave and act accordingly - with tawadhu' and with a respect and genuine love for their fellow MujahiDien. The MujahiDienare not fighting to win some prideful fame or some worldly glory - and neither are they fighting because they have been commanded to do so or because they enjoy it or because they are being paid to do it. Rather, they fight to please Allah SWT and Allah SWT alone: to do their duty, as honourable Muslims.
Unlike the MujahiDien, the kuffar of Western armies are neither taught nor trained to be aware of, nor for the most part believe in, a "higher power" (far more powerful than their commanding officer or even the latest bit of military hardware), as the vast majority of them would laugh at the notion of prostrating themselves in humility to that "higher power". Neither do these kafir soldiers have any genuine humility, for they rely on their training, their weapons, their military hardware, their comrades, and not upon God.
Thus, we have the contrast between the polite, often reserved, always noble Mujahid - mindful of, respectful of, and relying on Allah SWT - and between the swaggering, often swearing, prideful, arrogant, often alcohol-soaked and often drug-taking kafir soldier, posing with and relying upon their weapons or upon some military hardware.
As Allah SWT says:
"The 'Ibaad of Ar-Rahman are those who walk on earth in humility." [25:63]
By manufacturing and following their Tawagheet, the kuffar - and especially and in particular the kuffar of the West - have plundered and ravaged the world and killed millions upon millions upon millions of people. In the last one hundred and fifty years alone, the kuffar of the West have killed at least a hundred million people as they rampaged across the world in pursuit of their Tawagheet of "Empire", in pursuit of material wealth, glutted as they were by power and by the pursuit and accumulation of wealth, and following as they were their Tawagheet of nationalism and "patriotism" and imbued as they were with an arrogant racism and colonialism.
All the kuffar of the West have now exchanged old words for new ones and slightly varied how they define their Tawagheet. Thus instead of invading lands, and killing and imprisoning people, in the name of Empire or nationalism, they now talk and write and act about imposing "democracy" and bringing "freedom" and "peace". This is typical of their hypocrisy and their deceit - typical of what allies of As-Shaitan do, for in essence, their aims and their goals, and their basic character and nature, have not changed at all. They are still ignorant barbarians; they are still deceitful, lying, hypocrites. They are still acting like the dishonourable bullies they are, known to us from their own history and ours, and they are still pursuing their own desires, their own greed, their own power, and still desiring to impose, by force and by coercion and by blackmail, their ways upon others.
In addition, the kuffar demand that we abandon Tawheed and Iman Tawagheet. and instead accept, believe in and follow, their Thus, they demand that we reject ruling only by Shari'ah and instead must rule by Western, kafir, laws. They demand that we reject our duty to establish a Khilafah, our duty to live under bayah to a Khalifah who himself seeks guidance through Shura - and that, instead, we accept their Taghoot of democracy. Thus, the kuffar demand that we abandon our duty to reclaim our lands from them by Jihad - and instead that we accept their domination over us and our lands and their right to impose upon us, and to support, a puppet government of their own to govern and rule over us. Thus, the kuffar demand that we reject the borderless community of the Ummah - and demand that, instead, we recognize and live by their Taghoot of nationalism, and by the laws of that Taghoot, the so-called United Nations, whose interference in our affairs they demand we accept, just as they demand that we accept that they, the kuffar, have a right to restrict our movements, and make laws which restrict what we, as Muslims, can say or do, even in our own lands.
The kuffar demand all these things - and many more such things - at the point of a gun and with the threat of imprisonment. In addition, in their arrogance - which matches if not surpasses the arrogance of Fir'aun - they have set themselves the goal of not only dividing us among ourselves so that their domination may continue, but also of changing our Dien, of manufacturing for us a new "modernized" so-called "Islam" - a new "interpretation" of our Dien - which will be just one more "religion" among many, and which states that we should be "good law-abiding citizens" of the New World Order which it is the aim of the current Zionist-Crusader alliance to impose upon the world. In pursuit of this goal of changing our Dien, the kuffar are spending billions upon billions of dollars on propaganda, on producing books, on manufacturing and supporting thousands of organizations, world-wide, which they staff with the hypocrites, the traitors, the apostates, the collaborators, among us, and which organizations the kuffar make - or seek to make - the "official" voice of, the "official" representatives of, what they in their hubris have called "moderate and mainstream Islam".
Thus, the kuffar demand that we exchange our perfect noble Dien, for their Tawagheet; that we rely on them, and their allies, rather than upon Allah SWT.
Conclusion:
Are we going to accept the demands of the kuffar? Or we going to exchange Iman for Kufr - Jannah for the delights and rewards of the dunya - by becoming the allies, the subjects of the kuffar? Or, are we going to follow, to join, to aid those - such as the MujahiDien - who have rejected the arrogant demands of the kuffar and who are determined, by relying on only Allah SWT, to end their interference in our affairs, remove them from our lands, and establish, in place of their Tawagheet such as democracy and kafir-law, the guidance of Shari'ah, the wisdom of Shura and the Muslim leadership of a noble Khalifah?

"They are those who deny the Ayat of their Rabb and the meeting with Him (in the Hereafter). So all their works are in vain, and on the Day of Resurrection, We shall not give them any weight." [18:105]
"You who believe! What is wrong with you that you did not rush forth when called [to aid] the Way of Allah? Or is it that you love this earth so much - that you crave its comforts so much - that you forget the next life where such earthly things are revealed for the insignificant comforts they are?" "Fight against those who do not believe in Allah, or in The Last Day, and who do not forbid that which has been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, as well as those among the people of the book who do not acknowledge the Dien of Truth, and fight them until they pay the Jizya with willing submission." Mujahideen killed 36 terrorists of the U.S, Nato and puppet forces besides destroying 7 tanks in Marjah Mujahideen, during face-to-face battles, killed thirty-six soldiers of the U.S, Nato and puppet forces besides destroying their seven tanks through much of Saturday in Marjah area of Nad Ali district, Helmand province. The report from Helmand province says shortly after having been dropped by the helicopters at Lowi Char Rahi, Block Now and some other points, the combined U.S and puppet terrorists were drawn into face-to-face fighting as they came under Mujahideen fire who immediately attacked Kuffar forces. The United States and NATO are poised to launch a major assault in the Marjah District in southern Afghanistan. Tens of thousands of Afghan civilians are in imminent peril. Will President Obama and Congress act to protect civilians in Marjah, in compliance with the obligations of the United States under the laws of war?
Few civilians have managed to escape the Afghan town of Marjah ahead of a planned US/NATO assault, raising the risk of civilian casualties, McClatchy News reported.
BE AWARE: UNVEILED REPORTER
Under the laws of war, the US and NATO - who have told civilians not to flee - bear an extra responsibility to control their fire and avoid tactics that endanger civilians, Human Rights Watch noted. "I suspect that they believe they have the ability to generally distinguish between combatants and civilians," said Brad Adams of Human Rights Watch. "I would call that into question, given their long history of mistakes, particularly when using air power. Whatever they do, they have an obligation to protect civilians and make adequate provision to alleviate any crisis that arises," he said. "It is very much their responsibility."
"If [NATO forces] don't avoid large scale civilian casualties, given the rhetoric about protecting the population, then no matter how many Taliban are routed, the Marjah mission should be considered a failure," said an analyst with the International Crisis Group.
A report in The Wall Street Journal cast fresh doubt on the ability - and even on the interest - of US forces to distinguish combatants from civilians. "Across southern Afghanistan, including the Marjah district where coalition forces are massing for a large offensive, the line between peaceful villager and enemy fighter is often blurred," the Journal says. The commander of the US unit responsible for Pashmul estimates that about 95 percent of the locals are Taliban or aid the militants. Among front-line troops, "frustration is boiling over" over more restrictive rules of engagement than in Iraq, the Journal said - a dangerous harbinger of potential war crimes when the US is about to engage in a major assault in an area densely populated with civilians.
Today, AFP reported, military helicopters dropped leaflets over Marjah as radio broadcasts "warned residents not to shelter Taliban ahead of a massive assault." Doesn't this suggest that the invading US forces may regard any civilian alleged to be "sheltering Taliban" as a legitimate target, including women and children?
If the US assault in Marjah results in large scale civilian casualties, the US will have committed a major war crime. If the United States cannot protect civilians in Marjah, as the US is required to do under the laws of war, the assault should be called off. Under international law, every US citizen is legally obligated to work to bring about the compliance of the United States with international law. Raise your voice now, before it is too late.

Tabloid Dagbladet printed a photo of the cartoon on Feb. 3 to illustrate a frontpage story describing how the Facebook page of the Norwegian Police Security Service (PST) linked to pages featuring caricatures of the Prophet. The links were posted by participants to the Facebook group and removed by PST. Holding placards with slogans such as "Show respect to all religions" and "Stop insults against Muslims", demonstrators passed peacefully through central Oslo. "I am here because what Dagbladet has done is very offensive to us," said Kashif Aurangzev, a 34-year-old taxi driver. "This is a big attack on Muslims, it goes against our religion," said Kamran Naveeb, a 25-year-old student. Police said around 2,000 people attended the heavily guarded demonstration, which was boycotted by Norway's main Muslim organisation for fears it could turn violent. Dagbladet printed a picture of one of the cartoons, representing the Prophet as a pig writing the Koran, drawn by an Israeli West Bank settler in the 1990s. NATO says night raid killed insurgents in Afghanistan; family says 5 innocents died

KABUL, Afghanistan — A joint Afghan-NATO force killed several insurgents during a raid on a compound where troops found three dead women, NATO said Friday. Family members accused U.S. soldiers of killing five innocent civilians.
Afghan officials in Paktia province confirmed Friday that they are investigating the deaths of five people in a home near the provincial capital of Gardez.
Police Chief Gen. Azizudin Wardak said two men and three women were killed Thursday night during a party. One of the men worked for the police and another worked for the attorney general's office, he said.
"Who killed them? We still don't know," he said, adding the investigation is under way.
Civilian deaths during military operations are a sensitive issue in Afghanistan, and U.S. commanders have issued strict orders to limit the use of force when civilians are at risk. President Hamid Karzai has also called on NATO to stop night raids into private homes because they offend Afghan culture and help turn people away from the government and its allies.
In a statement, NATO forces said the raid took place Thursday night in the Gardez district after the joint force received reports of militant activity at a compound near the village of Khatabeh.
"Several insurgents engaged the joint force in a fire fight and were killed," the statement said, without saying how many had died. Then "a large number of men, women, and children" exited the compound and were detained by the joint force, it said.
The statement said joint forces then conducted a thorough search of the compound and made what it called a "gruesome discovery" - the hidden bodies of three women who had been bound, gagged and killed.
Eight men have been detained for questioning, NATO forces said, adding that a joint forensic investigation will be conducted.
However, relatives of the dead accused American forces of being responsible for the deaths of all five people when contacted by The Associated Press by phone.
A man who identified himself as Hamidullah said he had been in the home as some 20 people gathered to celebrate the birth of a son when a group of men he described as "U.S. special forces" surrounded the compound.
Saying he witnessed one man's death, Hamidullah said, "Daoud was coming out of the house to ask what was going on. And then they shot him."
Then they killed a second man, Hamidullah said. The rest of the group were forced out into the yard, made to kneel and had their hands bound behind their back, he said, breaking off crying without giving any further details.
A deputy provincial council member in Gardez, Shahyesta Jan Ahadi, said news of the operation has inflamed the local community that blames Americans.
"Last night, the Americans conducted an operation in a house and killed five innocent people, including three women. The people are so angry," he said.
Ahadi said the operation had not included any Afghan forces, saying "The government didn't know about this."

According to Reyadh Al-Ashkar, the information officer in the ministry, the IOA rounded up nearly 100 Palestinian youths and minors in the refugee camp of Shafat, north of the occupied city of Jerusalem during a military incursion described as the most violent in recent years.
Another 15 Palestinian civilians of one family, including children, were also kidnapped by the IOF troops after they swept into the northern borders of the Gaza Strip near the town of Beit Lahia. The whereabouts of the kidnapped Gazans is still unknown.
In the West Bank, the IOF troops kidnapped 38 Palestinian citizens, including at least 15 minors, over the past couple of days.
Meanwhile, the Israeli Salem military court extended the administrative detention of Palestinian female captive Sanabil Nabegh Brek, 19, for the 40th times successively. The Palestinian lady was kidnapped since September, 2008.
The court also extended the detention of Muntaha Al-Taweel, 45, wife of Al-Beireh mayor Jamal Al-Taweel, who was kidnapped from her house three days ago. Al-Taweel is a mother of five children, at least two of them need special care.
In this regard, the ministry appealed to international human rights and legal institutions to immediately intervene to protect the unarmed Palestinian civilians, and to pressure the IOA to halt the heinous practices against them.
The IOA is holding nearly 12,000 Palestinian citizens captives in its jails, many of them spent more than 20 years in jail so far. The issue of prisoners is considered one of the most crucial issued for the Palestinian people.

KARACHI: Dr. Fauzia Siddiqi, the sister of Dr. Aafia Siddiqi, has said that the conviction of Aafia proves that the United States can never do justice with the Muslims.
She expressed these views, while speaking at the General Body meeting of Karachi Bar Association Thursday.
Dr. Siddiqi said the time has exposed the real face of America before the world.
“After meeting the Prime Minister, I was asked to speak to Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi and Pakistan’s ambassador to Washington Hussain Haqqani, who consider this as an insult,” she complained.
On this occasion, KBA President Mahmud-ul-Hasan, General Secretary Salah-uddin said the lawyers’ community stand by Dr. Aafia and her family.

Israel's offensive on the Gaza Strip, 27 December 2008 - 18 January 2009, resulted in the killing of over 1,400 Palestinians, the overwhelming majority of whom (82%) were civilians. At least 5,300 Palestinians were also injured, and public and private property throughout the Gaza Strip was extensively targeted and destroyed. Investigations conducted by the Palestinian Centre for Human Rights (PCHR), and numerous other organisations, including the UN Board of Inquiry, the Independent Fact Finding Mission mandated by the League of Arab States, and the UN Fact Finding Mission on the Gaza Conflict (the Goldstone Mission), concluded that Israel committed numerous violations of international law, many of which give rise to individual criminal responsibility.
Israel is obliged, under both Treaty-based and Customary International Law, to conduct effective investigations into these allegations, and to prosecute those responsible. To date, Israel has proven itself unwilling to do so. PCHR emphasize that Israel is under a legal obligation to investigate all suspected violations of international law, including - but not limited to - those contained in the Goldstone Report.
On 5 November 2009, the General Assembly of the United Nations (UN) voted to endorse the Goldstone Report. The adopted Resolution called upon the Government of Israel and the Palestinians to:
"... take all appropriate steps, within a period of three months, to undertake investigations that are independent, credible and in conformity with international standards into the serious violations of international humanitarian and international human rights law reported by the Fact-Finding Mission, towards ensuring accountability and justice".
In anticipation of the forthcoming UN General Assembly debate on the implementation of this Resolution, "Genuinely Unwilling" analyses Israel's legal and judicial system in light of Israel's obligations under international law. Despite Israel's claims to the contrary, Genuinely Unwilling
concludes that Israel is unwilling to and that the Israeli system is incapable of conducting independent, credible investigations in conformity with international standards. Israel's failure to conduct such investigations is in violation of its international legal obligations, and UN General Assembly Resolution A/Res/64/10.
While Genuinely Unwilling necessarily analyses international obligations with respect to the administration of justice, and Israel's compliance with these obligations, PCHR notes that throughout the history of the occupation, Israel has consistently proven itself unwilling to conduct genuine investigations and prosecutions into cases of alleged violations of international law. This illegal pattern has been repeated with respect to allegations arising out of Israel's conduct of hostilities during the offensive on the Gaza Strip. Virtually all aspects of Israel's offensive were sanctioned, approved, and decided upon by the highest echelons of Israel's civilian and military leadership. Any investigation must necessarily evaluate this policy, and those responsible for its formulation and implementation. Where appropriate, responsible individuals - regardless of their rank or political standing - must be held to account. As demonstrated in this report, the Israeli legal system prevents such genuine investigations.
PCHR Director Raji Sourani stated: "The Goldstone report represented an important milestone for the rule of law. It formulated the responsibility of the international community in a clear manner and specified the timeframe and implementation mechanisms needed for justice and accountability regarding the war on the Gaza Strip. This gives the international community a choice between the rule of law and the rule of the jungle. As citizens of the world, we very much hope that the relevant organs will follow the path outlined by Justice Goldstone and effectively enforce the rule of law. Peace cannot come at the expense of justice. In fact, experience has shown that lasting peace can only be achieved through total respect for the rule of law."
If victims' rights are to be ensured, and the rule of law enforced, recourse to mechanisms of international justice - including a Security Council referral to the International Criminal Court in accordance with Chapter VII of the UN Charter, or the exercise of universal jurisdiction - is thus the essential next step.
Without enforcement of the law, Israel is free to violate international law with impunity and remain a threat to world peace; it is Palestinian civilians who suffer the horrific consequences.

The protests are directed against the austerity programme of the Papandreou government, which has been dictated by the European Union and the international banks. Greece is being forced to cut its deficit from 12.7 percent to below three percent in just two years.
Yesterday morning, new tax and social security measures were announced. Public sector workers have to work two years longer, while fuel prices have climbed to 1.5 euro per litre—an increase of around 10 percent.
As workers were striking in Greece, Prime Minister Giorgos Papandreou was in Paris defending his austerity plan and declaring his government "absolutely decided to make sure it is implemented in every detail."
After a meeting with President Nicolas Sarkozy, Papandreou said he had assured his French counterpart that "we have the will to implement the stability and growth plan.... We are ready to do whatever is necessary."

Taqwa is so important in Islam because it is the source of all virtues and goodness. It is the catalyst that reforms a person from the inside.
Once a person adopts the attitude of Taqwa, he embarks upon a path of continuous self-improvement. He monitors his own thoughts, motives and actions in order to ensure that they remain pure and aligned with the guidance and objectives of Islam.
He becomes motivated, eager and enthusiastic to do good in his ethics, morals, dealings, human relations, and every aspect of his conduct in day-to-day life.
He tries his best to avoid any bad behaviour in any of the affairs of life. Good actions please him. Mistakes give him anxiety, in which case he immediately repents, seeks Allaah's forgiveness and makes up for them by doing more good. He loves Allaah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala's creations and cares for them. He becomes generous, gracious, forgiving and kind. He becomes a champion for the rights of the weak, neglected, disadvantaged and persecuted people of the society.
He courageously stands up and struggles for the establishment of justice, fairness, equity and equality of all people. He dedicates himself selflessly, never expecting or accepting any thing or any benefit in return because his goal is attainment of Allaah's pleasure, mercy and forgiveness.
Because Taqwa influences behaviour so strongly, some people think of Taqwa as if it is an action or a combination of actions. The fact that it is an attitude or mental disposition is indicated by the following:
They are those whose hearts Allaah has tested positively for Taqwa... (Al-Hujuraat 49:3)
And whoever reveres symbols of Allaah's glory - indeed, it is from Taqwa of hearts. (Al-Hajj 22:32)
Muslim reported from AbU Hurayrah that the Messenger of Allaah, Sall Allaahu 'alayhi wa sallam said, "Taqwa is right here." And he pointed to the chest.
When talking about Hajj, Allaah Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala commanded:
And take provisions for the journey, and the best of the provisions is Taqwa. (Al-Baqarah 2:197)
When educating about the role of modest dress, the Qur-aan reminds people that in addition to following the commands about dress, a person's being enveloped in the attitude of Taqwa is the most important thing to ensure proper behaviour whether in matters of dress or purity of behaviour: And the garment of Taqwa is the best. (Al-A'raaf 7:26)
UPDATE: Bombings kills dozens more in Kyber Agency
At least 15 Murtadeen terminated and more than 30 wounded in two blasts at a police compound in northwestern Pakistan, which is at the doorsteps of an Islamic Revolution, said Censored3.
The bombing occurred on Thursday in the town of Bannu, which has been a flashpoint for pro-Shari a fighters attacking Murtadeen.
The attack came as the government announced that it believed Hakimullah Mehsud, the leader of Pakistani Taliban, was killed in a US missile attack last month.
No group has claimed responsibility for the Bannu bombing. Police said the first bomb went off inside the police compound, while the second went off minutes later just outside the building.
The attack is the second against police in the last two days. At least 19 lost Dunya and Aghira, including 11 police officers, were killed yesterday in a Martyrdom seeking car bombing in Khyber, also in the northwest.
The blast occurred in the Wazirdand area of Khyber, a district that straddles a main supply line for NATO troops in Afghanistan.
There has been no claim of responsibility for that attack.
An army helicopter has crashed in Tirah valley in Khyber tribal region on Wednesday, the pilot and gunman were terminated in the incident, said Censored31.
Fighters have carried out numerous attacks on security forces over the past several years to undermine the Pakistani public's confidence in the already weak state.
The military has pursued the local Taliban in its main stronghold, the South Waziristan tribal region, for months.
Officials say many of the attacks are retaliation for Pakistani military offensives as well as U.S. drone strikes against militants in areas bordering Afghanistan. Moudjahideen are inflicting heavy blows to the Pakistani Murtadeen.

Two former employees of Blackwater Worldwide have accused the private security contractor of defrauding the government for years with phony billing, including charging for a prostitute, alcohol and spa trips.
In newly unsealed court records, a husband and wife who once worked for Blackwater said they had personal knowledge of the company falsifying invoices, double-billing federal agencies and charging the government for personal and inappropriate items whose real purpose was hidden. They said they witnessed "systematic" fraud on the company's security contracts with the Department of State in Iraq and Afghanistan, and with the Department of Homeland Security and Federal Emergency Management Agency in Louisiana after Hurricane Katrina.
After the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, Blackwater rose to become the largest of the State Department's private security contractors and has since been paid billions of dollars to protect diplomatic employees in Iraq and Afghanistan and for other agencies' security missions. The company became a major source of anti-American sentiment in Iraq because of repeated, deadly shootings involving its guards. Iraq moved to expel Blackwater after a September 2007 incident, in which witnesses told the FBI that the company's guards shot without provocation into a busy intersection, resulting in the deaths of 17 Iraqis.
The company last year changed its name to Xe Services, LLC. An Xe spokesperson could not be reached for comment late Wednesday.
Brad and Melan Davis worked in various Blackwater locations. Brad Davis, a former Marine, served as a team leader and security guard, including in Iraq. His wife, Melan Davis, worked as a finance and payroll employee, starting in Louisiana. They have filed their allegations that Blackwater defrauded the government as part of a false claims lawsuit, which allows the whistleblowers to win a portion of any public money that the government recovers as a result of the information. However, the Justice Department has chosen not to join them in pursuing their civil suit, a decision that led to the Davises' claims being unsealed this week in a Virginia federal court.
The Davises assert that Blackwater officials kept a Fillipino prostitute on the company payroll for a State Department contract in Afghanistan, and billed the government for her time working for Blackwater male employees in Kabul. The alleged prostitute's salary was categorized as part of the company's "Morale Welfare Recreation" expenses, they said.

Melan Davis said that while working in Blackwater's finance department, she questioned how Blackwater could bill the government for its workers' travel expenses to and from Iraq when it lacked the documentation for those trips. She said in court papers that she later traveled to a hotel in Amman, Jordan, where Blackwater personnel were often housed en route to Iraq. She said that while there, she and two co-workers spent numerous hours generating reams of false invoices for plane travel at inflated rates, so that her Blackwater bosses could overcharge the government for the travel.
In one instance, the Davises claimed the company was paying inflated prices to a vendor whose work was billed to the Department of Homeland Security for services related to post-Hurricane Katrina security. They said the overpayments allowed the vendor to provide a barbecue pit grill for Blackwater staff parties.
Melan Davis argues that Blackwater terminated her in February 2008 as a result of her questioning fraudulent billing. Brad Davis resigned.

Britain discloses secret data on detainee abuse

LONDON — Britain was forced by an appeals court Wednesday to reveal a long-secret description of how a former terrorism suspect was beaten, shackled and deprived of sleep during interrogations by U.S. agents.
Ethiopia-born British resident Binyam Mohamed was arrested in Pakistan in 2002, and says he was tortured there and in Morocco before being flown to Guantanamo Bay and charged with plotting with al-Qaida to bomb American apartment buildings.
The seven-paragraph description is a judge's summary of classified information shared by the CIA with the UK's MI5 intelligence service during Mohamed's questioning in Pakistan in May 2002.
British government has repeatedly denied complicity in torture, and claimed that revealing the information would damage U.S.-British intelligence cooperation.
Mohamed's lawyers claimed the seven paragraphs prove that the U.S. and British governments were complicit in extracting evidence against him through torture. They have been fighting for access to the documents along with The Associated Press and other news organizations.
The paragraphs posted on the Web site of the British Foreign Office after the court decision say Mohamed was subjected to "cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment by the United States authorities," including sleep deprivation, shackling and threats resulting in mental stress and suffering, during interviews by U.S. authorities.
They conclude that the paragraphs given to MI5, "made clear to anyone reading them that BM (Mohamed) was being subjected to the treatment that we have described and the effect upon him of that intentional treatment."
The charges against Mohamed were later dropped.
Shami Chakrabarti, director of the rights group Liberty, said a "full and broad" public inquiry into British complicity in torture is needed in light of the information contained in the newly released paragraphs.
"It shows the British authorities knew far more than they let on about Binyam Mohamed and how he was tortured in U.S. custody," she said. "It is clear from these seven paragraphs that our authorities knew very well what was happening to Mr. Mohamed. Our hands are very dirty indeed."
She said it is now evident that British authorities were complicit in the use of torture and benefited from it.
The appeals court decision upheld a High Court ruling ordering officials to release the summary. The Foreign Office appealed that ruling, but said Wednesday it would abide by the latest judgment.
"The wider point here is that we stand firmly against torture and cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment. We don't condone, collude in or solicit it," Prime Minister Gordon Brown's spokesman Simon Lewis told reporters following the decision.
Foreign Secretary David Miliband restated the government's backing for the principle that "if a country shares intelligence with another, that country must agree before its intelligence is released."
Miliband said the case "has been followed carefully at the highest level in the United States with concern," and said he had spoken to U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton about the judgment on Tuesday.
Miliband told the House of Commons that a possible restriction of intelligence sharing between the U.S. and Britain was "of grave concern."
"It is too early to come to this House and say there will be no such effect, we need to work to ensure that is the case," Miliband said.
Miliband pointed out that a major reason for the judges' ruling was that details of Mohamed's abuse have already been made public in a U.S. court, during a hearing about another Guantanamo detainee.
Mohamed, 31, moved to Britain as a teenager. He was arrested as a terrorist suspect in 2002 in Karachi by Pakistani forces and later transferred to Morocco, Afghanistan and in 2004 to Guantanamo Bay.
He says he was tortured in Pakistan, and that interrogators in Morocco beat him, deprived him of sleep and sliced his genitals with a scalpel.
It isn't clear which country the interrogators in Morocco were from, but Mohamed has alleged the questions put to him could only have come from British intelligence agents.
MI5 has said it did not know Mohamed was being tortured, or held in Morocco.
The case in Britain began in 2008 when Mohamed was facing a military trial at Guantanamo. His lawyers sued the British government for intelligence documents they said could prove that evidence against him had been gathered under torture.
He was sent back to Britain in in February 2009 after the charges against him were dropped. That chain of events led to the lawsuit becoming a larger battle for access to information involving the AP, Guardian News and Media, the BBC, The New York Times, The Washington Post and other media organizations.
Mohamed is among 12 former terror detainees suing the British government, accusing the security services of "aiding and abetting" their extraordinary rendition, unlawful imprisonment and torture.

The Harvest of the military operation of the East Turkestan Islamic Party against the Communist Chinese for the Year 2009-
After the Mujahideen of the East Turkestan Islamic Party performed successful Jihadi operations against the Beijing Olympics 2009 inside China and East Turkestan, and Allah guided some of the brothers to perform some Jihadi operations in 2009 against the communist Chinese that claims "We have (setup) a snare in the sky and on land a trap" and as its security maneuvers have reached their limit and as a result of these military operations, the Mujahideen have gained confidence and experience and have developed a suitable climate to perform operations in the future.
The security politics of China that is called "Severe torture against the terrorists" has increased the alertness and attention of the Mujahideen and has incited them to search and seek the most efficient, new and innovative ways to perform military operations against China... and the continuation of the Chinese atrocities on the oppressed Muslim people has been the reason for the increase in hatred of the Mujahideen for them and the determination to go on on the way of Jihad until they die, and especially the massacre of the communist Chinese on 5th of July 2009 was the reason for the Mujahideen to perform unique and special operations in a vengeful manner which caused the Chinese some political, economical and moral losses

1- On the 5th of July the Mujahideen defended their brothers who did not have a single scrap of metal in their hands when they faced an apparent massacre at the hands of the Chinese who were armed with swords, sticks and iron rods 2- On the 12th of July the Mujahideen exploded bombs in the oil company of Lashgua in the Urumgi city 3- On 15th of July the Mujahideen exploded bombs in a chemical workshop in the city of Yanshi in Hineen district 4- On 12 of August the Mujahideen exploded bombs in the residential building of the Chinese in Qarmai city 5- On September the Mujahideen exploded bombs in the chemical workshop of the city of Lini in the district of Shandonagh 6- On 15th of September the Mujahideen attacked a company in a city of the Sajon district causing huge losses in it 7- On 28th September the Mujahideen exploded bombs in the restaurant by the name of Uyghur in Beijing 8- The Mujahideen continued their special and successful operations causing unrest amongst the Chinese especially in the internal Mongolia and in the city of Tiyon Shanshi and in Unin and in Urumgi
And in the end, aiding the Muslims of East Turkestan and the liberation of their land is an obligation on every Muslim especially the Muslims of East Turkestan

Gaza – Ma'an – An Israeli airstrike at midday killed one and injured a second, hours after Israeli artillery fire injured three children in Johur Ad-Dik, in central Gaza on Thursday.
An Israeli military spokesman confirmed the strike, noting it was in retaliation against militants who had fired on Israeli patrol jeeps earlier that morning. He said the patrol had been operating on the east side of the Gaza border, and that soldiers returned fire in the direction of the attack.
The same spokesman later identified the slain man as 26-year-old Faris Ahmad Jaber of Gaza City, allegedly affiliated with the military wing of Islamic Jihad. The spokesman said Jaber and one other man were preparing to launch an attack on Israel when the airstrike hit them. The second man was not identified, but the spokesman said he was known to have been involved in planning a separate attack on Israel.
Dr Muawiya Hassanein, head of ambulance and emergency services in Gaza, said shrapnel from Israeli artillery fire in the early morning caused injury to three children identified as Afaf Ismail At-Tarabin, 13, and her sisters Ahlam, 11, Muna, 5. They were all transferred to the Ash-Shuhada Al-Aqsa hospital in Gaza.
Sources in Gaza confirmed reports of brigade projectile fire at a group of Israeli military vehicles near the Karni crossing, just north of Johur Ad-Dik. No brigade has claimed the attack.
Earlier in the morning, the Izz Ad-Din Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, said member Muhammad Said Hassuneh from the Ash-Sheikh Radwan neighborhood in northern Gaza City, was killed during a "jihad" mission. The body of the man was received at the same hospital as the children.
The Israeli military spokesman said the country "holds Hamas responsible" for maintaining the calm in Gaza, and would act against any party plotting against the country.
The airstrike is the second in two days, following hits on the Rafah area in the southern Strip, which targeted an empty building near the demolished Yasser Arafat Airport.

That's the message vitamin D pioneer Dr. Cedric Garland delivered in Toronto Tuesday as part of the University of Toronto School of Medicine's "Diagnosis and Treatment of Vitamin D Deficiency" conference - the largest gathering of vitamin D researchers in North America this year. More than 170 researchers, public health officials and health practitioners gathered at the UT Faculty club for the landmark event.
Garland's presentation headlined a conference that reviewed many aspects of the emerging vitamin D research field - a booming discipline that has seen more than 3,000 academic papers this calendar year alone, conference organizers said. That makes vitamin D by far the most prolific topic in medicine this year, with work connecting it with risk reduction in two dozen forms of cancer, heart disease, multiple scleroses and many other disorders.
Dr. Reinhold Vieth, Associate Professor in the Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathobiology at University of Toronto, and Director of the Bone and Mineral Laboratory at Mount Sinai Hospital, organized the event in conjunction with Grassroots Health - an international vitamin D advocacy group founded by breast cancer survivor Carole Baggerly.
Baggerly implored the research group to take action and encourage Canadians to learn more about vitamin D and to raise their vitamin D levels.

KANDAHAR, Afghanistan (AFP) – The Islamic Emirate claimed Tuesday to have developed a new bomb nicknamed Omar after their leader and which they say is impossible Western mine sweepers to detect. The biggest killer of Western troops in Afghanistan are home-made bombs, known as improvised explosive devices or IEDs, which the Taliban deploy to wide effect in their eight-year insurgency and detonate by remote control. Western military intelligence officials have said most foreign troop deaths, which hit a record 520 last year, are caused by IEDs. But the Taliban claimed -- ahead of a major assault by foreign troops on the southern Taliban stronghold of Helmand province -- to have created a new IED using materials that make them undetectable. The militia, which is leading an insurgency to bring down the Western-backed Afghan government and evict foreign troops, routinely exaggerates its claims. The network's spokesman, who identified himself as Yousuf Ahmadi, said the new bomb had been named after Emir and leader Mullah Mohammad Omar Mujahed, believed to be based in Pakistan. "Omar is our latest weapon in the war against the invaders," he told AFP by telephone from an undisclosed location. "It's a very effective bomb, it can't be detected by mine-sweeping vehicles and it causes more deaths," he said. He refused to provide more details, saying "it's our military secret" but added that each Omar cost around 100 dollars to make. Four US and British invaders tanks destroyed in Marjah Four tanks of the joint UK-US invading terrorists were targeted in separate blasts between Marjah and Nad Ali districts of Helmand province, on Wednesday. According to the details, two consecutive blasts tore apart two tanks of the US and British invaders forces near Sistani desert in Marjah district.
A little over half an hour after the former incident occurred two other tanks of the British and American invading terrorists were hit by landmine blasts while the invading terrorists were on a combined patrol mission between Trikh Nawar and Tangano Gudar in Marjah district. The US helicopters, following the incidents, landed the area to evacuate the dead and wounded from the explosion sites, said the local Mujahideen from the area.
Similarly, on Tuesday, two of the US invaders tanks were destroyed in bombings near Sistani desert located at a distance of about 10 kilometer from Marjah district, where several thousands of the US, UK and puppet army terrorists are stationed to fight the Mujahideen.

British invading terrorists sustain fatal losses in Helmand battles There are reports from Helmand province that there have been fierce clashes between the Mujahideen and the British invading terrorists in the Province's Musa Kala and Nad Ali districts on Wednesday. The report stated the fighting broke out later in the morning as the British invading terrorists were out of their base on a mission to launch operation against the Mujahideen in Yateemchi are of Musa Kala district, adding the British invading terrorists had sustained fatalities and casualties during the 3-hour long fighting but it gave no further details of how manly had been killed or injured.

UPDATE: Deadly explosions occurs in Mogadishu, Al-Shabab claims operations

A deadly explosion targeted government soldiers which occurred at Hamar Jajab district in the Somali capital Mogadishu, just after Harakat Al-shabab Mujahideen claimed the responsibility, witnesses and officials said on Wednesday.
Witnesses told Shabelle radio that the blast was a landmine explosion which happened between the big seaport of Mogadishu and Bundo 2, in Hamar-jajab district in the capital adding that it had killed two soldiers, wounding 5 others in the blast.
Harakat Al-shabab Mujahideen officials have issued a press release shortly after it occurred and claimed the responsibility of the blast saying that they had killed 6 soldiers in the explosion wounding 5 others adding that the IED-unit of Harakat Al-shabab Mujahideen had carried out the attack.
The press release also said that the soldiers opened fire to the Somali people after the explosion which reportedly caused more casualties adding that the attack was a revenge. The only result is that more people will be committed to fight the government soldiers.
On the other hand there is no comment from the transitional government officials about the explosions so far thought the area where the blast happened returned normal and it is not the first time that such deadly blast targeted the transitional government officials in the capital.

Bethlehem – Ma'an – Israeli warplanes fired on the southern Gaza Strip late Tuesday night, locals reported and the army confirmed.
There were no immediate reports of injury.
An Israeli military spokeswoman told Ma'an the strikes came in retaliation for projectiles launched into the western Negev in recent days.
In a separate statement, the army also warned that it would "continue to operate firmly against anyone who uses terror against the State of Israel. Hamas is solely responsible for maintaining peace and quiet in the Gaza Strip."
The airstrikes targeted the Yasser Arafat International Airport in Dahaniya, said BBC correspondent Shadi Al-Kashif. Five missiles struck the facility in total, Agence France-Presse quoted a witness as saying.
Israeli forces last targeted the airport on 3 February in response to an attempted naval attack. Three Palestinians were wounded in those airstrikes, which also targeted a tunnel along the Gaza-Egypt border.
MEMO: Martyrdom seeking Bomber kills 10 Khasadars in Kyber Agency

At least 10 personnel of the paramilitary Khasadar force were killed and eight other wounded in a blast occurred on Pak-Afghan Shahrah in Jamrud tehsil of Khyber Agency Wednesday.
According to Geo correspondent, the bomber struck a Khasadars’ vehicle during a routine patrolling on Pak-Afghan Shahrah.
According to eyewitnesses, this was a Martyrdom operation.
However, it was not confirmed by official sources.
The injured terrorists were shifted to nearby hospitals.
A roadside bomb went off targeting a patrol of government army wounding two terrorist elements in al Rashidiyah area of northern Mosul City. On the other hand another bomb hit government police patrol in al Sa'ah area of Mosul resulting in one terrorist element wounded. The blast also led damage of patrol car.
Ansar al Sunna (Sharia Commission) one of the resistance faction in Iraq claimed responsibility for hitting American occupation patrol with double improsived explosive devices in al Haswah area. The attack led damage of Hummer.

In January 2010, Feeding America (FA, formerly America's Second Harvest) released its disturbing new report on growing hunger titled, "Hunger in America 2010." The Chicago-based organization is the nation's "leading domestic hunger-relief charity," serving the needy "through a nationwide network of member food banks, over 200 in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico."
Its study is based on interviews with over 62,000 clients served by the FA network, as well as information provided by 37,000 FA agencies - emergency food providers, including food pantries, soup kitchens, and emergency shelters for short-term residents.
FA's system serves an estimated 37 million people annually, up 46% since 2005, including 33.9 million pantry users, 1.8 million kitchen ones, and 1.3 million in shelters.
About 5.7 million people (or 1 in 50) get emergency food aid from the system in any given week, an increase of 27% since 2005, and one in eight Americans (37 million people, including 14 million children and three million seniors) are food insecure, meaning they don't get enough to eat. As a result, they need emergency help from food banks throughout the country. The latest data represent "a staggering 46 percent increase since" FA's 2006 study.
"Indeed, the existence of so many people without secure access to adequate nutritious food represents a serious national concern....More than one in three client households are experiencing very low food security - or hunger - a 54 percent increase" compared to 2006.
FA calls food insecurity "a complex, multifaceted phenomenon that varies along a continuum of successive stages as it becomes more severe." In contrast, food security enables "access by all people at all times to enough food for an active, health life."
FA agencies serve households across America:
-- 38% of their members are children under 18, compared to 36% in 2005;
-- 8% of household members are elderly, down from 10% in 2005;
-- about 40% are white; 34% black; 20% Hispanic; and the remainder from other racial groups;
-- 36% of households include at least one employed adult, the same as in 2005;
-- 71% of households have incomes below the federal poverty level during the month preceding the survey, up from 69% in 2005;
-- median monthly household income decreased by 7% from $825 to $770 in 2009 dollars; and
-- 10% are homeless, compared to 12% in 2005.
Overall, 75% of client households are food insecure (based on the government's food security scale), an increase from 70% in 2005; 39% of households have low food security; 36% very low.
Client households with children are 78% food insecure, up from 73% in 2005. "Many clients report having to choose between food and other necessities:"
-- 46% between food and paying for utilities, including heating oil, up from 42% in 2005;
-- 39% between food and paying rent or mortgages, compared to 35% in 2005;
-- 34% between food and medical care, including drugs, up from 32% in 2005;
-- 35% between food and transportation; and
-- 36% between food and gasoline for a car.
Government-Provided Help
-- 41% of households get Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) aid, up from 35% in 2005;
-- 54% of households with children aged up to three get Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) help, compared to 51% in 2005; and
-- 62% of households with school-age children participate in federal school lunch programs, unchanged from 2005; 54% participate in school breakfast programs, up from 51% in 2005; 14% participate in the summer food program.
As in 2005, 29% of households report at least one member in poor health. Most clients are grateful for FA help - 92% very or somewhat satisfied and 93% with food quality. The FA network includes about 33,500 food pantries, 4,500 soup kitchens, and 3,600 emergency shelters, up 13% for pantries from 2005, and down 20% for kitchens and shelters.
Faith-based agencies run 72% of pantries, 62% of kitchens, and 39% of shelters. Some also offer other services.
Sources of Food Provided
-- food banks account for 75% of pantry distributions, 50% for kitchens, and 41% for shelters;
-- religious organizations, government, and direct wholesale and retail purchases are other important sources;
-- the Commodity Supplemental Food Program supplies 33% of pantries, 24% of kitchens, and 22% of shelters;
-- The Emergency Food Assistance Program supplies 54% of pantries, 34% of kitchens, and 31% of shelters; and
-- the Emergency Program on Indian Reservations supplies 2% of pantries, 1% of kitchens, and 2% of shelters.
FA's president and CEO, Vicki Escarra said:
"Clearly, the economic recession, resulting in dramatically increasing unemployment nationwide, has driven unprecedented, sharp increases in the need for emergency food assistance and enrollment in federal nutrition programs. Hunger in America 2010 exposes the absolutely tragic reality of just how many people in our nation don't have enough to eat. Millions of our clients are families with children finding themselves in need of food assistance for the very first time. It's morally reprehensible that we live in the wealthiest nation in the world where one in six people are struggling to make choices between food and other basic services."
In November 2009, the US Department of Agriculture's Economic Research Service (USDA) reported that 49 million Americans, including 17 million children, are food insecure; that is, they "had difficulty providing enough food for all their (family) members due to a lack of resources. The prevalence of food insecurity was....the highest observed since nationally representative food security surveys were initiated in 1995."
In September 2009, the US Census Bureau reported rising poverty, falling incomes, and growing numbers of uninsured US households. Even by the Bureau's conservative estimates, 39.8 million Americans were impoverished, the highest level since 1960, and 17.1 million lived in extreme poverty at below one-half the official threshold.
A revised October 2009 Census analysis showed 47.4 million (15.8% of the population, including one-fifth of the elderly) below the poverty line, much higher than the above figure and rising.
The official poverty level for a family of four is $21,203, a way outdated threshold developed over 40 years ago. In 2007, the Economic Policy Institute (EPI) said a family of four in Peoria, IL needed $42,900 to be above poverty. In Chicago, it was $49,000 and in New York nearly $72,000. The same reality exists in large and smaller cities throughout America.
A recent Brookings Institute report titled, "The Effects of the Recession on Child Poverty" was equally disturbing, showing one in five US children under age 18 in families below the official poverty level, based on September 2009 Census data. According to Brookings' Julia Isaacs:
Census 2008 information "lag considerably behind current economic conditions. Job losses and wage reductions occurring in 2009 were obviously not captured. In addition, many adverse events in 2008 were only partially captured."
As a result, current conditions are far worse than reported and will keep deteriorating ahead, for at least several years according to Isaacs. She called the situation "sobering."
It showed in late November when reported food stamp usage was at record levels, and according to a study by Cornell University's Thomas Hirschl and Washington University in St. Louis' Mark Rank, half the children in America will need food stamps at some point in their childhood, 90% for black children.
Despite a growing national crisis, Obama proposed less, not more, saying "our fiscal situation remains unacceptable," not growing poverty, homelessness, hunger and despair at levels not seen since the 1930s.
On February 1, he sent Congress a budget freezing social spending for three years, a de facto cut in real terms. At the same time, he lets Wall Street keep pillaging, plans more wealth transfers to the rich, and proposed the largest ever defense and homeland security budgets, leaving little for cash-strapped states and growing millions of desperate people out of luck and on their own.

Tuesday, February 09, 2010 ISLAMABAD: Twelve Pakistani soldiers were terminated while two others were injured in a clash with Mujahideen during the ongoing operation Rah-e-Nijat in South Waziristan Agency (SWA), the ISPR said on Monday.
Meanwhile, ten soldiers wounded during an engagement with Mujahideen in Langar Khel on Sunday succumbed to their injuries, said the ISPR, adding the total casualties of soldiers were 15.
According to the ISPR, the security forces successfully secured important feature point 5376, three kilometres north of Ahmed Wam, while clearance operation in Khawasai area was underway.
It said the security forces conducted search operation in the area around Torwam, cleared compounds and recovered a cache of arms and ammunition. On Razmak-Makeen axis, the troops fully secured the area from Makeen to Marobi. The forces also and built up area of Rogha and Mir Khoni.
Mujahideen succesfully fired rockets inside the Razmak Camp and Laghr Manza, which was responded by security forces. In the operation Rah-e-Rast in the Malakand Division, the ISPR said, security forces apprehended wanted "terrorist" Qamar Ali in Shangla. The troops conducted search operation in Shalping, Amankot and Ghalegay areas and apprehended three terrorists, concluded the ISPR.

In March 2009 two female US Journalists, Euna Lee and Laura Ling were seized by North Korean border guards while reporting for California-based Current TV. They were subsequently tried and sentenced to 12 years in prison for "hostile acts" and illegal entry into North Korea. After their imprisonment America worked tirelessly to get the women released and in August 2009 dispatched former US President Bill Clinton to speak with North Korea's Kim Jong Il. The meeting was productive and the two women were later released.
In March 2003 a women was also seized and imprisoned. Her name was Aafia Siddiqui. Like the US Journalists she was a women, she studied and worked in America and her three children were American citizens. But unlike the US Journalists captured six years later she was a Muslim and she had no leader to take care of her affairs.
This is her story.
Dr Aafia Siddiqui was born in Karachi, Pakistan, on March 2, 1972. She was one of three children of Mohammad Siddiqui, a doctor trained in England, and Ismet. She is a mother of three and also a Hafiz-e-Quraan. Aafia and her three children were seized by Pakistani intelligence agents in March 2003 and handed over to the Americans in Afghanistan where she was imprisoned in Bagram and repeatedly raped, tortured and abused for years. A report in the Pakistani Urdu press at the time said that Aafia and her three children were seen being picked up by Pakistani authorities and taken into custody.
Moazzam Begg, and several other former captives of the Americans reported that a female prisoner, "prisoner 650", was held at Bagram Airbase in Afghanistan. Yvonne Ridley of Cageprisoners.com wrote about "Prisoner 650" (Aafia) her ordeal of torture and repeatedly being raped for over four years.

"The cries of (this) helpless woman echoed (with such torment) in the jail that (it) prompted prisoners to go on hunger strike." Yvonne called her a "gray lady (because) she (was) almost a ghost, a spectre whose cries and screams continue to haunt those who heard her. This would never happen to a Western woman."
Both the Pakistan government as well as US officials in Washington denied any knowledge of Aafia's imprisonment until her plight was brought out in to the open and started to receive media attention. Trumped up allegations were then brought against her that she was involved in terrorism and a ludicrous claim that she managed to wrestle a gun off a US soldier and shoot at US officers.
On 4th August 2008, federal prosecutors in the US confirmed that Aafia Siddiqui was extradited to the US from Afghanistan where they allege she had been detained since mid-July 2008. The US administration claimed that she was arrested by Afghani forces outside Ghazni governor's compound with manuals on explosives and ‘dangerous substances in sealed jars' on her person. They further allege that whilst in custody she shot at US officers (none being injured) and was herself injured in the process.
On 7th August 2008 an article in the The News exposed some of the treatment Aafia had been subjected to whilst in American custody.

An August 11, 2008, a Reuters report stated that she had appeared at her court hearing in a wheelchair, and that her lawyers pleaded with the judge to make sure she received medical care. Elizabeth Fink, one of her lawyers, told the Judge:

"She has been here, judge, for one week and she has not seen a doctor, even though they (U.S. authorities) know she has been shot."
Aafia's Lawyer Elizabeth Fink told a federal judge in New York that Aafia shows signs of having been imprisoned and treated inhumanely for a long period of time. According to documents described in court by Fink, Aafia told prison staff that she feared her son was being starved and tortured, and asked them to take food off her tray and send it to her son in Afghanistan.
Another of her lawyers, Elaine Whitfield Sharp, "We do know she was at Bagram for a long time. It was a long time. According to my client she was there for years and she was held in American custody; her treatment was horrendous."
Aafia remains in a US detention facility in New York, in poor health, subjected to degrading and humiliating strip searches and cavity searches whenever she receives a legal visit or appears in court. She has subsequently refused to meet with counsel. It has been reported that she may suffer from brain damage and that a part of her intestine may have been removed. Her lawyers say her symptoms are consistent with a sufferer of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
In the absence of the Khilafah she along with every other Muslim in the world is effectively stateless and as prophesised by the Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم we are like froth and scum that is carried down by a torrent of water
"The People will soon summon one another to attack you as people when eating invite others to share their food." Someone asked, "Will that be because of our small numbers at that time?" He صلى الله عليه وسلم replied, "No, you will be numerous at that time: but you will be froth and scum like that carried down by a torrent (of water), and Allah will take the fear of you from the breasts (hearts) of your enemy and cast al-wahn into your hearts." Someone asked, "O Messenger of Allah, what is al-wahn?" He صلى الله عليه وسلم replied, "Love of the world and dislike of death." [Abu Dawud and Ahmad]
It's wahn that led the Pakistani authorities to kidnap and handover a Muslim women to the Americans even though the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said, "A Muslim is a brother of another Muslim, so he should not oppress him, nor should he hand him over to an oppressor. [Bukhari]
It's wahn that prevented any ruler in the Muslim world lifting a finger to help protect the honour of a Muslim women and free not just Aafia but the thousands of Muslims incarcerated in Guantanamo, Bagram, and secret CIA detention centres even though the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said: "Indeed it is obligatory upon the Muslims to free their captives or to pay their ransoms."
It's wahn that leads the rulers in the Muslim world to imprison, torture and abuse hundreds of thousands of sincere Muslims in their dungeons even though Hisham bin Hakeem said; "I bear witness that I heard the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم say; 'Allah will punish those who punish the people in the Dunya.'" [Muslim]
We must remember that we were not always stateless. When the Islamic State existed in the past the honour of Muslim women was protected and the Muslim prisoners were freed.
During the time of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم a Jewish goldsmith of Banu Qaynuqa abused the honour of a Muslim woman by tying the edge of her garment causing her private parts to become uncovered. A Muslim man happened to be there and killed the man. The Jews then retaliated by killing that Muslim. The man's family called the Muslims for help and the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم sent an army against them and after a 15-day siege expelled the entire tribe from Madinah.
Imam ibn Athir records in ‘Kamil' the famous story of a Muslim woman who was captured by the Romans and held in a place named ‘Amuriyyah. Not content with only capturing her they tried to dishonour her as well. Frightened and alone she called out the name of the Khaleefah, "[Ya Mu'tasim] Oh Mu'tasim." A man witnessed this incident and rushed to the Khaleefah informing him of what had happened. When he heard the plight of this woman he responded bravely, "Labbaik [I am here at your call]." He prepared a large army and set off for battle and to rescue the woman. Mu'tasim's army conquered the enemy and entered ‘Amuriyyah. After destroying the enemy stronghold, they came to the woman and freed her.
Khaleefah Umar bin Abdul-Aziz sent a letter to the Muslim POWs in Constantinople.
He told them:
"You consider yourselves to be POWS. You are not. You are locked in the cause of Allah. I would like you to know that whenever I give something to the Muslims I give more to your families and I am sending so and so with 5 dinars for each one of you and if it wasn't that I fear the Roman dictator would take it from you I would have sent more. I have also sent so-and-so to secure the release of every single one of you regardless of what the cost would be. So rejoice! Assalamu Alaykum."
Oh America and its allies!
Today you murder our men, women and children, torture and imprison us and steal our resources. But you must realise this is only a temporary situation. The Islamic revival is gathering pace and the wahn is slowly melting away through the interaction with the strong Islamic thoughts. You know this which is why you launched the war on terror and why you spend $billions occupying our lands.
When the victory of Allah سبحانه وتعالى arrives and the Muslim lands unite under one Khaleefah, be under no illusion that the Khilafah will utilise all its political, economic and military might to free the Muslim prisoners and protect the honour of our women.
DUBAI - THE Yemen-based wing of Al-Qaeda in Arabian Pensisula, in a recording posted on the Internet on Monday, called on Somali insurgents to help gain control over a narrow strait at the mouth of the Red Sea to block US shipments to Israel.
The wing's deputy leader, Saeed al-Shehri, urged Somalia's al Shabaab Islamist insurgents to help return the Bab al Mandab strait, which separates Yemen from the Horn of Africa, 'to the lands of Islam'.
'At such a time the Bab (al Mandab) will be closed and that will tighten the noose on the Zionists (Israel), because through it America supports them by the Red Sea,' Shehri said in the audio recording posted on a website often used by Islamist groups.
'(Due to the) maritime importance of Bab al Mandab, this would be a great victory,' said Shehri, whose group claimed responsibility for a failed bombing of a US plane on Dec 25.
The area across the strait from Yemen is far from al Shabaab's territory which extends from the southern Somali port of Kismayu to the central town of Baidoa and parts of the capital Mogadishu.
While some Somali insurgent figures are suspected of involvement in funding Somali pirate gangs that have targeted commercial shipping in the Indian Ocean and Gulf of Aden, al Shabaab has no known direct presence offshore. -- REUTERS
Clashes between Christians and Muslims in eastern Guinea have left one person dead and two missing, police have said.
Another 29 people were injured in the city of Nzerekore on Friday and Saturday, they said.
Calm had been restored by Saturday evening, although sporadic gunfire was still heard in the city.
Police ordered a curfew from 7:30pm to 5am after groups of Christians and Muslims had been attacking each other with stones and clubs.
The fighting apparently started after a group of Muslims gathered to open up a mosque which was closed down by authorities late last month because of tensions between the religious communities.
Tensions in Nzerekore, a Christian enclave in the mainly Muslim country, rose last week after a row between a Christian woman and a group of Muslim men.
Some residents said the men had stopped the woman from using a road blocked for prayers and that the woman responded by hitting one of them with a shoe.
Other reports said she was accused of wearing indecent dress.
On Friday Christian youths took their revenge by trying to disturb prayers by driving motorbikes near a mosque.
Christians make up around eight per cent of the population in the West African nation.

The US has accused the US-born Yemen-based religious scholar Anwar al-Awlaki of being linked to an attack on a military base in Texas and the alleged attempt to blow up a passenger plane over Detroit on Christmas Day.
US officials accuse al-Awlaki of either inciting or ideologically influencing Major Nidal Hasan, a US army psychiatrist who shot dead 13 people at the Fort Hood military base in November, and Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, the 23-year-old Nigerian suspect in the attempted bombing of a US-bound plane.
In this interview with Al Jazeera Arabic, al-Awlaki says he supports the failed bombing of the plane but did not encourage the attack.
Al Jazeera: The Washington Post and The Wall Street Journal have quoted CIA investigators as talking about the possibility of targeting you in a drone attack. Why do you think the Americans want to kill you?
Awlaki: Because I am a Muslim and I promote Islam. The charge is "incitement"; my relationships with Nidal Hasan, Umar Farouk and some 9/11 attackers, and now I am accused of being linked to 14 cases. All this comes as part of the attempt to liquidate the voices that call for defending the rights of the Umma [Muslim nation].
They reject the principle of pride and demanding justice, they want to promote the principle of humiliation and compliance. They want to market the democratic and peaceful US Islam that calls for obeying the superiors even if they were traitors and collaborators, they want an Islam that recognises the occupation and deals with it, they want an Islam that has no sharia ruling, no jihad and no Islamic caliphate.
We call for the Islam that was sent by Allah to Prophet Muhammad, the Islam of jihad and sharia ruling. Any voice that calls for this Islam, they either kill the person or the character; they kill the person by murdering or jailing them, or they kill the character by distorting their image in the media.
Have you met Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab and did you issue a fatwa [a religious edict] allowing him to carry out the operation?
My fellow mujahid [a Muslim engaged in jihad] Umar Farouk, may Allah free him, is one of my students, and yes there was some contact between me and him, but I did not issue a fatwa allowing him to carry out this operation.
Does describing him as a "mujahid" mean you support what he did?
Yes, I support what Umar Farouk has done after I have been seeing my brothers being killed in Palestine for more than 60 years, and others being killed in Iraq and in Afghanistan. And in my tribe too, US missiles have killed 17 women and 23 children, so do not ask me if al-Qaeda has killed or blown up a US civil jet after all this. The 300 Americans are nothing comparing to the thousands of Muslims who have been killed.
You have supported Nidal Malik Hasan and justified his act by saying that his target was a military not a civilian one. Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab's plane was a civilian one, which means the target was the US public?
It would have been better if the plane was a military one or if it was a US military target. Al-Qaeda organisation has its options, and the American people live [in] a democratic system and that is why they are held responsible for their policies.
The American people are the ones who have voted twice for Bush the criminal and elected Obama who is not different from Bush as his first remarks stated that he would not abandon Israel, despite the fact that there were other anti-war candidates in the US elections, but they won very few votes. The American people take part in all its government's crimes.
If they oppose that, let them change their government. They pay the taxes which are spent on the army and they send their sons to the military, and that is why they bear responsibility.

The Yemeni government sells its citizens to the United States, to earn the ill-gotten funds it begs the West for in return for their blood. The Yemeni officials tell the Americans to strike whatever they want and ask them not to announce responsibility for the attacks to avoid people's rage, and then the Yemeni government shamelessly adopt these attacks.
For example, the people of Shabwa, Abyan and Arhab have seen the Cruz missiles, and some people saw cluster bombs that did not explode. The state lies when it claims responsibility, and it does so to deny collaboration. US drones continuously fly over Yemen. What state is that which allows its enemy to spy on its people and then considers it as "accepted cooperation".
